- melg2280 contributionsAlfredo is a great tour guide in beautiful Barcelona. Much more enriching than on your own .Alfredo took us on a small group tour of Barcelona and Montserrat. I have toured Barcelona before, but learned and enjoyed it so much more this time. Alfredo knew and shared about all the sites, Gaudi, La Sagrada Familia, and beautiful cathedral/monastery at Montserrat. He took great photos of our group. He shared so much about the history and current issues in the city. He was very personable and fun to be with. He enriched our trip. I highly recommend him as a guide. He is the best I have had in tours around the world. Cheers Alfredo!Written October 15, 2024

- Global6176150 contributionsGreat tour, great guideFantastic morning for our (adult) family, with guide Alfredo! He was excellent. Highly recommend this company. E-bike was good exercise yet not too challenging (I'm coming off a disc issue and was fine). Beautiful sights around Barcelona, on and off the bikes. Alfredo explains it all with his own maps, photos, graphics. Perfect!!Written February 21, 2024

Alfredo was knowledgeable , passionate, and funny, and made us feel comfortable and confident on the e-bikes. We were able to see many of the important sights in Madrid in three hours. - ktanddavidc0 contributionsWonderful! The only Barcelona tour you needThis was such a fantastic tour as enabled us to see the key highlights of Barcelona in the tour & helped us to orientate ourselves with Barcelona. Alfredo was warm, engaging & v knowledgeable. Not only that, he took amazing couple photos for us. (He also gave me some really good photo taking tips too that I didn’t know about). It was a wonderful tour as the group is always kept to a maximum of only 8. It feels a lot more special and personal. The programming was fantastic, we got to see all the major attractions and we finished off with some drinks and appetiters at the end - how good is that! Alfredo was super hospitable, he gave us suggestions on what else to see/eat during our stay. We’re highly supportive of small businesses and this tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!Written October 19, 2023
- Road552254748500 contributionsIf you have One Day in Barcelona….The best way to see Barcelona…after 3 days in the city, my husband and I took his tour and learned more about the city. Only regrets was we didn’t do it on Day one. Alfredo was very accommodating, took just the right amount of rest stops and was alot of fun to hang out with while seeing the sites. The pictures he took will be some of our favourites. Wish we could take him to each city we visit on our European adventure. .Written September 23, 2023
- karamess90 contributionsYou must book this tour!Alfredo’s photo bike tour was one of the highlights of my solo trip to Barcelona! It was so wonderful to ride around the city and sharpen my photo taking skills. Alfredo was an excellent guide! Not only did he take me to the best spots in Barcelona, he also made me feel comfortable and safe at all times while we rode along the busy streets. A drink and snack at the end was also a perfect way to round out the tour. This experience is a huge value for the money. The e-bike was also extremely easy to use and allowed us to see so much more of the city than we would have on foot. You’ll be missing out if you don’t book this tour!Written September 22, 2023
- O2698DEruthw0 contributionsThe one thing you must do in BarcelonaThis was our first trip to Barcelona- our family of 8 adults had been recommended this tour so it was the first thing we did during our stay. It was fantastic! Alfredo is a marvelous host and quickly had us all set up on our eBikes. We saw many great things and learnt a lot about this beautiful city in the time we had. He also gave us great recommendations- the best paella ( it was) and the best patisserie I have ever been to. If you want to know what they are then go on this tour! I bet his tapas tour is great too.Written September 21, 2023

We had a group of 6 adults do the Barcelona E-Bike Photography Tour with Alfredo. We were traveling in from a trip to Croatia and the Covid-19 requirements were unique. Alfredo kept in constant communication with me and showed the most flexibility in meeting our needs. I changed the agenda several times and he was always accommodating and flexible. We had also done a 4 hour walking tour the day before and once again Alfredo was happy to alter the bike tour to account for things we had already seen.
The tour itself was fabulous. The e-bikes covered an incredible amount of ground (way more than walking) and have so much more accessibility than a car. They are easy to control and adjustable for skills between novice and advanced. It was a great tour and we covered so much more than I expected. Alfredo's local knowledge, perspective, and commitment to making the tour memorable is what we will remember the most. The tour was WELL WORTH the cost. Salud Alfredo!!
I recommend the tour 100%.

Thank you for your words John! You were FANTASTIC. Not only this, you were the first group after several months not being able to do tours because of the COVID situation, so, you were even more special :) I´m so glad that you enjoyed the tour, hope to meet you again in the next future! Thanks again! Big hug! Alfredo

I must admit that I am not a very mature bike rider but Alfredo is really a mature bike tour guide. We finished our tour around the sea of Barcelona and the quite typical wall painting around Barcelona which is quite cool. I believe my biking skill and photographing skill are improved a lot through this experience.
Whatever, don't hesitate, take this tour! it will be one of your biggest surprises in Barcelona!

As noted by others, Alfredo is a gem...funny and knowledgeable. You cannot do and see this on your own, I have been to Barcelona several times and he showed a side to it I have missed. You need Alfredo. I am 75 and had no trouble doing the tour.....except when Alfredo kept reminding me his mother was 1 year older than me! Now having said this, keep a couple of things in mind.
1: Finding the bike shop can be challenging because of how central Barcelona is laid out in multiple large squares fed by small allies. A taxi will drop you off near the entrance to his square, but the bike shop is off a small side street. Use your Google maps.
2: The bike shop he rents his bikes from may be closed when you arrive but he will show up 5 minutes before the tour, so don't panic
3: Even if you are an experienced ebike rider, Barcelona can be a challenge. While there are bike lanes on most major streets, they are shared by a huge crush of people on scooters, roller blades, motorcycles, or just wandering on foot or kids playing street football. You will have to weave your way around them all and be prepared to stop because they stop suddenly in front of you. Alfredo will not let you get lost, but the street life is like no other place I have ever been
4: The afternoon tour ends after sundown. Alfredo will take you to a small cafe off a square for a drink and tapas. As anyone who has been to Barcelona can tell you, the city explodes into an exciting mass of people at night with restaurants, bars, street dancing and singing in almost any square. I would recommend planning on staying in anyone of the squares and let Alfredo recommend a restaurant and a club if you can wait until midnight for one to open.
5: If you want to sleep at night, find a hotel that is NOT on a square, as the street noise is very loud all night

This was such a fun tour and by far my favorite tour we have taken while in Spain. Our tour guide Alfredo was awesome! It was very obvious how much he enjoys taking his guests around the city and spent time to give the history of each place we visited. I highly recommend this e-bike photography tour for anyone visiting Barcelona. I can't say enough great things about it.

We really enjoyed biking around Barcelona with Alfredo, and he clearly loves giving these tours. The city has a very extensive system of bike lanes which have good separation from vehicle traffic. It was a fun and efficient way to get an overview of the major sights and decide where we wanted to spend the rest of our time in Barcelona. The tour cost (which included the ebike rental snd a drink/snack at a nearby tapas bar at the end) was a good value. The 10am-2pm tour time was perfect, as it left plenty of time to go back and visit particular sights such as Sagrada Familia later in the day.

We just Took the e-bike tour with our guide Alfredo! Alfredo was the most caring, funny and wise tour guide, we enjoyed the 4 hours with him so much!
The tour gave us a very good overview over the city, afterwards we were very safe about navigating through the city and we received awesome recommendations for local Restaurants.
During the tour we visited so nice places, such as Sagrada Familia, Mapfre Tower, Barceloneta, Barrio Gotico and more. Alfredo took nice pictures of us which will remind us of a fantastic day!
I actually was a bit afraid of riding an e-bike before this tour, as I Never rode one before. But Alfredo explained the use very well and we also got some time at the beginning to train :)
Do this tour, it will add a wonderful experience to your stay in Barcelona!

First and foremost: the reviews are real. Alfredo is really THAT good.
My partner booked this activity for us (Shannee82, her review is around here somewhere) and she did it based on the reviews.
When we showed up for the tour, there were no other people there. When tours like these have only two bookings, they seem to either cancel or delay until more people book.
Not Alfredo.
My partner and I were very fortunate to go on our tour as planned but even more so that we got to have Alfredo all to ourselves. I don’t know if he offers private tours but it is 100000% worth it to inquire, at least.
You’ll see in just the first few minutes of the tour that Alfredo loves what he does and where he does it. He is so knowledgeable and loves the city of Barcelona. We saw so much of the city and how locals operate, it was without question the most important factor in my personal comfort in terms of feeling “at home” and understanding how to navigate the city. I really just can’t say enough about this service or the saint that makes it happen.
Make this your first activity in Barcelona, you will not be sorry.

I had so much fun on this tour. Alfredo was an excellent tour guide, who had a very good knowledge of the history of Barcelona and made it fun for us to learn it. He took us to very picturesque places and was very friendly. He offered us lots of advice/recommendations for the rest of our trip and was easily contactable. I would definitely recommend this tour to anybody looking to do one as the electric bikes meant we were able to see a lot more of Barcelona than we would otherwise be able to do on normal bikes. It also meant that we were not too tired after pedalling for hours and also made the hot weather more manageable.

This tour was recommended to us by a family member, who raved about Alfredo. It would appear that they were right!
From the moment of booking he was in constant contact with us, finding out more about us, our likes & dislikes so that he could tailor our tour to suit us!
The meeting point was easy to find and the bicycles were comfortable and easy to ride (towards the end of the trip I was glad that there was a little “help” available via the electric option🤣)
Alfredo is passionate about his city and his love for Barcelona is evident! His tour was knowledgeable and humorous, I could have extended the trip by hours…. There is soooo much more to Barcelona than I ever imagined.
Alfredo included history, architecture, culture, food and folklore into his tour in a conversational manner….. no boring regurgitation of facts with this guy! He knows it all.
Thank you Alfredo, you are a true ambassador of your fabulous city! We will definitely be back!
