As an American the communal aspect of this spa was definitely a bit strange initially but then you get used to the environment pretty quickly. My package was the Arab baths and a 30 minute massage.
After changing you’ll proceed to walk down into the baths. Oh yeah, they had swim trunks available at the counter. This was useful since I didn’t bring any, coming in was a very spur of the moment decision. Overall, the ambiance is the coolest part of the experience. The moorish designs and music was pretty cool.
The spa setup is pretty simple. There’s a steam room and three baths (lukewarm, warm, and hot). If I had a magic want I wished the “hot” bath was even hotter. Eventually after 1 hr, an attendant will come and let you know it’s time for the massage. Then they’ll lead you into a room for that. Again, slightly surprised that was a communal setup as well.
Anyway, neat experience and worth checking out after lots of walking and sightseeing if you just want to relax and unwind for a bit.

A very good experience.
I weared a mask during all the experience, following the rules. It was okay, even in the hot bath. The massage was amazing, by Fernanda, my mask was wet during the massage, so she gave me an another one. Masks are mandatory during the massage, this is normal. I even took a shower after with my mask.
This place is very clean and I felt safe and secure. I will go back next time in Madrid.

Thank you for appreciating our efforts to combine safety and relaxation.
Please know that our protocol establishes that the facemask is optional on the baths, given that the establishment is wide enough to keep safety distance. Never the less, using the facemask in the reception, dressing room and massage room its mandatory since it is where we cannot guarantee the safety distances.

Not sure how one could consider the experience relaxing with the amount of noise there is: not only people (it wasn’t even a busy day), but the ventilation system is incredibly noisy (that, or their white noise machine is way too high). Also, the massage hurt and left my back very sore, so much that I had to take painkillers to be able to sleep (and for context, I haven’t had back pain lasting more than one hour in years).
The place and the workers are nice, though, and the pools are not that bad.

The massage was really bad, but I suppose that depends on luck which masseuse you get. I got a beginner and it seemed this was her first massage ever, and even though I asked for a stronger pressure, that didn’t happen and I was happy when that torture ended. Hammam is overall a good experience, but since you’re paying a lot for a massage I expected it will be a good one.

What a beautiful place, the ambiance is wonderful and the people working there are really kind and give you a first class treatment! You receive towels, there are wonderful soaps and shampoo there, everything was easy. There were two big pools with warm and lukewarm water and then one smaller one with cold water. There was enough room for everybody, in no moment did I have to stay too close to someone to enjoy the water massage. And when the time is up, the woman working there finds you and informs you so you can go to the massage place. I never had such an experience, thank you.

The ambience of the baths was wonderful and beautifully fragrant. The massage was one of the best massages I've ever had. The massaseu was very nice she applied just the right pressure and was kind enough to hold a towel up for me for a bit of privacy while I undressed. Only concern is there is no way to have full privacy the massage rooms are shared and they don't provide screens. Oh and nobody really explains the process of the baths there is a hot water pool and a smaller cold water pool that we noticed people rotating between. We followed suit and it was great. Oh also it would be nice if you could buy the oils they use on your body because they feel and smell wonderful.
