Of course the two towns are beautiful and historic, and for them I would give 5 stars. I’m giving 3 stars because the guide was boring (average) and the trip left us to eat at 3:15 when you can imagine all the restaurants were packed or closing at 4pm. We spent 50 min running around trying to find a place to eat.

Segovia and Toledo Tour is worth doing when you're in Madrid! Atana was our tour guide today she was amazing, we had a fantastic time!

A must see for those who are history enthusiasts. We were intrigued with all that Segovia has to offer. Our family will always remember this trip and plan to visit soon.

Our trip was absolutely fantastic! Alejandro, our tour guide, was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what he does. He showed us the best spots in the city and gave us great insights into its history. The way he explained the history of both cities was so engaging and easy to follow. This trip is a must for everyone travelling to Madrid! Such an amazing city of Segovia and Avila. The tourguide, Tinna(Aitana) ; however lack energy and humor. She has to improve her service to make the trip more fun and engaging to the group.

Using the Yellow Tours service bus started with a dissapintment. I was instructed to arrive in front of Fuente Neptuno at least 15 minutes before 9:00am because the bus will depart at 9:00 a.m. I arrived at 8:30 am.The bus arrivedat9:30 am

Two stunning historical sites in a day, around an hour from Madrid, with a short guided tour and plenty of free time in both. Segovia in particular is a hidden gem ... one of the most beautiful Spanish cities we have ever visited ... and it was a relaxing change from the many museums of Madrid. Our guide Alejandro was fantastic ... hugely knowledgeable and helpful ... and the bus was really comfortable. We would highly recommend 👌

It was excellent tour to Avila and Segovia . Our tour guide Alexandro was full of knowledge and insight, full of knowledge and insight, engaging and good humoured. He clearly had a passion for the history and culture of the region. . Would recommend to those visiting Madrid.

the view is beautiful. However the guide did not give sufficient English version of information. For example, he will speak 10 minutes in Spanish about a sight,but only 1 or 2 minutes in English. The tour in Toledo is very rushed, didn't get to see much. The return bus did not drop off passengers to the visitor centre at Gran Via as promised. The guide left the bus in Toledo. The bus driver stopped the bus at somewhere (I didn't know the name of the place) and gave no explanation. When I tried to ask him the way back to the visitor centre, he just said "no English ". When we made the booking, we were told that the guide will speak English. But the reality is only 10 percent of the time he was speaking English. A full English speaking guide would make the experience much better.

Alejandro was very helpful and engaging. Plus points: extra power banks that he made all of us use during the trip. Thanks alejandro!

Segovia and Toledo are beautiful cities with rich histories, but I cannot recommend this tour. Although we left Madrid at 7:30 am and returned around 6 pm, there were only 2 hours of that day that included interaction with the guide. She was good when she was on, but the company plans a schedule that leaves the tourist alone for most of the time. When we arrived in Toledo, for example, we had two hours to get lunch and sight see on our own without any orientation, then one hour with the guide, most of which consisted of the tour of the cathedral. Although we took that tour, those who did not had less than 30 minutes with the tour guide in that city. Were I to have a do-over, I would plan my own day trip (by train) to each of these cities from Madrid.
