My husband, daughter and myself planned a ten day trip to Barcelona as a family vacation. Fortunately, I found Manuel and his private car service online before we left. This was a great decision as Manuel made the entire 8 hour day hassle free! He picked us up at our hotel and explained the history of our surroundings in detail on the one hour drive there. He is a kind, wonderful, family man and his English is perfect! Thanks to Manuel knowing all the ins and outs, we were able to see the Black Madonna, hear the Boys Choir, tour the property, take tons of pictures, and tour the beautiful Art Museum plus shop in the gift store before getting on the tram to come back down the mountain. We even had time for lunch in the cafeteria with Manuel answering our questions and explaining more of what we saw. Traffic was heavy coming back but Manuel was completely patient, drove safely and we had wonderful conversations. If you are going to Barcelona, Montserrat is a must see This tour is a ten plus in my book! Thank you Manuel for your patience and kindness to three Texans! I almost forgot, I took a transport wheelchair and we threw it in the back of Manuel's car as I was scheduled for a hip replacement right after our trip. Manuel took turns pushing me and I didn't miss a thing! Take this tour, You can tailor make it to your schedule and interests. Manuel is GREAT!

After arriving on schedule from Hong Kong and completing Immigration/Customs formalities we entered the arrival area of the Barcelona Airport Terminal the previously booked and prepaid private car transfer driver was not in attendance. He subsequently did some 15 minutes late; extended no apologies for his tardiness and guided us to his double parked vehicle outside. The booking and payment was made thru Viatour.

Driver had limited English and was very pushy. Did not ask for Voucher before we were in the van, however driving along and suddendly asked for it wants it now, now.
