I had a wonderful time today on the “Santa Cruz and its Hidden Corners”.

I had Arancha as my guide and as luck would have it I was the only person on today’s tour. Bonus!

The day before the tour I got some WhatsApp messages from Arancha introducing herself and checking the start point arrangements, even sent me a photo of where to be :-)

I spent a lovely 2 hours going round not only the tourist must see places in Santa Cruz but the back streets. The Carnival Museum was a unique experience.

Well done and thank you.

My tip: The weather in Tenerife in March can be quite changeable. Pop a coat in your bag just in case.

Santa Cruz is reached by bus from most tourist resorts.It is certainly worth a day trip.A nice shopping street ,lovely parks .The harbour area is good if you catch it when a cruise ship is in.Go at carnival time and it’s out of this world.
