In general, long lines are common at major attractions in summer, on most weekends, and during peak travel periods throughout the year (Christmas, Easter, local holidays). The skip-the-line ticket enables you to skip the line if indeed there is one. Unfortunately there is no way to foresee the days and times that produce lines

An excellent tour made all the more interesting by a knowledgeable guide. Although it was very busy the guide found our group areas to explore without too many others around us.

Save your money!!!! This was supposed to be an English tour, but instead they combined a Spanish tour with an English tour!!! At every point of interest, the guide gave a long description in Spanish and then a short description in supposed English. Trouble was we could only understand every third word!!!! Her English was very, very hard to understand. We would have done better to buy our own skip the line ticket and a book. The Sagrada Familia is stunningly beautiful! This cathedral is otherworldly in terms of beauty, especially in the late afternoon. Don't miss seeing this, but just buy your own advance ticket and tour it on your own.

Totally disappointed in this tour, not what was expected. It’s definitely not worth the money. Too large of a group. The church is amazing, definitely recommend seeing it on your own.

The tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. I think the tour itself is pricey for what it is, but being inside the church is unbeatable so it’s something to be considered if that’s worth it to you…. I wouldn’t do it it again but glad I did it once. The inside of the church is spectacular but very touristy.

Went and saw the Sagrada Familia while staying in Barcelona before getting on a cruise. It is a must-see for everyone. Absolutely amazing!!! Unfortunately our tour guide was not the best. It was an English and Spanish tour. We didn't know this when we booked, and we found ourselves listening to him talk both languages, saying the same thing, and the tour took twice as long. Would recommend a one language only tour.

Dear Joshua R,
Thank you for taking the time to share this review,
I regret to learn that the Sagrada Familia guided tour didn't live up to your expectations,
I would like to inform you that we offer daily options of our tour to Sagrada Familia were English is the only tour language, we also offer bilingual tours which was your tour option,
On a more positive note, I am glad to learn you enjoyed the visit to this impressive Basilica,
Best regards,

Our guide was lovely. The Sagrada was stunning. The tour was not worth £45 per person! £20 would have been plenty to spend for 1 hr30mins.

Impressive building, worth a visit. Guided tour talls you all about the detail of the sculptures and windows, the architects, etc. Lasts just over an hour.

No, just as Colino772 mentioned, pick up your tickets at the office across the road from Sagrada Familia. And leave extra time before your tour is scheduled to start, it was very chaotic inside the office with multiple tours departing at the same time.

the TA listing for this tour operator seems to list 5:00pm as the last tour of the day. Tour lasts about 90 minutes
Can I take my 3 years old with me inside the church? I was told it is only for 6 years old and above.
Shall I have a tour guide or just do it on my own.

I saw people of all ages there including very young children. I did not see any signs that restricted ages at all. We did a tour which was nice, but not great. You can do an audio tour too which is probably better because the guide was hard to understand because it was so loud in there with all the people. It does get crowded so a timed tour may be better if you are going at a peak time.

Do you offer any private tour? My husband and I are on a Norweigian cruise that docks on Dec 8 at 9am. We want to go to Sagrada Familia and Christmas market nearby, have lunch and return to ship by 5. My husband walks with a cane and can only walk short distances and cannot climb more than 3-4 stairs. Can you provide us a private tour ?

Are these tours focused on children too or just adults? We are traveling with a 14 y.o. And a 7.5 y.o.

I agree with the other persons comments. The 14 year old should be ok, but think it isn't really suitable for a 7 year old. Suggest just visit without going on the tour as still lots to see. A wonderful place..

I don’t know- for me it is a matter of timing, and my availability. I have had three tours- one great- two mediocre. They seem to be about timing of entrance and access.

No utilizé el servicio de guia, pero estoy convencido de que en español hay guias, en Cataluña las lenguas oficiales son el catalán y el español.
