We took our six-year-old daughter to Mosaiccos on a recent vacation to Barcelona and we all created our own mosaic. It was an incredible experience for all of us and we highly recommend it to any family or individual travelling to Barcelona!! It was such a fun, immersive experience that allowed us to learn, create, and have fun. The mosaics we made will be treasured keepsakes for many years to come. Thank you Mosaiccos for the incredible experience!! We will be back.

We had a great experience here as part of a tour with Sagrada Familia. Our family of four (children 10/12 yo) had fun! We all felt successful creating our choice of projects (picture frame, animal print, treasure box). There were quite a few student interns available to help us. The two hour time limit went quickly and we could have actually spent more time. Highly recommend. One of our families top activities this trip and we have great souvenirs too!

What a fun way to gain an appreciation for Gaudi’s brilliance! Our family visited Casa Battlo and then relaxed together, creating our own mosaics at Mosaiccos. It was an absolutely wonderful day and the time at Mosaiccos flew. The staff was so kind and helpful, and we had a terrific time breaking tiles and arranging and gluing them onto a tray - which Mosaiccos grouted and had ready for us in 2 days! There’s so much to see and do in Barcelona and this was the perfect place to catch our breath. It’s right near the museums and wonderful food too. We highly recommend!!!

Thank you for a lovely experience. We chose the 2 hour course and were a group of 2 adults and 2 8 year olds. The activities were personalised and we were able to enjoy an experience personalised to age. We learnt lots about how to cut and place the tiles effectively. The course leaders were friendly and helpful and we were able to collect our finished items the same day. Highly recommended.

What a great activity to do as a family! We all really enjoyed the session with Angelika, making mosaic boxes and fridge magnets in her fabulous workshop. It was lovely to do such a fun and creative activity with the kids, and have something to take home at the end! Highly recommended as a safe and very enjoyable experience! It certainly brightened up our days during these difficult times. Thank you!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed, learned, and delighted in this wonderful class. The teachers were informative, spoke a variety of languages, and very helpful throughout. Our school-aged children enjoyed every moment of the class and remained engaged. The pieces were ready the following day and all looked amazing. I highly recommend this experience as it was fun, creative, and (shhh) educational.

We had a wonderful time making mosaics on our last day in Barcelona. So great for the whole family - the kids loved it and we have wonderful souvenirs. Definitely a highlight of our trip and we are so glad we did this. It was so relaxing and the finished results are beautiful. Such a great way bring Gaudi to life!

This activity was booked by my husband for our wedding anniversary and we took our two children -6&7 years old. The activity itself was fun, there was an easy version ready for my littlest so she could participate fully. My one gripe is lack of any warmth from staff. When we arrived we barely got a hello and it was very awkward for some moments as we all walked in in silence. There was a quick explanation and we got help along the way but the whole thing lacked enthusiasm. How about ‘hi, welcome!’ and perhaps a little history about Gaudi and his method etc. When we went back to collect the items we had made there were different staff members, no more welcoming, in fact I simply got barked at to leave the door open as I entered. This activity is not cheap and smiles are free. I’d recommend for the experience but unless things change don’t expect a particularly warm welcome.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you missed enthusiasm and warmth during the class. Normally our staff is always very welcoming and enjoys the time with our clients, as you can see in the other reviews. But anyways we have to say sorry that you got a different impression. Nevertheless we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the activity itself. We always give a short introduction about Gaudi and the Trencadis technique, we can´t give you a long lecture due to the time because it is an experience and not a masterclass in which you have a lot of more time. We hope that you enjoy your self created souvenir from Barcelona.

We absolutely LOVED taking a mosaic making class with our three young children (7, 5, 2). The staff were incredible in guiding and assisting us and it was the perfect way to make a keepsake to remember our trip by. I cannot say enough positive things about how special this experience was and one we will remember for a lifetime. We will recommend this activity to all of our friends traveling to Barcelona with their families. An hour was the right amount of time for the children and my husband and I could have spent a day there (but alas, children!) LOVE LOVE LOVED this! Don't miss out!
