The night before we were to to travel from Madrid to Segovia for our private tour I received an email asking if we could arrive an hour earlier because the guide wasn’t going to have enough time to do the full tour. I said no- o had already purchased my train ticket and would be there at the time we agreed upon. I heard nothing more until I emailed them in the morning to say we were on our way in a taxi to the town plaza from the train station. I received a note back from Trip advisor that my tour was canceled and my money refunded. DON’T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! With notice I would have booked another guide.

The food tour of Granada was one of the highlights of our trip to Spain! Molly our guide was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Molly for a great tour!

The travel was made easy for us, they helped us and guided us also received the tickets on time as promised. Guide was friendly too. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Parking is spread downhill and down the road. Get there early. There is an information office that you can buy tickets to.

We had a tour of Monserrat planned from Barcelona where the tour guide,Vicenza, met us and we took the train to Monserrat. Once we arrived, we had to take a cable car to the top of a mountain where our tour started. Just doing these activities were unique for us as we had only toured Barcelona on foot and by bus. The history of Monseratt was explained and shown expertly by Vicenza. Since the three of us are avid walkers, the tour to the "holy cross" and the surrounding area was great. We even stopped on the mountain and had a lunch.The cathedral and other religious/historical stops and explainations were timely for me as I had recently finished a novel that had Monsererat, the Black Madonna and other religious references in the novel. Vicenza also,upon returning to Barcelona, told us about restaurants to visit and ended with showing us a "local's perspective"of the surrounding area to our hotel. We would definitely utilize Vicenza again for a tour when we return the area. She was personable, knowledgeable and fit in with our family!

I did not ger my ticket despite numerous calls and follow up- do not ever book this tour. Its a SCAM. Really wanted to go inside the Sagrada, akl tickets were sold out somewhere else Ruined my excitement.

Tickets never received Tried calling Yo Tours but went to voice mail and never received a return call so unable to visit the church

The “skip the line” was very confusing and we don’t think that we actually got any benefit to it at all. There was no signage of where to go. I think the next time we go we would get a guided tour to learn more about the history and the architecture. The building itself is a 5/5 and a must if in Barcelona.

Was sold a trip to the Sagrada Família that we could not use close to $100 and we were there half hour early and nobody knew what was going on we did never got our tickets and we got in. Never got in we had to buy separate tickets out back do not buy I would not buy anything from Tripadvisor at the spoiler day

Upon arrival, we noticed that no one was going inside. Security then informed me that there were no tours or entrance due to masses that were going on that day. Entrance was by invitation only. I feel like I got scammed and have submitted a complaint and request for a refund.

Try to buy directly from Sagrada Familia web site. There is no line. It's very easy fail into third party sellers, you spend 3 times more and got different things and different times. A lot of people just sitting in the park waiting because of misleading.

I ordered tickets to see the Sagrada Familia and the tickets were never sent to my email. I called the company 5 times and couldn’t get through. Then called the parent company and they spoke with company and they then said the tickets would be sent ASAP. Still never received them. So then had to change our entire day in Barcelona to accommodate buying our own tickets another way that was 5 hours later. Pretty terrible experience.

Loved this place! It is breathtaking! Ticket purchase to entrance was a was seamless experience. Easy to follow once you get the tour downloaded. I would suggest you make sure to download the app, connect your ticket and make sure you have room on your phone to download the self guided tour before you go in.
