The vehicle was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Our driver, Alejandro, was polite, prompt, and accommodating. We were taken good care of and would definitely use them again!

- 500dank00Quote did not meet expectations, got the feeling I was being overchargedI found it to be quite difficult to find a decent and reasonably priced airport transfer to and from Barcelona Airport (BCN), with companies overcharging as compared to their competitors. As did Barcelona in Motion. I asked for a quote for a return trip economy class transfer from BCN Airport to our conveniently located hotel next to the Marina, a 15 - 20 minute trip via this company's website. No prices were advertised on the website (which I do not like to begin with. But the company's website said 'We provide excellent deals and the most competitive prices just for you!' Economy class was advertised as Toyota Prius or Skoda Superb on the website of Barcelona in Motion Perfect for our needs, as we do not need a limousine for a 15- 20 minute trip to and from the airport. A little later, I got an email offer for a 'Mercedes-Benz Economy Minivan' transfer at a whopping €140 for a return. I replied with that this did not seem 'economy class' to me, nor I did ask for a minivan. Never got a response. Very bad customer service. I got the feeling I was being overcharged and got an offer for something I did not ask for. This certainly not seemed like a competitive price to me. Found another company that charged me €82 for a return, including a child seat and showed up in a Mercedes E class. I will never consider or use Barcelona in Motion any more.

Special mention for Marc who was very helpful. Used services to and from airport for a family of 6 to PortAventura and Centre. Highly recommended.

I spent ages looking for a transfer from Barcelona airport to Andorra and they were all automated systems which I didn't have any faith in really. I wanted to have contact with a person, names, numbers and emails. I came across Barcelona in motion and noticed they required a email to give you a tailored quote. I sent of my flight details and requirements and soon enough I had a personal reply with a cost which to my surprise was really competitive to the automated quotes. I felt reassured with having personal contact and went ahead with the service ! And what a service it was, lovely Mercedes Vito with reclining seats, water, freshen up towels and a lovely polite driver who had tracked our flight and was waiting there for us with our name showing. Smartly dressed and wearing a mask at all times. Safe careful driver who got us to Andorra in no time at all. Took us to the door of our hotel and wished us a lovely holiday. I got texts mid way through the holiday thanking us for using them and asking if we were having a nice time. Also the day before we left we had more texts confirming our pickup for return. Our driver was waiting for us in our lobby to help with our cases. All I can say is what a great personal service and don't hesitate to use this company for quality service at a great price. We will definitely be using Barcelona in motion next time we visit Andorra. See you next year. Ed Jess and Noah.

5 stars for the service to Andorra, and great driver. But on the return journey which was a 6am pick up the driver fell asleep 3 or 4 times until we hit the rumble strips. we said to stop at the services. Scared all 3 adults and the 5 kids in the car! Glad we made it to the airport
