Hans was a fantastic guide very knowledge and as it was only the 2 of us pulled me along the very hard climbs, bike was great

Avoid this company. I hired an e road bike which was not fit for purpose. After 30 mins of riding the battery was less than 50%. The bike was also very poorly maintained. Compared to bike point these guys are cowboys. I returned the bike after 1 day and 4 days later am still chasing a refund on my hire, which bike experience are clearly trying to avoid issuing.

Brilliant guide and route- a very enjoyable ride dispute a challenging climb of 14 kilometres. 5 stars from me! Highly recommend this company

I've used this company before and knew they were a great company. Picked up at the hotel and brought to the shop where I'd hired out a bianchi. Provided with water and gels and provided with a locker for my gear. Bike was perfect. Did the tour of Masca with the guide and another fantastic experience. Breathtaking scenery and a hell of a route. Not for the novice for sure. Can't say a bad thing about anyone here. They're a cracking company and believe me I'm a fussy blighter when it comes to my bike. Hopefully see you again in the future. Cheers for the memory

I had a great day riding up Teide with the crew from Bike Experience Tenerife. It was very well organised with great support from the van following us and they even made a video of the day to watch back. Top marks and hopefully I’ll be back out again soon.

My trip with Hans @ BikeExperience to Los Gigantes was fantastic. Excellent planned route with great climbs and beautiful scenery. And a nice coffee stop at the top. The bike was perfectly fitted to me and my favorite brand! Communication and booking of the trip was easy.

Visited Tenerife and decided to get a ride in and challenge myself up one of the long climbs! I got picked up from hotel and taken to the bike shop where I got kitted out with bike, helmet, water and energy bars. The quality of the bikes were excellent and the staff were very friendly. There was a group of riders of varying ability and the group leader, ago did well to keep everyone together, organised and safe. When we hit the main 10km climb of the day everyone went up at their own pace and the group leader ago checked everyone was okay and took photos of us on the way! Half way round we took a cafe stop and took on some refreshments. One thing to note is that you would definitely need some experience of cycling on the road and have a good level of fitness for the distance you cover. All in all, a great experience and would definitely recommend this to any keen cyclist out there. Will be returning on my next trip to Tenerife!

No issues. Hired a bike to climb Tiede second year in a row from Bike Experience.Its a great climb to the top of the volcano. Definitely recommend doing if you are a keen road cyclist.

Bike was ready for me about 5pm the day before hire began. The guided Teide ride was great. The guide gave perfect direction and everyone climbed at the own pace, with the guide continuously checking how everyone was doing. Would definitely use Bike Experience Tenerife again when returning to the island.

Very friendly staff willing to help and perfectly set up your bike. They were also flexible on when to pick up the bike.

Did Masca Tour on Wednesday 19 February 2020 with Bike Experience Tenerife. Great day out on bike. Very professional. Collected from and brought back to hotel. High quality bike - Bianchi Sprint fitted out with full 22 speed Ultegra groupset. Our guide for the day was very knowledgable and helpful. He looked after us very well. Tour itself was very challenging but very rewarding. The Masca climb is extremely difficult and the descent is hair raising. Bike Experience Tenerife are great at their job and I would highly recommend them. Friendly and approachable staff. 10 out of 10. Brilliant
