About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- JakiYo0 contributionsYou need to experience this!If you go to Madrid you just can’t not go to see traditional Flamenco dancers. And what a best way to do this by going into one of the oldest places that you can see Flamenco in a spectacular setting in an old theatre. The architecture of the building old and authentic and the program is very passionate. Must try!Written April 25, 2024
- lianneandpete0 contributionsOverpricedUnfortunately this show was not for us. We love dancing shows usually but the choreography was poor and it would have been nice to see the man and the woman dance together instead of separately. I would advise to buy the basic ticket price as you don’t get much more for the medium or premium price you pay. Slightly overpriced for what you got.Written November 7, 2023
- kawaguy0 contributionsFair price, good venue, good overview.More comfortable than expected, with good AC, ample legroom in hotel-conference-style chairs. Music required earplugs at times. Presented without context or introduction. Cast of 8. We chose this because we felt an hour was enough, and it was. But we would have liked a bit of explanation of what flamenco is expressing, and what certain things meant. Still, we have Google. Fair value for money. We chose the middle section and it was fine. We were in the front row of our section and that was good for our two short people. Maybe do some background reading before you go.Written October 5, 2023
- retiredhaha0 contributionsExcellent show with small audienceWe watched the show prior to our dinner, which the early show started at 5:30 pm. The venue is situated nearby our hotel in the Plaça de Catalunya; staff stood in front of entrance. The staff are courteous and friendly; the small theatre is actually situated in the basement. We really enjoyed the short venue, very entertaining and the musician along with dancers are top notch. Overall, we really enjoyed the show, the time frame is just right and length of the show is perfect for us.Written September 28, 2023
- 765432120190 contributionsNot recommendedNot recommended. It's very tourist show, it's not worth for 30 EUR /per person, it includes one free drinks, which I order Sangria (red wine), but the Sangria only come with half slice of Sunkist orange, not very tasty and authentic. The show quality is low, and cheap. Don't think it worth for the price. the event was dirty and old as well. Totally not recommended.Written September 25, 2023
- mco290 contributionsIntense and mesmerizing! The foot tapping, the finger snapping, the hip swaying, the shawl twirling and the ruffled skirts, it was hypnotizing! The female dancers and the lone male dancer were superb. Bravo!Written December 5, 2022

- MiamiBeachDrew0 contributionsWow!I love Flamenco guitar, but I had only seen Falmenco dancing on TV. Put them together, and you have a classic Spanish evening. Yes the performers are entertaining the audience, but you gotta see them enjoy their art with fellow lovers as they create on the stage together. It is amazing! The physicality, sensuality, rhythm, passion, and artistic expression are like nothing I had ever seen. I now understand why Flamenco is a traditional form of Andalusian dance and music that is carried (and thrives) throughout the world. Walk around, have dinner in a nearby restaurant, and go to Flamenco Barcelona! You will cheer, "Ole!"Written March 16, 2020
- HedgeFamof60 contributionsFamily friendly showThis show was not entirely what we expected, but it was a nice, brief (1 hour) show that gave our kids (ranging in age from 8 to 16) a flavor of the Spanish/Catalon culture at an affordable price. We all thought it was a bit more improv-like than planned, which is fine but different than we expected it to be. Agree with the other posters that you can absolutely buy the cheapest seats (area C) that come with a free drink and still have a good view. The venue is small and the back section is elevated. We sat in the very back row and could see everything perfectly.Written March 14, 2020

- leah512110 contributionsflamenco fun!We went last night and so fun! Get the cheapest ticket and arrive early—it’s built up so you can see over everyone’s heads. The flamenco dancers seem to be atypical as there were two guys and one girl dancing. Very accommodating for the tickets and time. It also felt very traditional and hole-in-the-wall.Written January 19, 2020
- Donegalabu0 contributionsFabulous dancersOn my visit to Barca, I fell out with Google Maps quite a bit and a tip for you is that this location is not THE city hall but a theatre called City Hall that is on Rambla Catalyuna, just off Plaza Catalyuna. Google Maps wanted to take me to THE city hall. The show lasts an hour. The dancers are amazing and the guitar player is great. I enjoyed the singing. I know the singing is a big part of Flamenco, on the night I would have preferred more dancing and a bit less singing without the dancing. The singers had a lot to do and sang a lot without the dancers. I would have liked the show more if there had been more dancing as the two girls were fabulous.Written January 13, 2020
- veeronica670 contributionsFantastic experience. A must-see!So much passion packed in to an hour! Unbelievable! So glad we went. The performers were very talented! And the staff were very friendly and helpful! Thanks so much for the wonderful experience! Definitely recommend!Written December 1, 2019
- 223alexisa0 contributionsCould have been longerMy husband and I wanted to see authentic flamenco. The dancers were awesome there just wasn’t enough of it. I’d still recommend seeing this and you can’t beat the price.Written November 12, 2019
- winnilady20 contributionsExcellent way to see Flamenco without the hypeThe setting is intimate and the dancers are very close. The show lasted an hour and it was very entertaining. City Hall lacks the majesty of Palau de la Musica but the dancers are very good and it is a nice example of the dance.Written October 21, 2019

We got to Barcelona City Hall excited to see another flamenco show. The first one we experienced was in Madrid, 3 months ago, and it was pure art. We couldn't rave more about it. In comparison though, this seemed to me like a bit more of an improv flamenco. The lines of the show and the dancers' moves seemed to have been more spontaneous that thoroughly planned. Which is not necessarily bad, but it felt like there was not as much professionalism overall as we expected from the show in Madrid.
We got the 35€ tickets, that came with a free drink. I would get the cheapest tickets if I were you, because the theater is not big, and 18€ (the cheapest ticket) is enough for what the show has to offer.
The 2 female dancers we liked more than the men. I believe the crew changes its format quite often, from what I saw in the pictures. Maybe the one tonight was not that great.
Anyway, an OK experience.

we didn't feel like getting a full 2-3 hour show so this show that is 1 hour long sounded great. with high ratings and all. We expected a show full of energy and happiness one that we will come out full of energy and with a smile on our face.
We were very very disappointed, there are two female dancers that were OK but the music and production were terrible. Acoustics is not good and the singers were terrible. It really looked as if someone took a bunch of people from the street and told them to go on to stage. The hall is small so if you do decide to go, there is no reason to pay twice the price for the front row tickets that back ones are good enough. we left the show in the middle it was so bad. One more not, Flamenco can be happy, cheerful and up beat and can be of the Sad and Angry type. This performance is more of the sad and angry type.

Very dissapointed to hear this from you. I am trying to answer so other customers can read
Yes. One hour show with high ratings. Certificate of Excellence 2018 & 2019. High Quality Show in GYG and 4,6 in Google. The same day we had very good reviws in all other platforms
Tati Ayala the guitarrist is a related family of Carmen Amaya the Godess of Flamenco of all times, beside that is considered probably one the best artists in Spain right now
Acoustics is MARTIN AUDIO System, I can assure you no other place in Barcelona has this quality of sound
Bunch of people from the street is very disrespectful from your side. They're completely professional and make of Flamenco dancing their way of living. Precisely this artists fly tomorrow to Japan for a month and a half Tour. With all my respect expect happiness from Flamenco?. Flamenco is pain, soul, art, a story that never ends
Obviously you did not like our show and is very respecful (except when you call the artists a bunch of people took from the streets), but fortunately same day we had 187 visitors in low season, and in my opinion they enjoyed (except you) and unforgettable and marvellous experience.

Not a bad deal if you want to get a taste of flamenco dancing at a reasonable price. Three dancers (2 ladies, 1 man), guitar and 2 singers. Two of the dancers were average, one of the ladies was very good. My major complaint is that the music was way too loud- almost ear splitting. And there was no need for the amplification. It’s a small theater and the singers both had powerful voices.

The show was in a small theater that feel like a basement bar. Our tickets we purchased in advance were for 6pm and we got a call the day of saying they changed the show times to either 5:30 or 7:00. I wouldn’t buy the front tickets as it’s too hard to see so close and the dancer’s sweat could flick onto you. They let many people in after it started which was disruptive. My parents have seen other flamenco and said this was just ok. I’m glad I saw it but this wasn’t the most amazing thing we’ve done.

We arrived at the theater 10 minutes late, as were unable to find the theater from the directions we had be given. When we spoke to the gentleman on the door, he explained the show had already started and that we would be better off to come back for the later performance, using the same tickets with no extra charge.
This was an added bonus after our difficulties find the venue.
The professionalism of the guitarist, singers and dancers was truly unbelievable, the complete show was absolutely fantastic.
We highly recommend going to see this show, it was the highlight of our holiday.
As it was the last day of our holiday, it has left us with a brilliant impression of Barcelona and the Flamenco show in particular.
All we can say is Thank You, Thank you, Thank you,
This is a show not to be missed.

If you are a tourist who wants to experience the local dance of southern Spain then this is a must-visit. The energy level of the dancers and singers was remarkable. The storytelling was so authentic and not even once looked staged. Not even once did I regret the decision. They have drinks available inside so need to worry about that. I would suggest you try sangria while enjoying the performance. They have different tickets available for different sections, I purchased the 20 euros one and it was worth every penny. Trust me friends you won't regret it.

The show was good, not great. Keep in mind that Flamenco is more of a thing in the south of Spain. The show is exactly one hour long. Do not spend extra money on premium seats or cocktails, the room is small enough that it does not really matter. The theater seemed a bit run down. If you get the most affordable tickets, it is worth it.

While in Barcelona we had to see a Flamenco show. I'm sure we picked the right one, as these guys gave us a good overview of the art and performance of Flamenco.
There is drama and dance and of course some amazing footwork. Go See.

We really enjoyed the flamenco show. The dancers and musicians really looked like they were enjoying themselves. The dancers all put so much effort in and were excellent. The hour show just flew by. The ticket price included a drink which you could chose from, soft drinks, sangria, cava, wines and beer. All in all a great show.

Excellent show! It was the perfect length - one hour was plenty and value for money as well. The art form of the flamenco dance and music is a must to see. I highly recommend this activity for those who are time poor and would like to concentrate on watching the performance rather than go to a restaurant and eat where there is a live performance.
