Fantastic JetSki Experience! The best in Costa Adeje… We did the 1hr Coastal JetSki trip, this was guided tour and definitely wasn’t as slow as we expected it to be. We opted for the double ski (aboard a Yamaha Waverunner), these are limited to 60kmh but still enough fun, especially as the sea was choppy… You are given a safety briefing before leaving the harbour, given life jackets and a demonstration of the skis. We opted for the picture package which was an extra €20, this was a no brainer as you could never capture these moments! The staff are very friendly and helpful, overall I would definitely recommend 🌊

My mum and I had an absolutely incredible time parasailing with Watersports Tenerife! From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. The reception team was lovely and welcoming, making us feel at ease right away. The crew on the boat were fantastic—friendly, professional, and full of energy, which added so much fun to the whole experience. The parasailing itself was thrilling, giving us breathtaking views while making sure we felt completely safe and looked after the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for better guides! It’s reasonably priced, and considering the level of service and excitement, it was worth every penny. We would highly recommend Watersports Tenerife to anyone looking for an amazing adventure. Can’t wait to come back!

Utterly rude staff, won't let you take own camera/phones or anything, instead decide to keep stopping the activities to take photos and then shout abuse if you can't hear what they're saying clearly from 100 metres away over the sea and engines.

We decided as a belated anniversary treat to book a 3 hour private Charter with Watersports Tenerife and we are so glad that we did. We had the most amazing afternoon with our captain Leticia, she was so knowledgeable and good fun and really helped make our trip. In passing we saw pilot whales, we went snorkelling and were taken along the coast line to see more wildlife. We were served lunch which was very tasty and there were plenty of drinks on board. If you fancy something a little different, I high recommend chartering the Opera 33 sail boat.

I have to say that we had an awful experience. The man who we met at reception was by far the rudest person we met while in Tenerife. We did the one hour experience and it was not a tour it was basically us trying to stay alive. I get it must be difficult for locals in Tenerife when their island is taken over by tourists. However we paid a lot for this experience and it has turned me off the country completely. I would of asked for a refund but being perfectly honest I feared for my safety due to the ignorance.

I booked banana ride for myself and my teenager son online through their website. We got clear instructions in email and surprisingly were given a choice where to start the ride from Fanabe, Puerto colon, Troviscas etc. The staff was very responsive both on email as well as WhatsApp - they responded to all the queries quickly. I am a non swimmer and I was very apprehensive but the staff assured me it will be okay as they have life jackets. I initially selected Fanabe but then later requested to be switched to Puerto colon just the morning of the ride and the staff kindly accepted. We were asked to arrive 1/2 hour earl at 13:00. Rude time was 13:30.We were given curtained space to change and lockers to keep it belongings (phone, shoes etc) and the team kept the keys safe for us too.(Phones in water proof cases are also not allowed which is understandable given the nature of the ride). Note that they do not have free toilets on site at Puerto colon but just adjacent to shop there are harbour toilets (not very clean) which you could use for 50 cents. After changing, we waited for a while and then we were fitted with life jackets and soft helmets each. Then waited for a few minutes and a speed boat carried us from the harbour to Troviscas beach where we picked 4 more passengers. Then we were taken to banana boat and we jumped on it as per the instructions. We were asked to hold on tight and then the fun began. The sea was choppy and the ride was made additionally exhilarating by the twists and turns. You really have to hold on tight otherwise you keep on losing balance and rocking about (and that might not be fun for all) . The person driving the speed boat attached to the the banana boat kept on checking and stopping in case someone was struggling-giving them time to adjust and sit properly again.I felt for non swimmers and first timers 10 minutes is optimum time. Then we were shifted back to the speed boat and taken to the harbour. The experience finished at around 13:45. We returned the life jackets and helmets. Got the keys and changed in the changing rooms. All belongings including mobile phone were safe. Overall a good experience.

Very disappointed with my experience - had to return to back to base due to a rude and disrespectful guide to both parents and son. Did not even offer to refund

The jet ski experience we paid for an hour for was cut short as the instructor clearly couldn’t be bothered. The instructor we had was very grumpy through out. We had opted for the extra paragliding but we were left waiting on the boat for ages for the other group due to the jet ski instructor ending our session early (wasn’t aware at the time as they don’t allow watches or phones). This led to us both getting sea sick which ruined this also. They’re overly strict over taking your own pictures. Another group got their phone out and the water taxi man almost knocked the phone out of their hand into the sea and stopped the whole boat to tell them about their no picture policy - really not necessary. Both me and my partner cut our feet from the short walk to and from the lockers to the boat. Lastly, this isn’t a Safari, you jet ski on the see following a guide. I emailed all this over to them and asked for a part refund due to the jet skiing instructor but received no compensation. The whole experience was €300! There’s a lot of other companies that do the exact same thing, I wouldn’t suggest this place.

Absolutely shocking! I genuinely thought I wasn’t going to make it out alive. Myself and my partner booked a 2 hour safari experience where we mentioned to the lead guide that it was our first time jet skiing. Well it was more of a race and a near death experience from the height of the waves and the fast pace trying to keep up! He went that fast I was slipping off the jet ski. I cried for the whole 2 hours of the experience where the guide just told me to drive faster and try and keep up! No care of their customers at all. We went to one cave and went back! The guide was so unprofessional and rude it was unbelievable. His ‘apprentice’ also did not look after us. They all sped off and left us beginners behind. Furthermore, when we stopped off at this one cave, the apprentice began to lite up his cigarette and threw it into the sea! Unbelievable. Following on from this, I purchased 20€ worth of photos that was took from the lead guider where 2/8 were slightly decent. They sent me blurry photos of us both and photos of the camera man’s finger and the jet ski. I therefore wrote to the company complaining where fair play they did refund me the 20€ and offer me a special discount for next time. I can reassure the company there will not be a next time. Sod your special discount, I’d rather keep my life at a young age. Don’t waste your €90! Awful experience.

We took our jet ski safari with instructor Xabi up to Los Gigantes. Our experience was amazing, filled with great views, talks and a lot of fun.

Really well run, fantastic experience. Not for the’ faint hearted’ we book 2hrs, came in early. I’m in my hotel sore, 40-50 mph on the water for 60 minutes takes it out of you, had my lad on board, obviously concerned, Wow, graft…..

We visited on Friday 29th September & Monday 02nd October 2023 initially my son went on the 40-minute Jet Ski Safari at Fanabe Beach. We paid at one hut but had to walk to the other where the jet skis were. The time riding was only 30 mins leaving and arriving back which felt a bit of a rip-off but the experience my son loved. 3 days later I paid for myself, and both my sons to have the same 40 min safari. This went less well as the rib driver went so fast from the beach to the tethered jet ski's that my son who's first time it was was spooked and decided against going for the ride. I paid 3 x 80 Euro so that was 80 Euro down the drain. As it was I really enjoyed the experience. You can pay 90 Euro and have 2 on the Jet Ski but we had 2 solos. I must admit as an unfit 54-year-old I found it quite a challenge to ride at speeds of up to 58 mph over rough seas to keep up with the tour guide. We went up the coast and stopped for photos before returning to the rib/beach. I paid 20 Euro for the photos which were well worth it. Like everything its a bit pricey but you'll remember the memory rather than the cost.

The pilot (of the small semi-rigid boat with the yellow stern) goes much too fast in the swimming area. He deliberately approaches the swimmers like a madman to frighten them, shouting even though the swimmers are well within their swimming zone. This is very dangerous behaviour and it's a miracle that no accident occurred. For everyone's safety, this pilot's licence should be withdrawn.
