Very dirty city. Overcrowded with bums on the street. Felt very unsafe there, especially at night. Business put there garbage on the streets next to outdoor cafes and it smells. Police are all over, but they don't seem to do anything. With that many police there, tells me it has lots of crime. It's like a party town for young people. They are always drunk and the cafes and bars don't ID anyone, so young kids drink. Streets smell and locals and local business seem very hateful if to don't speak calodonisn. Our whole tour group and guided felt the same. It's a big tourist trap now. Spend your money elsewhere and go to Seville

We paid $490.00 CAD for a private tour of Camp Nou. The tour was advertised as including the museum, the stadium, going onto the pitch, and the dressing rooms. When we arrived at Camp Nou the tour guide told us that the stadium was under construction. She said we should have been informed by email. We advised her at the start of the tour that we were not informed so she called Julia Travel. Julia Travel advised her that we have to contact Trip Advisor for a partial refund since that is who we booked the tour through. We continued with a tour of the museum only, as that was the only thing we were able to do. As soon as the tour finished we emailed trip advisor who tried to contact Julia Travel. We were told the advertisement stated that Camp Nou was under construction so we would not be getting a refund. We told them we booked this several months in advance so while the advertisement may indicate that now, it did not when we booked. We received another email back basically saying they reviewed everything and we would not be getting a refund. If you google Julia Tours they have 2-3 star ratings on other websites. I wouldn’t waste your money. Go with another company that is more reputable.

Knowledgeable and very friendly tour guide but not as much substance on the purpose of the tour as we had expected for the topic

Paula was our tour guide. She was amazing. Our first tour of the park was in Spanish and English. She was enthusiastic about leading our group. She was full of information about Sagrada. We continued to the Sagrada Familia. This tour was in English. I learned so much about Gaudi from Paula. She was full of details about Gaudi’s work

My husband enjoyed being on site as a Barca fan. He didn't think paying for the private tour was worth it. It appeared that he didnt go into any areas that others had no access to. The guide was really nice though with hotel pick-up.

This tour was amazing! Our guide, Stefi, was so knowledgeable! You could tell she knew a lot about both art history and the museum. She made the tour interactive and engaging. We enjoyed every minute and I did not want it to end. It was 2 hours, but I wished it had been longer. My 2 children also said they really enjoyed the tour. I would absolutely recommend this tour and particularly, Stefi! She met us outside the Prado museum and while waiting to go through security gave us the history of the museum before jumping into the important works. It was such an outstanding tour!

Worth every penny, private tour guide brings you inside the facility and explains the architecture and history of this amazing basilica.

We had a terrific day at Montserrat with our guide, Lenise. She navigated the Metro and Renfe for us so easily and got all the tickets we needed at Montserrat! We even got to hear the Boys Choir. Lenise was wonderful to talk to and so knowledgeable about the area and its history. Her enthusiasm about Montserrat was definitely contagious! Thank you.

Make sure to do a small group tour with your language. We wasted so 2/3 of our tour listening to translation of other languages on our bus tours. WE also were left stranded after a walking tour of Barcelona. The bus never came back and a poor lady who already was walking with a cane had to walk back to the bus station.

Our guide did nothing more than read us the plaques He even stopped at the Jewish museum to learn where he should go We were left waiting outside the museum for ten minutes The guide was very uninterested and knew nothing about the topic

Roger was our guide and was very knowledgeable. It included history as far back as the Roman Empire, And the interrelationships of Christianity and the Jewish people.

We were very excited about our private tour of Camp Nou with a club member. As it turns out we were shown around by a members granddaughter. We saw and did nothing that could not have been achieved buying a tour ticket from the stadium. If we had purchased the audio tour for 35 Euros we could have had the virtual 3D experience too. As far as we could see everyone gets to sit in the press box, walk along the field, visit the away team dressing room and walk through the tunnel. The chance to have your picture taken was open to all also. We were very disappointed to have spent over $200 to find we could have done the same thing for 70Euro.
