About
Get away from the bustling city & spend some relaxing time on the Olympic Mountain of Montjuïc - Barcelona´s green lung. We will start at the exhibition ground of the World Fair of 1929. Ascending the hill, you will learn about this important event. While standing in front of a palace that houses the Catalan modern art museum you will have a photo moment with amazing views. From there we will cross the Olympic Ring where the Games of 1992 were held. Passing by the Botanical Garden we'll have a glimpse into the famous cemetery of Barcelona. Once on the top we may have a break in a hidden beer garden under pine trees - if open & the weather allows. The walk continues around the castle of Montjuïc to a breath-taking view point. Learn why the mountain has always been a natural watch tower guarding the city. We will stroll down the slopes of the hill to the multi-cultural quarter of Poble Sec where we finish the walk in Calle Blai famous for its local tapas & pinchos bars.

Great way to start our Barcelona vacation!
Our multi-generational group of 13 had this private tour with Christian on our first full day in Barcelona. Fabulous way to start the vacation! Highly recommend at the beginning of your visit. We were able to go back and shop and dine in some hidden areas of the city that Christian showed us that we wouldn’t have found on our own. He had interesting information and stories to share. Thank you, Christian!

    Fantastic guides and services!
Barcelona Feeing is attentive to detail and willing to customize for group needs! We had a large group of university students for walking tour and they were fantastic with the students connecting with them and ensuring all went smooth for a group of 30 +. We will definitely use again.

    Outstanding tour
Christians guided tour took us to hidden places we would have never seen exploring the city on our own. His explanations were perfect and absolutely interesting. We enjoyed having a short break on one of the quiet wonderful plazas, drinking a beer and talking about this and that. In the evening we had dinner in one of the restaurants, Christian recommended, it was great. Many thanks for this wonderful experience.

Beautiful Scenary and Out of the Way Places
Michael was a fantastic guide, taking us to out of the way places to overlook Barcelona. This is a demanding walk uphill for two hours or so but these are places you would not see otherwise. The castle at the top is excellent and this is a side of the city I would not have seen. You get a good look at the Olympic facilities but do not go inside.

    Very Insightful and Fun Tour
My girlfriend and I did this private tour with Michael and had the best time! We got a lot of knowledge about the different sights and sides of Barcelona, not just visiting the most famous places, but gaining a real understanding of what makes the city special and seeing all the little hidden alleys and hearing about the history of the city and how it developed. In addition to that, it was just very interesting to talk to Michael and hear about his life and his history with Barcelona. He also provided us with more tips for our visit and kept informing us about upcoming events. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see more of Barcelona than just the biggest sights.

Informative, friendly & so much fun
A fabulous experience that I highly recommend. From the Freixenette factory, to the lovely winery Michael was informative & totally charming. I tasted a selection of delicious cava’s & will certainly book another tour on my next Barcelona visit.

Off the beaten track is best!
Barcelona is enormous and it’s easy to get lost amongst the throngs of tourists. Christian took us through some amazing neighborhoods that we never would have discovered otherwise. As a result, I purchased a piece of jewelry from the studio of an amazing local artist and I am ecstatic!

See places no one else will show you!
Our tour with Christian was the perfect introduction to Barcelona for us. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the city and this area of Spain. He personalized our tour according to our specific needs and was very attentive to all of our needs throughout. We loved getting to know the areas of this amazing city that you don’t read about in any guidebooks or blogs. Christian’s love for this beautiful city is contagious. We are so happy that this is the way we spent our first moments in Barcelona for the first time!

Christian is a super nice and knowledgeable guide. The tour was very informative - I just wish we would have taken it at the beginning of our stay, so we could go back to all the interesting places he showed us!

    Best for solo travelers
This is my first time to do a guided tour with Airbnb and I am so happy that I tried something new. Unlike any other organized tours I did in the past, my time with Christian was informative, engaging, and heartwarming. I LOVED it. It was like spending quality time with a good friend who showed me around the town where you wouldn’t get to see on your own. He is genuine, knowledgeable, open-minded, and considerate. There were only four people in the group (excluding Christian) and our time was intimate. We stopped by a cute cafe for a drink in the middle of tour and the conversation was rich. From this experience, I even made new friends who I exchanged the contact info with. At the end, I was thinking this is why I like to travel!!!! Thank you, Christian!!!! It was the best ever!

    Fabulous Barcelona experience!
Our walking tour yesterday with Christian was fabulous! Our small group were shown some lesser known hidden gems, passing through quiet back streets away from the crowds. A perfect way to spend a few hours in Barcelona! Christian was so knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the city and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We loved the fact that the tour adapted to our needs and we all felt that we had spent a few magical hours together in such a wonderful place.

Christian welcomed us like old friends. We spent a wonderful few hours climbing and learning about the mountain. We visited many places we would not have been able to find ourselves. We were lucky to come on a day when the hidden beer garden was open and stopped for refreshments and some great music. Christian is very knowledgeable about Barcelona and was able to answer all our questions. He kindly provided restaurant recommendations and escorted us to a great strip for pinchos after our tour. We have been to Barcelona a few times but never visited the mountain. With Christian as a guide it was well worth the trip!
