On time service in a new Mercedes. Our driver Jonathan was great. We opted for a private car because we had two heavy bags and also, because we wanted to see as much of the suburbs as possible.

We had a great day with Luis, excellent service and we really enjoyed our time with him. It’s so convenient to get picked up at your hotel and then have the option to make a few stops on the way to Lisbon. We enjoyed visiting Nazare and Obidos, Luis was a fabulous guide. We also used L-it Travel for our airport pickup in Lisbon to Porto, the service was wonderful and Luis made everything so easy to arrange. Perfect! We (a family of 3) would highly recommend L-it Travel Solutions if you need / want a private transport. Luis picked us up at our hotel in Lisbon and drove us to our hotel in Porto. We added two stops along the way - Obidos and Nazaré, where he made recommendations on purchases and restaurants. Upon arrival in Porto, he made some additional recommendations on what to do and where to eat. We were fortunate enough to have Luis also transport us back to Lisbon a few days later. We added a stop to Coimbra and toured the University library at his recommendation. He then joined us for a walk through the city's Old Town, explaining and showing things we may have otherwise missed. Again, we would highly recommend! Safe. Clean. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Personable. We hired L-it Travel solutions to take us from our hotel in the Porto area to our hotel in Lisbon. Luis arrived on time and was a very good driver. Car was clean and comfortable. Communication before the trip was easy and Luis was very helpful and flexible in deciding where to stop along the way. He accompanied us on our stops in Nazarre and Obidos and was a pleasure to talk to about the country and his experiences. He also gave us some good tips about our future stay in Lisbon. Our guide Raquel was AWESOME! She gave us a thorough religious and historical tour through the basilica, cathedral and the homes of Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco. We then walked the Stations of the Cross and learned of this great gift from the Hungarian people. She gave us tips on the 9:30 pm candle light Rosary and procession around the plaza.
