Staff are charming, massage was brilliant but putting cold togs on after a massage was awful and the towels provided no comfort being like cotton tea towels. This and the tummy bug that followed over shadowed the beauty of the location.

This was my first hammam experience and boy did it not disappoint. I had an amazing time soaking in the hot water bath and attempting to cold plunge my body in the cold bath. I went with a friend who loved the steam room, it was a bit too much for me. The kessa (exfoliation) was very relaxing and they even give you the glove they use as a keepsake. The massage - amazing - I just wish it had been longer. Next time I’m definitely going for an extended massage.

It was a great experience, my first time and definitely not my last. Very calm atmosphere and the place was easy to find in the city. Loved the blower at the dressing rooms.

Relaxing baths, massage and nice staff. At this point I come once a year, if it ever gets cheaper, I will be there more! ;-)

Average experience only the massage by Irene was good. Smelly corridors, claustrophobic ambience created by crowded small pools and inadequate changing rooms. It wasn’t the relaxing experience promised and paid for.

Having been to several other branches of this business, I had high expectations. The welcome wasn’t anything like we’d experienced before (in a bad way) but the pools were OK. Decent massage. What really let this place down was when it came to the ‘your time’s up’ moment when you’re herded out. Maybe ten men all schlepped off to the small changing room with a measly three showers. Not enough space to sit and get changed. I can imagine prisoners in jails have more space. The experience doesn’t match the cost. We mentioned this on our way out only to hear “we’ll share your feedback”. Choose somewhere else.

One of the best massages ever !! The place is really relaxing beautiful . The service is great and it helps get you in the right mood, but the massage was THE best! The masseuse's name was Mercedes, really amazing !

This wasn’t bad but also wasn’t my best spa experience. The workers I interacted with were able to speak English. I foolishly didn’t bring a bathing suit, so thankfully they had a loaner for me. The pools and steam room were very relaxing. I didn’t care for the massage given it was an open, room of others being massaged - men and women. The head rest on the table was a little more firm to my liking.

Very disappointing! Scrubbing without peeling with cold water on a smelly wooden bed full of bacteria. Unprofessional massage, even though I asked hard, the therapist continued to caress. Not worth the considerable amount I paid. The height of insolence was that they told me that the duration was an hour and a half and they took us out after an hour and a quarter, I didn't have time to enter the pools. As soon as I entered the sauna the lady yelled at me to get out because the time was up. I drew the manager's attention, she cheekily replied "excellent" It is better to donate the money and not have such a terrible experience!

We were excited to visit here after a wonderful experience at the Granada location. I’m not sure how the same brand can be so different. The Madrid location was great upon entry, the staff were friendly and helpful. The steam room was fantastic. It has a very quiet steamer and you can barely see your hand in front of your face it’s so steamy. But the water in the medium temperature pool looked cloudy, the hot pool wasn’t very hot, the cold pool wasn’t very cold, and no one was enforcing the “silent” rule. Our massages were the real disappointment. I was not asked my preference for pressure. It was as if the masseurs were racing to see who could “massage” everything first, rubbing so fast and vigorously like they were trying to start a fire. There was a LOT of oil. We left sore and disturbed instead of relaxed and calm.

Wonderfully relaxing experience. There are three baths/pools: cool, medium, and warm, plus a steam room. We loved switching between the baths. We chose the Mydra massage option - the Kessa stone massage was not what we were expecting compared to the US but was a fabulous exfoliation instead. Ending with the relaxing massage was perfect. We were so happy we booked this on our last evening in Madrid to unwind after tons of walking. Book in advance because they will sell out!

I visited this spa while visiting Madrid. I have been to spas similar to this, and this spa did not disappoint. The water baths were warm and relaxing, the steam room was nice, the warm tea was soothing and the massage with oils was divine!

Excellent, relaxing place and warm atmosphere. Go at your own pace between the different rooms. Cold pool a little difficult to get into compared to the others. Massage is not in a private room but shared with other guests, but really professional masseuse, great technique.

An absolute must visit. Serene, beautiful spa experience with wonderful traditional Turkish spa treatments, water experience, and massage. I've been here on both my trips to Madrid, and will never visit the city without booking a visit here!
