Roberto made a long trip very enjoyable and interesting. He was very accommodating to our request on the returned trip in Barcelona It is probably best to go during the winter to appreciate the beauty of the town.

It is a very beautiful place! Has we done more research we would have planned this earlier and purchased tickets to get into the chapel and see the statue. We still enjoyed our time and took a short hike while up there and it was good to get out of the city for half a day.

Our guide & driver were very nice & lovely. However the last time our guide was in Tarragona was 15 years ago & didn't really know where to go or what to do. As a result the ampi theatre by the ocean ( that we really wanted to see) closed as we walked up to the entrance. Was very disappointed to pay for private tour & not see the best part

Montserrat is a "must see" and after taking 3 other "small group tours" we decided to make the day our own and take advantage of this one. It was a beautiful day and our driver (Jonathan) was excellent. He made suggestions and even took us to a small village to have lunch afterwards that turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! I would highly recommend this excursion! FYI (I would also recommend that you have the driver take you to the top and then ride the cable car to the bottom. There is a lot of walking up hill involved if you take the cable car up).

Unbelievable views. The sound of the boys choirs was heavenly . Need to Spend a day as there is a lot to see and it's a beautiful place to rest and heal your mind and soul

Our driver, Pedro and guide, Lluis were both excellent. We also purchased the Museum Pass for €25 per person, which I HIGHLY recommend. Lluis helped us time our visit so we were able to take in the museum, the basilica (including a performance of the boys choir, and a visit to the Black Madonna, which was stunning. The museum exceeded expectations, the views from Montserrat were beautiful, and we were well taken care of. Pedro at Montpe Tours, who handled the booking was also helpful an efficient.

From start to finish this just ended up being a mess. We paid over 700 Euros for booking 5 journeys for a corporate event in a week. Firstly, the company increased the booking price 3 days before the booking by 10% for us to pay by bank transfer and issue an invoice. It was too late by this point to find someone else. On arrival at Barcelona Airport, the first car didn't arrive at all. We stood in BCN airport for 25 minutes and then got our own taxis back to the hotel. By text the company told us they were busy because of holiday and would refund our money. On our second booking, the car arrived 15 minutes late and we missed our subsequent booking. We asked to extend our booking and were told it wasn't possible because we were starting early the next day. On our final booking, the driver started complaining that we weren't outside 10 minutes before the start of the booking. On arranging a refund for the missed car, we were told that we were wasting the company's morning and our bank details were incorrect. (We provided IBAN details from our Wise account where we made the payment from.) I honestly wish we'd just used taxis for the week and hadn't had this hassle.
