I had a wonderful time doing my PADI Open water diver certification with Scubanana.
Our guide Louison was really great and explained everything very well.
Booking was straightforward, I just signed up on the website and received my e-learning account within a few hours. Learning took some time, so plan 3 days if you want to avoid rushing it.
I booked solo, but luckily got paired with a nice buddy, so we learned everything in a group of 2. There was another group learning on the same day (in Spanish, not English) and we were taught by two different guides, so they will try to keep the groups small.
The harbor Radazul is very calm and there are a lot more fish than I expected. We saw Barracudas, Octopus, lots of small colorful fish and even a huge Butterfly Ray. We did a total of five dives, one took nearly an hour and there was plenty of time to enjoy it, not just practicing the exercises.
I already booked another dive in a few days and will try to do my advanced certification with them.
I fully recommend Scubanana, Denis keeps a well-organized and clean shop with good equipment. 100% recommended.

I had a great time attending the Open Water Dive course at Scubanana in Radazul.
First of all we had a great instructor. Pauline spoke fluent English, and was very clear both above and below the water. She explained everything so well and I never felt insecure about anything.
It was easy to contact the dive center for questions in advance as they responded super quickly and clearly. The atmosphere at the center was super nice, people were so nice and friendly and you just felt super comfortable being around.
I will be in Tenerife for the next few months, and attend to do all my future dives with Scubanana while I am here, which is all due to their great service and the feeling of being in good hands.

Scubanana was definitely the right choice for doing the Open Water Diver Course. Even if you have never dived before, like us, you will enjoy it a lot. Scubanana does the courses in small groups (we were only 2 people) and supports every student according to the individual needs and progress. Our instructor Izaac was amazing. He was thoughful, patient and explained all the steps very well. We had loads of fun and great moments above and under water. The whole scubanana team is really friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed - THANK YOU SO MUCH! :)

I had enjoyed skin diving since childhood, but this time on our holidays on Tenerife I finally booked a PADI OWD course, at Scubanana. After spending (quite) some time on the online course and passing the theory exam, it was time for the practical part of the course, this time with a real instructor. And, boy, what an instructor we had in Izaac! I am not soooo young so I can look back at a wealth of experience, but surely Izaac is probably the best trainer / instructor I have had the pleasure to meet! He is funny, friendly, patient and at the same time super professional. He managed that even the theory refreshing part was absolutely enjoyable, it was even fun! And most importantly, he taught us so well the important skills needed to survive under water. :-)
Also, the whole team at Scubanana were equally friendly and always helpful.
The dives we did together were great, there was lots to see and marvel at.
Not only I have now my open water license, I did have a ton of fun during the two days of training, and met super nice people.
All in all, such an enjoyable experience, I can only recommend this diving centre.

A great experience for me and my 13 year old son. Two dives within a couple of hours, plus a helpful and informative safety briefing beforehand. A very friendly team at Scubanana! The diving from the local beah was great - plenty of stunning sea creatures from the first minute - we saw barracuda, trumpet-fish, cuttlefish, octopus, dorada and many more colourful and interesting fish. Highly recommended!

Oh my goodness, diving is AMAZING!
Our instructors, Paulina and Saskia, were brilliant: calm, competent, patient and excited about sharing the experience of diving with us. They put us at our ease by absolutely knowing the course inside out and patiently explaining everything we needed to know about the kit, the physics and the exercises in a calm, detailed manner (in two different languages!) on the surface. By the time they showed us again underwater we were all able to complete the exercises and feel a little buzz of achievement from their high fives and little happy dances! They really did go above and beyond to make sure we all felt settled and comfortable in the water and let us take the time we needed which made all the difference.
The dive site itself is stunning! We ventured further afield with each dive and saw more and more each time but even when doing the first exercises there were octopi and cuttlefish and all sorts to watch. Deeper down we looked up and saw schools and schools of various fish all circling above us. Saw Barracuda, starfish, trumpet fish, more octopi, big cuttle fish and so many I can’t name. Extraordinary! It’s cliched but it really is a gateway to a whole new world and I cannot wait to return and start my Advanced course - hopefully with the same brilliant instructors.

I did both the Open Water and the Advanced courses at Scubanana and it was the best choice. A special thanks to the instructors Izaac and Elias: professional and fun, they make you feel comfortable, safe and relaxed in the water. The location is perfect for learning, but it also offers a lot to see. Hasta luego! 🐙

We took the PADI Open Water Diving Certification class with Scubanana. We spoke with Carla to arrange the class - she was informative, and helpful. The instruction was excellent - Izack and Pauline were fun, patient, and very attentive to our safety and comfort while teaching a lot of information and skills. In 2 days, we went from never having dived to going 18 meters deep. The location is great - we walked right to the beach and did our first dives near shore in the shallower area and then ventured further out into deeper water. We saw a huge variety of fish, an octopus, a ray. A perfect introduction to diving.

I booked my first Scuba diving course - open water diver online. I got a fast reply/e-mail with everything I need.
After I finished the online exam through e-padi, I had my first day there.
A warm welcome and a perfect introduction through Denis, the base manager. We cleared every doubt and got a high level of safety/trust. After some minutes I know the next two days would be a great experience with the diving team.
We talked about any issues after every dive.
And then let’s explore the underwater world of radazul and get diving skills.
Also Izaac is a very good teacher ;)
I will come back for my advance open water diver!
Highly recommend this base with the teachers!!

It's a really good scubadiving center, with very professional and friendly instructors, they will patiently and clearly explain you all you have to know about diving. In the water, they will guide you step by step and guarantee your security. Also, the equipment is in good condition ! The dog is really cute :)
