I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with a jet ski rental company that I feel compelled to share. Upon arrival, an employee named Jack informed me that personal mobile phones were not allowed for taking photos, citing company policy. Instead, they offered to take pictures using their camera, which would be available for purchase later at a cost of £20-£30. This approach felt like a deliberate attempt to extract additional money from customers. When I questioned this policy, Jack’s demeanor turned hostile. He raised his voice, made disparaging remarks, and belittled me in front of other patrons. His comments about the expense of the jet skis and insinuations about my financial capacity were both unprofessional and insulting. After the activity, I inquired about the photos they had taken, only to be told that the SD card had been lost in the water. As a result, I was left without any photographic memories of the experience. This company’s lack of professionalism and respect for customers is alarming. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment to prevent similar distressing encounters.

Picked up from our hotel on time. Bus - 40ish people - had great AC though seats a bit tight for bigger folks. Big windows. We took in Icod de last Vinos, Garachico, Mascara & Teide, with appropriate amounts of time at each. Guide was knowledgeable & approachable. The real hero of the day was the driver (Xavi/Ravi?) for handling the narrow & winding roads on the west side of the trip. I'd have been a nervous wreck.. door to door was about nine hours and this represented excellent value.

Great excursion, everyone who works here made me feel very comfortable even though I was on my own. The girls gave me all the instructions I needed before the trip and while out at sea it was an amazing experience. The jet skis, while going at good speed felt very safe. All in all I thoroughly recommend this excursion as a great memory for your holiday. I booked with scott at "go excursions" in Puerto colon. thanks.

This is a great day trip, visiting a few very interesting parts of the island. The bus driver deserves every Euro he was given in tips for the journey. The Masca valley area is absolutely stunning and the skills he showed driving through the narrow winding mountain roads was superb. The only reason I didn't give the review 5 stars is that I feel that we always seemed to be against time and didn't spend the time at stop off points that I expected. Driver and tour guide superb though, this is definitely not a criticism of them. Would highly recommend, it's a long day trip but worth it. Gracias.

We got picked up at our hotel and drove the other hotels to pick up other visitors. The guide explained what to expect ant guided us through the day. We had some nice stops at little towns where we took a slow walk and at some stops we had some leisure to spend alone without the group. Each stop was very nice! We had a bigger break to have lunch at a restaurant in the national park of Teide - would not recommend eating there. You don’t have to eat there, this is just a suggestion of the guide. Food was not good and the restaurant wasn’t very nice either. Overall a great tour which gives a very nice overview of the great island. Our guide was very nice and explained much more things than expected! Do not book this tour if you are scared of narrow and curvy roads. The downside for me was the bus. The bus was clean and nice but if you have a bit longer legs you have a big problem. I had NO space for my legs and had real bad problems sitting.

First of all a big thank to our driver Xavi for his patience and driving skills on the road to and from Masca! Great respect! Also many thanks to our guide Jose who knows the place very well, he was explaining and telling us the history of every place we visited so good that I had the feeling I was there for years. The excursion is a great opportunity to explore the difficult but yet so beautiful and interesting part of the island, I would say. The during of the stops were just exact so we could see the basic sightseers, get some information and also have some time on our one. I would prefer 30 mins more in Masca.

Much longer trip than I expected. Amazing views along the way and expert driving through Masca Valley. Devastating to see the effects of last year's forest fire. Very informative tour guide

Had great time. We didn’t feel rushed or forced to buy particularly products that are sometimes pushed on people on these excursions . Wasn’t tiring and too long. Timings just right.

The communication from this company was excellent. We were staying outside of Puerto de la Cruz and they kindly picked us up very near to our accommodation. The driver was top notch on very narrow roads with lots of hairpin bends and the guide Alicia was most knowledgeable and organised. It is a must to go on with breathtaking views.

When I purchased the tour my confirmation time was 9am.24 hrs before tour agent advised pick up 8.05 but no ticket.NO SATISFACTION FROM TRIP ADVISOR

Great experience for anyone who wants to visit most of the important spots in Tenerife. We learned a lot about history and nature of the island. Very well prezented and explained by our tour guide Gwenda. Even though the tour was held in 3 languages we never missed the scenary with the explanations (english being the last language). I think that the topics are evenly split to capture the moments. The bus driver, Juan Carlos, was very skilled along the narrow roads of the mountains. I would recommend the tour, 10/10. Keep up the good work!

The trip was excellent and gave us a great tour of the island with ample opportunity for photos. Our guide, Gwenda, was extremely helpful and full of useful information. The driver, Javier (bus 12), was very skilled in getting us up the tiny mountain roads. Really was one of the high (pardon the pun) points of our trip.
