Fun and entertainment are guaranteed while driving through areas of forests and incredible landscapes. The route offers a part on dirt roads, approximately 15% of the total route, the rest is done on asphalt given the high degree of environmental protection of the area. During the tour you'll pass through the towns of Arona, La Escalona and Vilaflor, a charming town where you'll have time to walk or freshen up before continuing the ascent. Fully enjoyable fun experience with fun but very professional staff dedicated to making the experience fin and safe. Full experience impacted by weather as many times going up tu Teide we were in a fog. Also important to remember as you go up it gets cold. Easily recommendable activity to do in Tenerife.

Honestly, this was my favourite thing I did in tenerife. The views are absoulty breathtaking. I did get quite sleepy coming back because it is 4 hours of quading in the sun but the team were so friendly and funny and kept our energy high.
You also get to take some pictures at Mount teide. Would recommend going in the morning

Me and my partner really enjoyed this trip and would definitely recommend it to everyone!! We were picked up from our hotel which was great! You get your instructions on how to drive the quad bikes. You get regular stops to sight see/ toilet break/ get something to eat. The staff take photos of you including themselves which is hilarious and adds to the fun of the day. I highly recommend this trip it was great fun and we had a laugh.
We honestly had the best day and would recommend this to everyone don't miss out on this tour!!! Thank you to all the staff for a great day!! Hope to see you all again in the future!!

Firstly, the driving was just on the roads, we had to keep a strict formation, no room to play with the quad at all.
Before going further, I was to mention that one of our curators was very friendly and kind, he was the reason I hesitated to give a negative review at all.
Secondly, a number of issues:
When asking for an available quad we liked, the response was aggressive and offensive. Two minutes later this same quad was given to other people who didn’t care.
Ironically, our quad wasn’t able to keep up the speed with other people, but the worst was the heat from the engine - it was hurting the legs even though I noticed it straight away and was trying to avoid it.
General mood in the group was dull and pale, apart from the one of the curators who made it better form time to time.
The handlers were all dirty and I left with dark hands.
Photos, without a preview, for 30 euro in the end.

The tour was great but the owner needs to prepare the customers more about the drop in temperature in the winter months.
They said gloves were provided but they didn’t have enough for all the drivers let alone the passengers. I am 60 and the cold really affected me but with a bit more guidance and warmer clothing and gloves it would have made the trip far more enjoyable. They took videos along the route but there was no information given at the end to purchase. The lead operator from the company was quite surly. It was a good experience but with a few tweaks could be much better

Would not recommend this company! We booked the quad tour including a pick up from hotel and they never showed. No one to get hold of on the phone and email reply just said sorry we can’t rebook you. No companies that sell excursions in person know anything about this company. Please don’t give them money you won’t get back. Go to a local seller of trips, at least you have the Guarantee then!

Also is written that pick up from the south of the island is included, but apparently they only pick up people from Aqualand.
Staff very rude on the phone and by telephone.
During the trip they take a lot of pictures and videos only to tell you at the end to pay 30€ to have them.
The only good thing to remember is the view of the Teide.

We wanted a different experience seeing Mt Teide other than being stuck in a coach with hundreds of people so decided to pay a little more and book this via Tripadvisor. Quad biking is a lot of fun and 3 of us enjoyed it for the most part.
PROS: you get to view the entire journey in HD on your own quad bike and drive a quad bike. Small group, easy to follow each other, easy to ride the quad bike and get to know fellow bikers.
CONS: we stopped only once on the way there, in the middle of no where with no decent views only so we would spend money in that local cafe. The off-road was libra 5 mins, that's it - the rest is tarmac. One the way back we didn't stop at all, not once. Not for a drink of water, and missed some amazing views of clouds over the mountain that other people stopped at. Huge missed opportunity.
It's 3 hours in total and they definitely could have stopped on that way back. They take a lot of photos and videos throughout which is nice. You can't record videos or take photos while driving, this is for safety yes but mainly so they can sell you the videos at the end for an addtional 35 euros for a dropbox link and pen drive.
The videos are nice, but not worth 35 euros. Get someone to pay for it, share the costs and share the dropbox link - save money!
On the way up was amazing, but due to NO stops on the way down and no time to enjoy ANY views, it was dissapointing. Everyone wasn't happy on the way down. Also, my quad bike, the blue one was terrible. I felt like it would break on me at the any moment and the staff had to start it 2-3 times for it to work once idle.
The 2 staff members are fun, 1 speaks English the other doesnt but they help take great photos on your phones.
Ok experience, wouldnt do it again.

We never got picked up when we arranged pickup, was give 30 minutes notice to get a taxi to meeting point which was 55 minutes away so was impossible for us to get there in time, wouldn’t offer to reschedule or refund us was a horrible experience
