      Worth every penny!
Jennifer was an AMAZING guide!! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. We learned and saw so much in just a few hours - the time flew by. Would highly recommend this experience to get a more intimate understanding of the history and culture of this incredible city.

      Personal walking tour with Patricia.
We had a four person (family) private tour. It was a walking tour with a friendly knowledgeable tour guide. Patricia was great! She took us to many local architectural sites and local markets with time to shop and explore! We loved the personal touch and would highly recommend Patricia anytime!

      Great tour
Our guide Jennifer was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer all the things we thought of as we walked in Barcelona with her. Then the audio guide at Sagrada Familia helped us understand this magnificent building. In honesty the tour is not cheap, but we are so glad we did it!

      Timeless beauty
Stunning! Like the Grand Canyon, you can look at pictures, but never fully appreciate the grandeur and peace until you see it in person. Do not miss!

Awesome tour with Andy Reyes. Highly recommend
Our guide Andy Reyes was the absolute best! He customized the tour to meet our interests and took us to very special places in the city of Barcelona. He was extremely knowledgeable and he was excited about guiding us through this very complicated city. The skip the line ticket situation was seamless as was the subway ride. Our tour w Andy was the highlight of our stay in Barcelona. I would highly recommend him.

Could Not Have Asked for More
We had a fabulous day with Paolo, our tour guide. He picked our private group of 4 women up at our hotel at 9:00 a.m. On our way to the vineyard Llopart, Paolo told us the history of Barcelona and the beautiful countryside and towns we passed. The tour of Llopart was fantastic and our guide there was so entertaining and enthusiastic. Paolo picked us up after the tour and we ate lunch the beautiful restaurant before heading to Montserrat. The drive up was gorgeous, even in the rain. (To the vineyard and Montserrat, the roads are VERY windy, we were extremely glad we had taken anti-nausea medicine) Paolo dropped us off as close as possible due to rain and then caught up with us to make sure we found our way in and had our tickets. The tour of the Abby was completely worth braving the weather and the cloud cover on the mountain gave it a surreal aura. Paolo met us at the exit and we returned to the hotel. He was so patient and kind, even though we are not a calm and quiet group of travelers! Highly recommend!!!

Good Park Guell intro on Gaudi before Sagrada Familia
Park Guell was very interesting. Audio tour is a must there to get full taste of the parks history. Sagrada Familia is the jewel of your visit to Barcelona. Absolute must see. Guided audio tour was the perfect way to see this incredible buliding.

A great day spent with Allen.
We weren’t sure about taking a seven hour tour, but we are so glad we did. Allen, our guide , met use right on time, he explained what we were going to experience and began the tour. His English was excellent, he explained everything in an easy to understand manner and answered all our questions. It drizzled on and off during the tour and Allen found ways to keep us mostly dry. We especially appreciated his deep knowledge of Barcelona history in the old quarter of the city.

      Excellent personalized private tour
Agusto was an excellent tour guide. The tour was very informative and personalized. We had the opportunity to take breaks and speak to our guide one on one and ask many questions. He was very respectful and did not leave our sight until it was time to depart.

Best Tour of our 10-day Spain Trip
This tour had it all. As Sagrada Familia has become a major attraction, tickets have to be purchased way in advanced. We were able to buy this tour within the week, and our day was planned out for us. This was a private tour, and we think Alan, our tour guide, made this an awesome experience. He started off with a brief history lesson on Barcelona and showed us maps where you can see there were expansions. This foundation helped us enjoyed what we saw later in the day as it gave context to certain places and buildings. Alan was a great listener and flexible to what we wanted to see. We mentioned there was a certain food we wanted to try, so he ordered that instead of what was originally planned. He knew we wanted to spend more time at the church, so he modified the timing of tour plan for us. Alan was a wealth of knowledge, that I even asked if he was a professor before. Some logistics, there is a lot of walking, and it really is a full day, about 6-7-hours. If you have the energy, you definitely should sign up for this.

This was a guided tour of the city, not the Segrada
Our tour guide Kasunie was awesome and knowledgable. If I was reviewing only her I would give the tour a 5. She did a fabulous job. However, we had believed that we were purchasing skip-the-line tickets and a personal tour of the Segrada. What we got was a 3-hour guided tour of the city, then we got on the metro and were dropped off at the Segrada, given an app to download and listen to an "audio"guided tour while inside the Segrada. Sadly, by the time we had walked the city for 3 hours and took many photo's, our phone batteries were almost dead and none of us could listen to the audio guided tour of the Segrada. What we believed we were getting and what we got, were two different things. We wanted a personnal guided tour of the Segrada not the city.

Rushed- 2 short tours- long wait in line- Not for Seniors
A cheat! Rushed and short tour. Only got 45 minutes at Park Guell - as older couple could not keep up with guides rapid waking over uneven ground. Then we were rushed to have unneccessary lunch near Sagrada Familia & put on 2pm tour and then informed that Sagrada Famila closes at 3:15- so after waiting in a long line to get in( not skip the line!) only had 45 minutes to see sagrada familia- which requires at least 2 hours. Very disppointing. Viator used to be good, but now that they sub contract to bad operators like Julia Tours-tours are not good and not senior friendly.

      Best family tour!
John was an incredible guide! The best we’ve had for our multi-generational family that’s traveled all over Europe. He was a great communicator before, during and after our tour. He was patient with our 11 year old and catered to our questions, generously giving of his time. Highly recommend!!

Make sure you’re going on the tour you booked!!! We booked this tour but our guide took us on another tour. Very poor organisation and not the guide’s fault.

Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the tour with a great guide, Prisicilla who was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke perfect English. It was very good value for four of us on this private tour and much better than the other groups of fifteen or oso that we saw during the tour. We were taken on some interesting trips through the old historic centre and stopped at a local bar for refreshments.

Thank you Priscilla. Local Cool Tour Management read this and learn.

Hello dear Les. We appreciate your nice comment although I know you were dissatisfied with an initial confusion at the beginning of the tour. You had a misunderstanding with the guide, as everyone went to a different bike shop (which are next to each other) and you lost some minutes of the tour. It is not that you went to the wrong tour, there was just a confusion at the meeting point, but the tour was the right one and the guide was the right one. But we know that the tour was successful and we regret this confusion. Thank you very much for your opinion.

This was an excellent bike tour. We covered a lot of ground with our very knowledgable and friendly guide Priscilla. All four of us agreed that it was a 5-star experience. Would recommend to anyone!
