About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Roam436009895500 contributionsA nice dolphin trip but nothing specialPick up service was on time, but as one of the first to be picked up and last to be dropped off, it took quite a long time. Boat trip was fine, the communication was minimal, and everything was done in multiple languages which is a bit annoying, but understand it is inclusive. Had booked it a long time in advance and had forgotten drinks were included and this point was rushed passed and I wasn't sure that's what was said, but they did bring drinks round later on, would've been good to have made this clearer from the start. Also, looking now, it says something about viewing at the bottom of the boat, didn't hear anything about this on the trip. Lots of people on the boat, difficult when trying to get a good viewing spot. Have done trips on smaller boats in other locations which are better. Did see a large group of dolphins which was nice. But no whales or turtles. I saw one flying fish pointed out by a fellow passenger. Was good that the boat stopped to collect a plastic bag that was in the sea. Trip was fine but nothing special if you've done dolphin trips before.Written October 13, 2024

It was confusing with 4 different languages to cover. Botanical Garden was disappointing with most of plants and flowers can be seen through out the island. This was not really a guided tour since we were dropped off and to roam around without much suggestion or info. We do not recommend this tour.Written October 3, 2024

- cameronb7030 contributionsShambolic and poorly organisedBooked the trip via Zerger on the coast, she explained that we would pay deposit and then we would pay the remainder there would be on a two hour boat trip picked up at 9:45 am and back for 1 pm When we arrived at 9:40 am to be picked up and then we were held in a chew for over an hour waiting to pay the remainder in 30° heat with no shade before entering onto a boat with no shade it’s ridiculous that you have to pay a small deposit and then I made to wait an hour at the bay is boiling heat with everybody struggling to pay the balance on their cards, this is a poor business model Then we were offered a free drink but the catch was you had to pay one euro for a cup and when you went to pay with your card they Internet was not working out to see and therefore they wouldn’t give you the free drink which was another Paul business model we saw some dolphins which were over 100 m away and you needed eyes like binoculars to see them, It took an hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half back we over an hour late getting back to the bay and then they expected us to sit on a bus which will take over an hour 20 minutes to drop us back to our destination Whilst they cater for the masses the business model is pathetic outdated and doesn’t represent good value for your experience The boat itself was amazing and the music was amazing, but the rest was just shambolic from start to finish I hope this realises that in the end they will lose customers who will get wise to these tacticsWritten September 24, 2024
- P6174WHhannaht0 contributionsLovely scenery but very rude tour guideWe were misinformed regarding the coach travel time. We were told it was a hour when in fact took just over two. Guide was rude and told us to be back at the coach in half an hour, however became very irate with passengers after only 22 minutes had gone by. All felt very rushed and like we were a total inconvenience to his day.Written September 24, 2024
- lmQ8357IR0 contributionsPathetic customer service support.Pathetic pick up system. The shuttle never showed up. I checked alternative options, it would cost us around 30 - 40 euros more just to get to the destination with a taxi. The bus would take around 50 minutes, we would have been late if we choose that option.. The pick up option is really not a nice one. I call the customer service operator few times and they would not pick up the phone, at the end a person did pick up and she started to blame me instead of trying to solve the problem. She started to argue with me. She never once apologised. The pick up options are super confusing to begin with. We gave our apartment name to them, and on the pdf format it shows pick up from the apartment. However, later we received in our SPAM folder (which could have easily been missed out), we have to go to a super market to be picked up. We waited at the super market for more than 30 minutes, not to mention at 31C. I got very disappointed and angry. The customer service made the whole day worse for us. What a shame this island has such companies to disappoint visitors.Written September 23, 2024

- kmm1880 contributionsRomana was the loveliest person in the world!Wow what can I say. This trip was the highlight of our holiday! All staff members inside the dive centre were so happy and friendly. My sister and I, got a very detailed introduction (being new to snorkelling) and then met our wonderful guide Romana. She was the loveliest lady we have ever met and made our whole experience so calm and fun!! She made sure that all our equipment fit and when in the water guided us to amazing spots to see all kinds of fish. Every so often Romana would check that we were ok. Unfortunately we didn’t see any turtles, however this didn’t matter to us as the whole experience was INCREDIBLE. Just want to say a massive thank you to Romana for being an incredible human being and all of the other wonderful people at the dive centre. We will definitely be returning when we are next on the Island and will be trying scuba diving😍 Thank you again!Written September 23, 2024

- MrsMUk0 contributionsStunning sunsetWe booked this excursion via a ticket office, it was sold as a 2 hour sunset dolphin cruise with meal and drinks priced at €50pp including pick up from nearby locations to the harbour. We set off with the guide briefly explaining we may or may not see dolphins. After an hour or so we struck lucky and were treated to a magical display as a pod of dolphins swam beside and in front of the boat for quite a while, jumping and diving as if they were putting on a show for us! We then sailed back to face the oncoming sunset, the meal turned out to be a small piece of sponge cake accompanied with a glass of cava! Overall, it was a fantastic evening for us. I would’ve given 5 stars but the cake and cava didn’t quite cut it.Written September 19, 2024

This was a last minute idea i had with my boyfriend, but one of the best we could have had. This trip was phenomenal! The guide was entertaining for the entire four hour trip, and we got to see a pack of both dolphins and killer whales! We were served an extremely filling and tasty meal while the boat was parked by the cliffs, allowing those who wanted to jump in and swim in the ocean. All of the staff were friendly and pleasant to talk to, even when faced with some very rude passengers.
The only problem i had with the cruise is that it was very packed. There were definitely too many tickets sold, and sometimes it was difficult to walk through the deck because of the sheer amount of people on it. This especially showed in the underwater area, where people were crawling over each other to get a glimpse of the marine life.
All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and i definitely see myself coming back next time I'm in Tenerife.

I wanted to congratulate this company, because it is not only the services it offers of maritime excursions for passengers and whale watching, but I, Andrés Hidalgo Alcobre, was lucky enough to be able to do my internship for the Certificate of Professionalism in Environmental Management, And it is important to highlight that I have been able to verify that behind what the excursions are, there is a team of personnel, working in parallel, so that the environmental impact is minimal.
I was able to see the approach to cetaceans, the customer treatment, the management of the waste we generate, the control and communication with other vessels about the location of marine animals, the crew is dedicated to their work and are constantly improving, and I have been able to verify it.
It is appreciated the work that it takes to work constantly, so as not to negatively influence the environment that surrounds us.
A cordial greeting,
Andrés Hidalgo Alcobre

These reviews don’t make it justice. I almost didn’t want to take this tour because of the review but then I asked the hotel for an opinion and they recommended it, due to the fact we had a 5y year old with us.
We made the right choice.
We took the 4.5 hour trip and we saw both dolphins and pilot whales. The glass bottom was a nice experience while being very close to the whales.
Having 2 stories was also nice, since we didn’t want to stay in the sun with the child.
You get food, drinks and you can buy ice-cream.
Yes, it was a bit boring for about 1 hour, while cruising… but in the end it’s a meaning of transportation. Didn’t bother us. And if a 5y old had patience, then I bet you can also.
They also do the “happy bday” thing and give a bottle of champagne if you’re on board on your bday. I see this is very appreciated by the reviewers, for some reason :p.
On the negative side, sound is terrible.
We couldn’t understand anything.
About the reviews:
The fact they have only 15 (mostly negative) reviews here, when they actually transport daily about 100 people should also give an indication you can’t trust the reviews.

After seeing and hearing great things at the excursion shop we decided to book for our last day.
We were told we could swim with dolphins and have a nice ‘sit down meal’.
Arriving at what we were told was the bus stop to be picked up. Waited for over an hour and the bus went pass us. Ran after it to another stop and got on to a packed coached with zero room. A very confusing trip as we were told it would be a 20 minute journey. It took over 2 hours!
Arriving at the doc we notice hundreds of other people and assume they’re would be lots of boats heading out.
Except there wasn’t. It was just the one boat.
Stepping onto the boat we were forced to have our photo taken when we said no many times but were told we had to to enter the boat!
The boat was already rammed so we headed upstairs and found a seat amongst the 100 other seats crammed in.
We finally set off on the most extremely choppy fast bumpy ride ever. It was as if we were on a ride in a theme park. We crashed our way around the island, without being able to see a thing as a huge school trip decided to stand along the railings in front of everyone blocking everyone’s view.
The sickness started spreading throughout as people dotted around started throwing up. Luckily I managed to get myself to the toilet after nearly falling from the motion of the boat. I got to know the inside of that teeny loo very well. At least 45 mins worth as I couldn’t move.
Came back out and managed to hunt down my partner. The speaker announced we’d be stopping to swim. Only it wasn’t to swim with dolphins as we’d been told, it was just a 15 minute swim by some rocks. Didn’t go in as I was still throwing up into a black bin liner.
About half an hour later people started appearing upstairs with plates of food. No one upstairs had been told the food was being served. We went down stairs and my partner went to get food and came back with some tinned meatballs and plain rice. I couldn’t eat anyway but don’t think I missed out! He wasn’t happy as we’d been told it was a sit down meal. Instead we sat on the floor being trampled over because there was no seats free.
Occasionally the speaker would come on and we were told there was sightings of whales and dolphins and the boat would stop for a few minutes and hope we caught a glimpse. It seemed like every time they’d show the boat would just sail off. Most people had given up and were sleeping on the benches creating even less space for anyone else to sit down. The groups of school kids were everywhere screaming and throwing each other about.
Didn’t even bother with a drink as they were watered down. Someone came round 10 minutes from the end with shot glasses and vodka.....
The way the trip was advertised was that you’d be on a boat with around 20-30 others, sun loungers, dolphin swimming, tables and chairs for a nice meal, cocktails and music. (We’ve been on a trip in Barbados like this but with turtles). This was farrrrrr from it.
I talked to another family who were very disappointed also and agreed they thought it would be like I had imagined.
For around £130 for both of us it was a total rip off and ruined our last day of the holiday. The food probably cost them 20p a portion. The journey home took nearly 3 hours and made it to a restaurant just in time to order a meal.
Unless you like being treated like your a herd of sheep don’t bother with this!

If you want a peaceful nature experience, this is not for you. Crowds of people in the boat, the buss transport was hot and a bit comfusing. We saw the dolphins, but we were all sea sick and quite dissapointed in this tour

We booked this trip at the port and it cost 39 euro each for a 3 hour Saturday afternoon trip. Be aware this catamaran can seat around 200 people so if full it would be crowded, however it was fine for us. We sat on the top deck, had great views of dolphins on the way out and also pilot whales. We managed to take some video and photos. The multi lingual guide was great, gave out lots of information about everything we saw. Drink was available throughout the trip, soft drinks, lager and sangria. Help yourself as you wanted it. It was included in the price as was the food provided when the boat moored for optional swimming in the sea for about 3/4 hour. The food was meatballs, rice and a roll and salad, served out by the friendly crew. This boat was advertised as the only glass bottomed catamaran in the resort. We greatly enjoyed this trip.

Saw lots of whales and dolphins. Although boat was busy and you scramble for seats. If you leave your seat someone else may be in it. Staff on board work really hard and are super friendly. I have done this before on a smaller catamaran and loved it, so may just be my preference.

Not for families with children - the organizer on the website directly does not warn that even with good conditions at sea the ship will rock hard - more than 75% of passengers on my trip badly endured the conditions of travel - people vomited en masse, no one from the staff preventively provided passengers with bags. These aspects - insufficiently highlighted on the organizer's website - effectively spoiled the event - I would not pay a second time. In my opinion, the organizer should inform on the website that there is a very high risk of vomiting - even when the sea is good.

No. The boat took you out to where I guess they frequently hang out and further out where the pilot whales were. Bear in mind this is pretty deep water between Tenerife and La Gomera. The boat idled for a while so you could watch and take photos, I don't think it moored at either point, then it came back and moored in shallower water and did the food and opened a part of the boat where you could go in the sea and swim. Didn't go to any of the water/animal parks so I don't know if they do swimming with dolphins. The experience on the boat trip is to see dolphins and whales in their own natural environment. And it is also a conservation area. Hope this helps. It was a great trip, the guide was multi lingual and really knew his stuff.
