Probably the most entertaining thing we did while we were in Madrid! Pick your day, however, because if it’s raining I suspect it is not as pleasant.
Our guide was fantastic and even when my fiancé barked at riding the Segway he simply towed it behind his with his hand. It was a great way to see the city – I wish it had listed longer.

Disclaimer: was taken here on a company trip so my review will not take into account value for money because I didn't pay for it.
They took us around the El Retiro park on Segway. Segway is great fun and you won't want to give it back when time is up. The park is also very nice and worth checking out. They gave us a little bit of context/history about various places in the park but would've liked more of this and more in-depth history, not sure if it was kept short due to time constraint or what. Would recommend for the Segway but don't expect much touring.

Excellent tour. Great fun and lovely informative staff. One of our party fell off but they really looked after her and gave her time to recover without detracting from the rest of the group's fun. Would highly recommend as a way to see this part of Madrid.

Excellent! Super fun! Highly recommend. Our guide was so thorough in teaching us to ride the Segway. He did an excellent job of sharing interesting information and making it fun. We started exactly on time and the customer service was supurb! Do it, you won't regret. It was also in a great location to walk to if you are staying anywhere around Puerta Del Sol. My teenage daughter loved it too!

Me & the Mrs did the Segway tour on Saturday 15/2 at 1000 hrs.
Neither of us had been on a Segway before, nor visited Madrid- so 2 birds with one stone.
We had a safety / familiarisation talk/ demo from our guide Efrem, before hitting the cobbles.
(Helmets & hi- vis jackets provided for safety).
At 1000 the streets were quiet and ideal for our tour ( which in effect was a private one- only me & the Mrs on it).
Off through the back streets , passing various sights, museums, landmarks, into Retiro park and seeing the sights in the park.
Efrem provided plenty of information at all the stops and couldn't have been a friendlier or helpful guide.
Thoroughly recommend this attraction 👍

Fantastic experience. We have done Segway before so tour guide did not hold back. We were flying and covered a lot of scenery. One of the best ways to see a lot of sights in a short period of time. Not to mention a blast blowing past all the tourists walking along the sidewalk. Would highly recommend

Our family Segway tour of Retiro park was a highlight on our vacation. We are hooked and can’t wait to do another. Our guide Mario was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and well informed. I can’t believe we rode segways through the City. Mario kept it safe and so much fun! Highly recommend the Segway tour! Ask for Mario!

I was on my own in this tour and was guided by Mario who was super nice and informative. I loved every minute of it, from riding in the busy streets of Madrid to enjoying the beauty of Retiro Park. Mario was also happy to take some pics of me since I was on my own. He explained the sites in detail and answered all the questions that I had. I truly enjoyed this experience and would surely recommend :))

We had an amazing hour tour with the fam and our tour guide Hans. It was an amazing day trip to see the park. Beautiful monuments, amazing historical landmarks and lots of culture and history behind the park. BEST HOUR OF OUR LIVES!!

I was hesitant to do this. I am 65 and not in the best of shape. Kader (Kaden) was our guide. He was fantastic! Patient with me and made sure I was comfortable to go. It was the most fun excursion ever! I can’t recommend this enough. My husband and daughter agreed. I live in the States and plan on buying my son a tour in his city too so he can experience travel on a Segway!

Hi, I’m not really sure but the website will probably give you that information. There was a child in our group when we went out who was probably about 10 or 11 and she managed really well as the segways are quite easy to ride.
