We took a walk along the beach one morning and happened to pass by your shop, where we were greeted by the charming young man, Daniel. We mentioned that we were interested in a boat trip to see whales and dolphins, as it was my husband's 60th birthday, and he recommended the 'Freebird' boat trip. He offered us the option of a 4.5-hour trip, but we chose the shorter 3-hour one, which was perfect for us. The trip was fantastic – it included a meal, a swim stop, and, most importantly, we did see whales! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely recommend your company, especially Daniel, who was so helpful. We also met his partner, who was working as the receptionist at the hotel where we stayed – she was lovely as well. Thank you for making our day so special!"

Best about highly recommend good prices great service , we booked car hire,loro park and aqualand . Trev was so accommodating and helpful there were also kids toys and kitchen to keep them entertained which was a godsend 👌 Cheers Trev will be back in a few months

We had lots of fun! The instructors were super nice and gave us a very quick and easy to follow onboarding. The boat itself is a bit slow, but sufficient to our needs. Only downside that the information on tripadvisor is outdated. There weren‘t any snacks nor bottled water. Still a good experience

Great experience all around, top job from the guides. Great for solo travellers to meet others. Great views from the destination although freezing this year when we went up but well worth it 👍

Fantastic trip and perfect for small groups. We were a group of 3 and were joined by a couple. The day was beautiful from beginning to end. Food and drinks provided too. The dolphin and whale watching was amazing and we were also lucky to spot a few turtles. The pilot was great and provided so much information about the history for the island. We finished the day off with a dip in the water near the cliffs before heading back. All 3 of us have not stopped talking about how beautiful it was. 10/10 trip

Absolutely amazing experience. Probably best iv ever done. Definitely get your moneys worth. Hours of quad biking. Stunning views. Friendly & informative hosts. Very well organised. Definitely would recommend. My top tip is to listen to the hosts when they offer jackets. Wear them it was 29° but when close to the peak it's freezing. Watching the sunset with some incredible views. Professional photos taken for just €20 you get access to all ones taken. Fantastic excursion.

OMG!! 100000000% will do it again! From booking to getting our transfer, doing the activity & getting home I could no fault this company! I have booked all 6 trips with company and haven’t found 1 fault!! Such an amazing experience doing the 4hr off-roading/ mount teide tour with my partner! Both shared the driving of the buggy! Amazing photo’s being sent our phone! Little stop off points!! If you’re thinking about it!! DO IT! Loro parque, Siam park, 1hr jet skis, 4hr buggy trip, monkey park and many more trips! Still got a week left will defo book this Tenerife First Excursions! Never go to another company!! Trev from the Los Cristanos kiosk was very helpful and informative, we did the mount Teide Buggy Tour with King Buggies and the off road for 1 hour, would highly recommend all information was given and his contact number given incase of any problems (which we didn’t have) excellent customer service.

We had the most amazing 2 hours on our self drive boat. The staff members at Tenerife First Excursions were very professional and informative. We were shown a large range of boats to choose from. We eventually chose the Moonday boat from Puerto Colon, which we were able to experience an hour after paying. The staff member at the port was lovely and gave us plenty of information to feel safe at sea with our 7 month old. We had amazing views of the island along with great music due to Bluetooth. Although there was snorkelling equipment on board, we didn’t use this as we had to look after our baby but would be great for travellers without children. Everything from start to finish was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip! We will definitely use Tenerife First Excursions again in the future. Thank you
