Excellent professional and friendly company. Alon, our guide, was a great, from teaching us beginners to his interesting facts around the park. Thoroughly recommended.

There was an issue with the company not receiving our booking from TA -but the manager sorted it. Hour delay but had private tour with Miguel and loved it. Great way to see a bit of the city. Defo recommend.

An excellent way to see the old town and while away a couple of hours. Great hosts and fun experience. All of our group thoroughly enjoyed the segways even though most were new to the experience.

I did the last tour of the day & there were only two of us. We had a good induction before we set off, although I had been on a Segway several years before. We stopped at intervals & were given info at the key places. Great fun. Highly recommended.

I booked a couple of weeks prior to coming to Madrid. My phone changed to Spain’s local time as we landed. I turned up to the address provided within the confirmation email 15 minutes early, and waited for 15 minutes; however, the place was closed and did not open. I emailed the company, and they told me it was open. Umm no, it was not. They either lied to me, or gave me the wrong address. I took photos to prove I was there.

So glad we did this tour! The park is beautiful and well worth a visit. Miguel was a wonderful tourguide and gave us a nice overview of the park and its history. I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Madrid.

We had a terrific time! Miguel was so friendly and funny! He was knowledgeable and charming. Segways are perfect for covering a lot of ground quickly so are good for an overview of central Madrid. And my whole family loves riding them. Very easy to learn how to ride. Takes less than two minutes to feel comfortable and you n total control. This activity is totally worth it. I’d give more stars if I could.

One of two Segway tours we took in Madrid. The trip through Retiro park is pleasant and easy riding. Alan did a really nice job of training us all on Segways before we started and both of our girls (9 & 11) were very comfortable throughout. Alan spoke excellent English and was easygoing, fun and shared fun historical stories of the various places we stopped in the park. Would absolutely recommend this to any family exploring Madrid.
