Horrible, never get to enter Casa Batllo
The access was denied by the manager (very unhelpful) because she said it was an invalid voucher sold by TripAdvisor and they did not try to solve the problem ! I paid this ticket through TripAdvisor 159€ for 3 for nothing….waiting to be reimburse ? STAY AWAY !

Beautiful place but the personnel controling the lines were unfortunately rude and cursing the guests who could not understand Spanish. Made the beginning of the Gold Tour very unpleasant, but the rest was nice. Remarkable architecture and place, no doubt.

The best thing we did in Barcelona all week
All 5 of us (including 3 teenagers) absolutely loved this experience. We did the 8:30am ticket, which also got us access to the bedroom with very cool furniture. Took 1 hour. The iPad, self-guided experience was perfect. Would highly recommend!

    Architecture is fascinating
Really fascinating architecture to explore here. Great for a picture or two along the way as well, but crowded and the staff is not very helpful.

definitely not worth the €39 ticket price. The best experience would have been admiring the building's façade for free
Really disappointed with this house, especially considering the high price and the value it provided. This tour is tourist trap and I would never recommend it to anyone. The most poorly spent euros of our lives. A very underwhelming installation and a boring audio guide. The building itself is impressive, but it’s definitely not worth the €39 ticket price. The best experience would have been admiring the building's façade for free outside in the dark.

    Great place
The building is very old, antique, and splendid in design, colors, and an architectural masterpiece that you will only see in Barcelona. This building is located near Plaza Catalunya on Brands Street, one of the most important landmarks.

It was amazing, this house is a beautiful creation. It was a bit short, but we entered with a blue ticket. I really liked that there was an audio recording about the house, so you could listen back or listen to the history of any of the previous rooms.

Different night view and friendly staff
Night view with the lights and projections is a quite different experience. The staff is very helpful, friendly and warm-hearted. Much appreciated.

Great Audio, easiest to use with heaps of info , building is amazing. The blue/basic ticket gives you plenty of joy, probably Gaudi's finest in my opinion!

One of Gaudi's finest works, shows the battle of Saint George against the dragon. Take your time to soak the atmosphere.

    Typical Gaudi
We just passed by the building as there were no more tours available. It is another great example of Gaudi architecture .

Please reserve tickets much in advance. You'll be let down if not.
Accept the gold pass. You have instant access to it and a tab with an integrated audio book. Take the first trip if you'd want better photos. Later on, even the exterior is like a carnival. Your heart will be stolen by the last artificial intelligence function that allows you to enter Gaudí's head.

    Review of Casa Batló
Casa Batlló in Barcelona, Spain, is a stunning example of Antoni Gaudí’s modernist architecture. During our visit in early January, we admired its unique facade, characterized by vibrant colors and organic shapes. The intricate details, such as the mosaic tiles and undulating balconies, were captivating. Although we only viewed the exterior, the building’s whimsical design left a lasting impression. Taking photos of the house was a delightful experience, capturing its beauty from various angles. The visit was brief but memorable, showcasing Gaudí’s genius in transforming ordinary structures into extraordinary works of art

    Simply stunning
Incredible building. Great design, fun architecture, with practical innovations. Well laid out path throughout the building. Had the gold entry ticket which has a great and fun tablet and audio guide. Overall well worth the admission cost. Great experience.

I booked this a couple of weeks in advance just to be on the safe side (cost £43.00 for 2 adults), not knowing much about the place other than its fascinating appearance I asked a guide if she recommended going and was surprised to hear that if you see the outside that is all you really need.

To say I disagree is an understatement, sure the outside is remarkable, but going inside the building has so much to offer with each room showing amazing lines and layouts. The audio guide adds to the experience and is a little more than just audio, putting animations around the room and adding furniture as you look at the screen.

I can't recommend this enough and just us going here inspired us to go the next day to Casa Mila to take in more of this geniuses work.

We had a free morning and decided to visit since this was super close to the apartment and the outside was so pretty. I am so glad we toured inside - this ended up being my favorite of all the Gaudi spots beating Park Guell and Sagrada Família. I loved the audio tour and so did my 3 teens/tweens. It kept them engaged the whole time and they took their time in each room. We tried to buy tickets on line (definitely do this so you don’t have to wait and it was cheaper) but the online tickets didn’t go through must have been a glitch on their site however we asked and they gave us the cheaper online price. So glad we did this tour - loved all the color and the picture at the end was one of my favorite souvenirs of the trip!

The building and architecture are fascinating and incredible, even if you're not into architecture. I don't always get audio guides, but I would definitely recommend getting one for Casa Batllo. Tons of rooms to explore, as well as the rooftop. The temperature inside the building was somewhat hot and stuffy, and it was very crowded which almost made me bring my overall rating down to a 4. We were there about 1.5 hours. It has an elevator if needed or lots of steps for good excercise.

I went at opening time and I'd advise this if you want to get decent photos as it is soon teeming with people. The audio guide was informative but reset itself to low volume so I struggled to hear part way through. I paid for the gold ticket to get some sort of extra access though not sure what that was as nobody checked my 'gold' status anywhere. Interesting visit but I would say very overpriced at around £40 for something you can do in an hour. Compare this to somewhere like Blenheim Palace you can spend the day at for less, or our excellent London museums - Barcelona entry fees everywhere make it a very pricey visit, especially as you will inevitably want to see Sagrada Familia too. I'd say that is better value if you need a Gaudi fix

WE really loved seeing the inside of this quirky, interesting house. The audio guide is good and it was a worthwhile visit. The entrance fee however is too much, it was over 60 euros for two (the only tickets available) and I think it was overpriced - especially as it was quite busy and so difficult to socially distance in some of the passageways and rooms.
Worth seeing but not good value.

Terrible experience. We bought Gold tickets to be able to “skip the line”. Arrived to a couple hundred people waiting outside. Areas for Blue, Silver and Gold but no one clearly organizing the queues. Absolute chaos and everyone was confused. When we tried to enquire staff outside we were told there wasn’t a gold line at the moment bc they were running behind. The people behind the Gold sign had Blue tickets and were told to wait there. We had 11:15 slot and the 10:45 had not been admitted yet (at 11:15). Once inside it wasn’t much better. We skipped the virtual/3D tablet thing, too distracting. There were so many people inside it took away from any kind of enjoyable experience. People engrossed in the tablet thing, mindlessly blocking doors/stairways. Those not on tablets, literally, herded like cattle from one area to the next. When reading reviews there are complaints about price of admission. Replies from the museum defend pricing due to expensive costs of self-management. As a lover of art and culture I can except and support that defense. However, I now understand and agree with the complaints. With the amount of people paying these admission prices the management should be at a much higher level. When paying premium museum pricing and booking a time slot, I expect to be able to experience and enjoy the museum with a reasonable amount of other people. If there had been a fire or emergency, there would’ve been a huge problem with such disorganization and so many people. We could not get out of there quick enough, total waste of money, in our opinion. Very disappointing as we were really looking forward to it.

Empty house which you walk around in which they give you a phone you can stand in each room and look at the phone to see what it was like. The phone they give you doesnt work that well it's often showing you the room back to front. Good information given. Lots of little kids around sitting on the floor bored. Very busy they let too many people in at the same time making it more time consuming to get around the house. Brought a copy one of the photos that was taken and was given a receipt told to go online so we could download our photo but once I went online they had obviously given the wrong receipt as I have someone elses photo. Very disappointed wanted to give a copy to family. Tried to contact via email and on Instagram no reply. Reading the reviews alot of people have the same opinion I wish I had maybe looked more into the reviews rather than looking at the high score this place has!

Visited in early season in a cold and wet March so not too busy in any of the rooms. We bought the standard €35 adult ticket online the day before that gave access everywhere including the roof top and the audio guide which was very useful. Such imagination and the brilliant craftsmanship in creating the interiors. The curved woodwork is incredible. Lots of uneven floors and stairs to be aware of. Probably very busy in high season so book an early time slot?

For any creative person this is a must see while in Barcelona. We were blown away by the design and execution of what is a surreal masterpiece. Highly recommend buying tix for 9am or soon after as it gets very crowded. It was designed as a private residence, so the walkthrough is tight and visitors take time soaking it all in. But well well worth the visit.

We were definitely hesitant about going inside because of the cost, but decided to do it anyway and are glad that we did. The inside does not disappoint compared to the outside. I really enjoyed the smart guide which enables you to look around the room through the device and see how it was decorated and creatively highlights some of the shapes that are based in nature.
