My two children and I took a wonderful Segway tour throughout the streets of Madrid. We had an incredible tour. My children are 11 & 14 and they picked up the Segway quicker than I did, lol. My kids had a blast. We had a fantastic instructor and he was an even better guide.

We did an e-bike tour with Jakov and really enjoyed it. My husband and I were the only ones on the tour so it was basically a private tour for us - a nice bonus. We had done a hop on / hop off bus tour the previous day and visited some of the sights but it was MUCH better visiting them with Jakov as he provided background and interesting details. We would definitely recommend this tour as a way to see the highlights of the city. Neither my husband or I are frequent bike riders and we had no problem making our way around the city with Jakov’s help. Of course it may be different during the busy season when the crowds are larger. Thanks, Jakov, for a great tour!

I was riding solo with tour guide Andrea and we had great conversations about the history of Spain and I got to show off my knowledge I had gathered from my trip to Madrid. She was lovely and talkative, I thought it might have been awkward given it was just me and Andrea but it was great. An asset of a tour guide.

Although we chose a very hot time of day, we were very happy with our choice! It was just the three of us with our guide, so this was like a personal tour! We were very happy with Jacob and he made sure we knew how to use the bikes, stopped occasionally to teach about various Madrid sites, and gave us some free time within Retiro to view roses. He was also always willing to take our photos and made this one of the highlights of our 9-day trip to Madrid. We were very pleased with this experience!

We had Jacob tour us around Madrid. What a knowledgeable guide and fun storyteller of the myths and legends of Madrid. 3 hours went by very quickly.

David was very good tour guide, superrr fun and safe. Churros were good after I accidentally spilled the chocolate on my white pants

We used the Madrid City Go card to book this tour. It is our first time using the segway. The staff was really patient in training my wife how to use it. The rest of our group only took a few minutes learning how to control it. The tour were led by two tour guides (Spanish & English). Our tour guide was great in giving us the history of all the sights. Unfortunately, the Spanish speaking group kept doing things on their own and ending up getting lost. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour. The service is really good, they even gave us water bottles at the end of our tour. We enjoyed it so much that we are trying to book for their Chocolate and churros Segway tour. Unfortuntely, I have been calling all day today but there is no one answer the phone.

David is a dawg. Had fun with David. give david a bonus. Had a ton of fun and learned a lot about the city of madrid. definitely recommend for anyone who wants to see the city.
