    Untrustworthy Tour Operator
The tour operator cancelled our tour while we were in-flight to Madrid. They tried to transfer us to another tour that we did not want. We received no email notification of the cancellation…rather, the tour operator sent a message over the TripAdvisor platform that they were cancelling. Given that we received no email notification, we did not know of the cancellation. Strange thing- TripAdvisor sent us a reminder of the tour the day before the tour and after the cancellation by the tour operator. Clearly, TripAdvisor did not know either. We called the tour operator twice as we waited at the designated meeting spot but no tour guide - we only got an answering machine and left messages to contact us. No phone call received. We waited almost an hour in total for the tour guide and decided that the tour, which was the focal point of the trip, would not happen. Ruined our visit in Toledo. DISAPPOINTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TOUR OPERATOR.

    Not worth it.
We had a 1 1/4 hour walking tour then told to wait 1/2 hour for a new guide. We were not given our bracelets to see anything. Told to use toilets but not told where they are. Sorry but we were disappointed.

    Excellent, but tapas?
We had an excellent time during the tour. Well Well done, informative and clear communication. However, in our booking, we included tapas. We didn't have tapas during the tour. Can we get a refund for this?

    Informative and very pleasant.
Ayla was very knowledgeable, easy to understand and brought the gallery works alive. Clear and concise, a pleasure to visit the gallery.

    Informative and entertaining tour
The 23€ price looked expensive at first but includes the 12€ entrance to the church, making for a great price. Our guide Vanessa was amazing, giving little anecdotes and a detailed overview of the church's and city's history.

    Reina Sofia Art Museum Tour
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered all our questions. She was very nice and patiently waited for us as we were little late at our meeting point.

    An amazing place
An amazing Cathedral with beautiful gothic architecture, some extraordinary art work, including a painting by Michelangelo. The high arched ceilings with fluted columns are awe inspiring. The rich history of the place can be seen everywhere.

    very good museum. Ok guide
Prado is a very good place to visit. I personally liked a lot Rafael, but I do have a childhood memory of it. The guide was ok. English can be a little improved so I do recommend her more for Spanish tours.

Maria makes the history fun and interesting
Maria was an amazing guide! She made the history so interesting, including analyzing select paintings. Fun and very interesting. The Prado tour a true 5. There were no directions for the Reina Sophia museum and the guide did not say anything about it at the end of the Prado tour so we missed the Reina Sophia. However we stayed longer at the Prado and really did enjoy the tour.

    Not as advertised
This was supposed to be a 3 hour tour including lunch. We had 1 guide who was very good, but part way through he passed us onto another guide. A whole bunch of new people joined us, and there was a lot of overlap in what the two guides shared. We had booked train tickets based on the tour description but had to leave before the included lunch since the tour went so over time. The second guide was very verbose, which was problematic as she had to give the tour in 2 languages-English and Spanish. We also lost time in the wait between guide 1 leaving and guide 2 coming, and the new and old people checking in. Do not advertise a tour for a certain length and make no attempt to stick to it and don’t let a whole bunch of new peel come in part way through and join for what’s essentially a new tour.

    An obvious choice to visit
Got to see this Picasso piece. We are not modern art folks but there are some very interesting other pieces here. Worth a visit if you are in town. Do read a bit about Guernica's symbolism if you go and are not already familiar - it helped us appreciate the piece. It is really awesome.

    Excellent and informative tour
Our guide for this tour was exceptional. She was informative, pleasant, and communicated well in both English and Spanish. We learned a lot of interesting history about Toledo and visited several fascinating sites. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting an engaging, informative trip through Toledo.

Interesting tour of the Spanish highlights of the Prado
Nice small group experience. The guide did an excellent job of moving us around the Prado to see some of the Spanish highlights, which can be especially tricky considering how crowded the Prado can get. Definitely ask to use a headset/mic setup so you can hear clearly - with all the tours going on, it's easy for tours to drown each other out.

The experience with this company did not start positively. I could not find an English language version of their website. The company instructed me to use Google Translate. Then the website refused to accept a booking for one person, insisting on a minimum of two persons. The company sent me a link to a different web page. That new page would not accept bookings made using my American based Visa card.

I emailed them directly and requested a booking for one person for the upcoming Friday. The company sent me a confirmation of a booking for Thursday. I requested a Friday booking for the second time. This time they got it right only after the first Friday confirmation failed to arrive.

I booked their walking tour called "Toledo, City of Three Cultures." It is a 90 minute tour, costing 5 Euros, available for that price only on De Paseo's own website.

I was the only person on the tour. The guide was Tamara, one of my best tour guides ever. She was an expert on the history of Toledo, its neighborhoods and its tourist sites. All information was presented in a cordial and understandable manner. Tamara was able to answer this tourist's questions, not only about Toledo, but about other locations in Spain. Tamara was a wonderful guide.

Make an visit to Toledo if at all possible. It is a very interesting place and you will be happy you went if you have any interest in history and architecture.
