    Tour was great!
    Views were nice! Unfortunately it was cold and very rainy, so we missed the French town but the tour guide Carlos gave us an option to spend more time in either Andorra with better weather or try to enjoy the French town in the rain. I'm glad he gave us the option and we spent more time in Andorra because time flies quickly! The driver and guide Carlos were kind, really informative and also reacted very quickly to issues with the bus due to the weather, we had a replacement bus by the time we finished our first break and I was impressed at the efficiency of their system! There was no inconvenience to us because of their efficiency! Thanks so much for giving us a nice tour. The only thing I'd say is to offer more recommendations for lunch restaurants, we didn't take the full walking tour in Andorra because of the weather, so they may have been more offers, but I think a lot of us wanted to go shopping and so we hung around on the shopping strip, it'd be great to get more affordable recommendations around there. Both buses we had were also super comfortable, clean and cosy, and the driver and guide checked in on us regularly to let us know how things were going and to check the temperature of the bus! Super nice! Thanks again and wishing you all the best! 😊

    A Rainy Day in Andorra
    Carlos was friendly and professional, no issues really. You could either follow his walking tour in Andorra or do your own thing. Unfortunately, on the day we went it was raining for most of it, but he did his best to accommodate these conditions.

    Favorite tour and favorite guide
    My tour of the Gothic Quarter was my favorite tour of our vacation. Miriana was so pleasant and interesting. She was very knowledgeable of the history of the Quarter. Miriana was by far the most informative of the tour guides I met on vacation.

    Good trip
    The organizing it self is good, 4 stops first is 20 min breakfast in a gas station, second 45 min, third 10 min for quick pictures, and the fourth which is Andorra two hours. Guide was so friendly and helpful but didn’t provide much information during the tour. Driver is professional. Bus is clean and comfortable. But you will get exhausted because you are spending most of your time in the bus unless you have a limited time in Spain i recommend that you spend one night in Andorra.

    Carlos is a great tour guide. All nature lovers and who like to have some adventure in Europe should get a service from him or his company. The bus trip was a little challenge for our kids. Because it was a long road trip with curve roads but it’s great for adults. We were in 3 countries in a day. We discovered one of the smallest country in the world. It was a nice experience. Thanks

    Fun day with lots to do!
    Carlos was a great guide. He was knowledgeable and got us exactly where we needed to be in a timely fashion. He gave us many great recommendations for photos, shopping, and dining at all locations. Would highly recommend this trip. You can fit so much in a day!

    Itinerary good for initial glimpse of Andorra
    Guide was okay, he seemed to have a cold and not much energy; information given was limited; when there was a bit of a walking tour the guide began to walk quickly, we didn’t know where he was going and he began his talk before everyone arrived

I rarely do a negative review but unfortunately it’s a no from me.

Given that it is expensive, we were all very disappointed. The most frustrating part was the audio headphones that we were given. My entire group all agreed that you couldn’t hear the tour guide clearly, it was so muffled!

Having a tour in 2 languages is also unfair, especially given the cost. It was very hard to tune in and out of the languages and we spent a lot of time listening and waiting during the parts that were in another muffled language.

The skip the line didn’t happen as we were still waiting 20 minutes (fine to wait but don’t claim that we are skipping a line).

Finally, and perhaps specific to our tour guide, we spent much time standing in one spot rather than moving regularly to see the so many incredible parts of both the interior and exterior. On numerous occasions we were looking at models and pictures of the future structure for 5 minutes at a time, when all my group wanted to do was move around the many incredible areas as there’s so much to see and learn!

I highly recommend visiting this incredible place, but just use the audios that you can purchase there or go with a different tour.

Disappointing —-Avoid This Tour

Although our group was fairly large the use of ear phones to hear our guide Vigo was great. Vigo was a fantastic guide and handled transitioning from English to Spanish with ease and clarity. At each stop he gave use a lot of information that helped us understand the design, architectural information, religious message, as well as historical background. At times he added some humor…. He definitely was passionate about his job…. All was excellent until the end when Vigo informed the group that the Amigo Tours Barcelona did not provide him the prepaid tickets for Access to the Tower that he was suppose to distribute to us visitors. We were quite angry and we had to quickly purchase tickets for the Tower Access before sunset. No suggestion of compensation from Amigo Tours. Lastly It was left to us obtain refunds for the tickets we had purchased far in advance. If this is how Amigo treats its customers they should be avoided!

Sagrada tour with Tower Access (denied)

We booked the Sagrada guided tour with tower experience for 9:30 am only to arrive and be told the time was at 3:00pm and no further exp;lanation as to why it was changed. We did come back at 3pm and was told there was no tower tours even though people were in line for the towers and people were up in the towers, the guide was ok not giving any more details or history that you cannot find online. The inside stained glass was beautiful. Overall, do the tour yourself and save money.

Dreadful experience. Guide apparently left before the allotted time without checking they had the right guests. 12 other people left stranded at the pick up point, many of whom were there when the guide allegedly showed up. No other tickets available. Very disappointed because this was our primary reason for visiting. My partner was in tears. I do not recommend Amigo. Use another tour operator

Disappointed
The tour was good until it finished and we tried to proceed to the tower. We had purchased the necessary access but did not receive tickets from our guide. When we tried to access the tower they would not accept our tour number so we went to information and they recommended we call the tour agency which I did. The woman I spoke with said our tour guide had left the grounds and there was nothing she could do.
We were very disappointed we couldn’t access the tower and upset about the agency’s response.

Too expensive, too rushed

Bilingual tour is rushed and doesn’t give a lot of information. Our tour guide wonderful, but clearly the structure of the tour is the problem, far too many people. This was the most expensive tour we did in Barcelona, and it wasn’t worth the money. I repeat, the tour guide was great, but the demands of how this tour is structured needs to change.

The tour was great. We upgraded to the tower access, but our tour guide never said we needed to follow her to gain access. If you take this tour, make sure you know where your guide is so you can enter the tower line.

Sagrada Familia awesome visit

We bought guided visit to avoid the long ques and to get some information of the church . The visit included to go up one of the towers and must say that was a huge thing to do .
After the guide has gone to take the next group we had a lot of time to wonder around inside the church by our own .
I could say this is the best way visit .
Anyway it was a once in a life time thing to do . Beauty was so overwhelming.

Excellent, enriching and awe inspiring experience. Tour provided the colour to the visit. My family of four enjoyed it very much. The headphones provided help to make the guides explanation more audible in the crowd.

Good Short Tour

Good tour - due to numbers a bit chaotic at the start. Guide was good throughout in a very packed church despite being early. Use of headsets is a good way - if you have a problem with in ear buds bring your own fittings.
We had tower access and guide was good in getting us into the Q.
NOTE - the way down is via circular steps BUT halfway down it changes from an enclosed stair to open with one handrail with a central full height hole. This causes panic with many descending so is slow!
