This is a middle-person company with inaccurate description of the tour
Do not book with this company (Pindoria Viajes SL). They are just the middle-person between you and the actual tour company which in my case was Night Skies Tenerife. In the description, they do not say they are just the middle-person and they also advertised that the maximum group size was 24 and that is why I booked with them and paid more because I thought I will be in a smaller group. However, when I went on the tour, the actual group size was 55 and I would have paid at least 15 Euros less is I booked directly with the tour company. When I reached out to Pindoria Viajes SL after the tour about misrepresenting the group size, they said that was a website limitation that they had no control over it. I told them they could have explained that in the description of the tour and said that they actual group size is 55. And to that they did not respond. That's why I would say go directly to the tour company and don't book with this company.

        Fabulous and learned a lot!
Fantastic trip. Made several stops on the way through villages and amazing viewing points. Our guide, Laura, was spectacular and knew so much. Learnt so much about the history of the island and other Canary Islands. Recommend to everyone, it’s such a great experience. I’d love to see Teide by night next time.

Brilliant 3 hrs on the boat !
Brilliant trip with an epic Captain (as you can see from the photos!) First we did 90 mins or so going up and down the coast, and saw a pod of pilot whales and a school of dolphins Then we had a stop for swimming, snorkelling and lunch. Plenty of juice / wine / beer all throughout the trip - just helped yourself from the big coolers 100% recommend !!

Well organised day out to a beautiful island
Questions prior to the trip were answered promptly. On the actual day everything went smoothly and was very well organised. Alesander our tour guide was brilliant, knowledgeable and personable. Aldo the driver made you feel safe and was also very friendly. Two points to improve on - we would have happily paid a few more Euros to have an authentic dessert with the meal. We wanted to leave a tip but in this cashless era a card reader would have enabled this. Have already recommended to family and we only went today!

Get a smaller group tour if you can
Was lovely trip up to the stop at the national park visitors centre. Got lots of great photos and guide and driver very good. Felt we could have turned round them but proceeded another 20 mins to stop at a cafe for 45 mins then travel back on ourselves. Then told we were stopping at a roadside to get into smaller buses. They didn't arrive for 20 minutes (standing in a lay-by). Finally got on smaller bus who dropped us off 1km from our hotel!!! All told 8 hour trip could have been done in 5-6 hours. Would go for a more personal smaller group tour if you can. It was wonderful to see but logistics and time wasting let them down.

        Well worth a visit
Having visited Tenerife many times over the years and watched the ferry depart and arrive in Los Cristianos we decided to pay a visit to La Gomera. Our return trip cost Euro 144.00 for two of us and took circa 50 mins each way. The port of San Sebastian in La Gomera is relatively small with several restaurants and small eateries close at hand to compliment the narrow streets into the town. The town itself is relatively quiet with an historic walk that points out several ancient houses and churches etc.

La Gomera Day Trip from Tenerife , an absolutely fantastic day trip.
An absolutely fantastic day trip. A must do when in Tenerife. The scenery around La Gomera is amazing, all in one small island. The numerous stop off for photos and to admire the views really helped to make this a memorable trip. The lunch was the Menu del Dia, Vegtable Soup, Chicken and Rice and ice cream. Pity no chips avaiable as an alternative for kids. The demonstration of using Whistling as a language was amazing. We did not get to see Torre del Conde, a medeival fortification. as specified in the Tour description on-line. However a 10 out of 10!

        Great Experience!
Me, my husband and teenage son went on this trip in February and we had a great time. The tour guide was so knowledgable and funny. We saw lots of whales, had a swim in the sea and a great lunch with wine . I would highly recommend this trip, don’t hesitate to book it you will have an amazing time.

        Fantastic views and scenery.
We took a day trip with Canarias.com to Mount Teide National Park with cable car. It was a great trip. Julian our guide was very knowledgeable. The coach takes one route up to Teide Cable Car and another back. We had a 40 minute coffee stop, 2 hours at the cable car and 30 minutes at the stunning Roque de Garcia. You can hike from the cable car top station to the summit but it is an additional cost. The free scenic hike to various view points is worth doing. When we went it was a clear day and we had stunning views. My only reason for not giving 5/5 is the long pick up time. We were nearly 2 hours picking up from Los Gigantes to Los Christians. However the driver does even things out by dropping of first those who were picked up first. Trip tip. The coffee stop is popular and busy. If you are a couple one use the toilet whilst the other queues for coffee as both queues are long.

        Hours of buggy fun!
Great afternoon driving a 700cc buggy up to Teide National Park. Challenging off-road course was great fun and the views are truly spectacular! Our guide, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful, explaining the changing landscape and ecosystem of the area. Upon returning to base we were able to have a glass or two of wine or sangria, some bread and cheese or meat and compare experiences with the other participants. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!

La Gomera day trip from Las Americas Tenerife.
This was an enjoyable trip and provided the opportunity to see everything the island had to offer in a single day. I would recommend making the port your pick up and drop off point as going around the resorts picking people up adds a long time to the trip. The guide was very knowledgeable although English was not his first language and you have to concentrate hard to follow the commentary. The lunch provided was just ok although the whistling exhibition provided by the staff in the restaurant was great. Finally take some warm clothing as it does get cold especially when walking around the forest which is high in the mountains.

        A beautiful Island
Arrangements re transport and ferry went well and guide was pleasant Didn’t learn very much about La Gomera but the stops allowed terrific views and short walks in this beautiful place. Lunch was very nice and whistling exhibition was wonderful. All I all a fine day out although maybe a visit to a craft workshop or hill village would be interesting

We had a terrible costumer experience with them. We booked for a date, which they cancelled without explanation; then rebooked for another date and one day before the trip it got cancelled again without explanation. After calling to see what was going on we were told that they didn't have enough people for the tour and could only offer an aoption that would cost us 28€ more, have us travel for two hours for the pick up and cover less that our original tour. They didn't offer to cover any of the expenses nor to wave theirs as they claimed it wasnt their fault. I have worked in tourism before and that is not the way to handle any of this.

I can't speak of the quality of the tour but i can say they are not reliable and would not trust them to book something you really want to see and they do not care if they fail you.

Many thanks for your reveiw. Due to new covid protocols and rules many changes are being made to excursions and are still being made here in Tenerife. Excursions have been cut down due to many hotels still being closed and we are only into the second week of being open as an island for holidays. It is an unfortunate circumstance that you reservation was caught in the middle of the islands many chances. I have been informed a full refund has been issued. We are sorry for the inconvenience and wish you well for the rest of your stay here.

Be aware you must have a mask for this trip or you will not get on the coach!

I wish I could say I enjoyed the trip more but felt as if it was just a selling opportunity for the tour company. Firstly you are picked up very early and driven for around 2 hours to a cafe with a shop and encouraged to buy drinks to “help with the altitude”. Next you travel a further hour to Teide which was stunning, however you are only given 30 minutes to look around the base of the mountain, there is no opportunity to look around the central building or use the cable care before you are whisked back onto the coach and immediately taken to another shop/restaurant to be encouraged to buy gifts/drinks. This was around 4 hours into the trip and we had only spent 30 minutes at the actual mountain.

You will spend the majority of the trip on the coach so be prepared for a long journey. After the shop your are taken to a beautiful town where you are again very quickly shown the dragon tree with no time to look around the towns scenery and church, then taken straight to the restaurant.

The restaurant is 15 euros which includes 1 glass of wine (refills 3 euros a glass) a choice of soup as a starter which is simply water with noodles, a choice of meat with vegetables and potatoes for main and a small pot of frozen solid ice cream for dessert before being whisked straight back onto the coach.

Next your visit Garachico another beautiful town on the coast, you are again give around 20 minutes to quickly look at the natural pools leaving no time to explore the town which seemed rich with history. You are then finally taken on a long a bumpy journey up the mountain to Masca, we were told there was nowhere to get a good view from Masca and taken straight to ANOTHER restaurant to be encouraged to buy drinks. I’m leaving Masca there was a a fantastic viewpoint with shops which we were not told about or given time to seen. There is then a two hour journey back to the hotels. Overall we were very unimpressed with the trip and the driver of our coach. Maria the tour guide was good but as she had to translate between English and Spanish some of the tour became lost. I would recommend that anyone wanting to see the places on the tour hire a vehicle and visit yourselves, all of the locations are absolutely free so there is no need to pay the cost of the tour and you will be able to spend a longer time and really take in the scenery.

Sadly I would not do this tour again nor recommend it.

Thank you very much for your review. By law we have to have bathroom breaks which we do try to make it interesting. These coffee bars have their doors open free of charge to use the facilities in hope that some one may buy a coffee. We also recomment you take your own lunch. the food is typical Canarian. the soup here is watery with small pieces of pasta. It is not to everyones taste. However thank you for taking time out to give us a review.

I would highly recommend this trip!

It was a very convenient way of exploring areas of the island which otherwise wouldn't be easily accessible without a good car and great driving skills ;)

We were picked up from our hotel and collected all other passengers. Our first short stop was at an Aloe Vera plantation, the sole purpose of which felt like it was to make us buy their products (their explanation of the general benefits of aloe vera was great though). This stop could have been left out and was the only 'meh' part of this trip.

We made our way to Mt Teide and had about 30 min to walk around and take in the scenery. Then we drove to a lovely town of Garachico where we had lunch in a nice local restaurant with a beautiful view (paid 16 euro/pp for our tour guide to call the restaurant and have our 3 course meals with loads of wine ready, well worth it and delicious!).

Next, we went to Icod, a lovely old town where the famous Dragon Tree grows. We took a short walk around the town towards the tree and then got back on the bus. We drove to Masca along some crazy cliffs.

The stop in Masca could have been longer - it was about 20 min which wasn't enough to soak in the beauty of the place or even get an ice cream. We didn't mind though as the place was beautiful and we were glad we got to see it at all!

From there we drove back to Costa Adaje/hotels, making our way up the massive Los Gigantes cliffs. This drive is not for the faint-hearted! The driver was excellent though!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant, talked fluently in English and German (and I'm sure more languages as well but our tour only needed those two).

      Highly recommend :)

We are on this tour today. The guide speaks excellent English, as well as Spanish and Italian.

I found it off-putting that we stopped shortly after leaving Los Cristianos, for a full 40 minutes sales pitch at an aloe vero place. That would have been ok, but not when we were only given about 15 mins at Teide, which was supposed the be the highlight of the trip.

The guide also extolled the wonderful coffee at a cafe stop, which he recommended us all to try. But when the people at the back of the queue finally got to order theirs, they had under 2 mins to drink it, before being told off by the guide for being late back to the bus. I felt sorry for them.

Indeed, all day the guide keeps saying that we are behind time and need to hurry up from our short stops. Why the aloe vera 40 min stop? I'm presuming the guide / company makes a commission.

Would I come again? Hmmm, not sure yet. The driver is very skilled and the scenery is great. But the timing of stops is frustrating, as is the guide's manner.

Picked up first at our hotel by Alicia & Xavier the coach driver, (he is a brilliant mountain and local road driver, she was a good guide 3 languages, English German Spanish to cater for all passengers) First stop Garachico, pleasant but a look at rock pools half were closed, toilet stop at the village square and then a few hundred yards walk back to the coach. Next Masca valley which takes a while. Tiny place lovely views, restaurant, couple of expensive gift shops, kicking your heels basically for 45 minutes. Next Tiede national park, quite a drive but breathtaking. Only got half hour at the coach park centre. No time for cable car, free tourist museum which takes about 20 minutes to whizz round fortunately there was a toilet. Not enough time. Then to a restaurant called Los Camellos for 1 hour, you could have a 3 course meal for 15 euros but we were fine due to the serious food amounts at our hotel. Bought ice creams from the fridge. No where to sit outside, its a coach/transport stop. If you`re not eating not interested. There is a camel ride centre through the forest there but its a half hour experience so no time really just have to stand around and wait to leave. Next to 1000 year old Drago tree. Interesting to see it from about 50 yards away at the local square which is a fair walk to it. Stroll back to the coach through the village. I asked Alicia about the trip to the cliffs at Los Gigantes as it was a Wednesday and an extra feature in this trip. She said that wasn`t the plan they have never done this ever or on a wednesday, so that didn`t happen. Bit disappointing. On the whole it was very good, lovely brilliant sunshine, but not uncommon it rained on the way down through the park to the lower beaches where it was sunshine and 30C. Amazing to see the beauty and micro climates. An honest overview from a satisfied couple.

I would highly recommend this trip but as a word of warning some places are not stroller friendly. We needed to carry a couple of times down steps due to no ramp and at least one more time due to unmanageable road cobbles.

It was a great way of exploring the island which otherwise wouldn't be easily accessible without transport or a brave driver.

Our first short stop was at an Aloe Vera plantation, with an interesting little talk about the slow vera, before the obligatory visit to their shop.

The coach then made its way through the park to near Mt Teide and had about 30 min to walk around and take in the is as well as plenty of photos.

Then we drove to a lovely town of Garachico where we had lunch in a local restaurant. Another note for parents with young children, there was no children's menu for my two year old grandson and neither was there changing facilities

Next, we went to Icod, a lovely old town where the famous Dragon Tree grows. We took a short walk around the town towards the tree and then got back on the bus.

Then a short stop in Masca stunning views could have been longer. The drive to Masca along a serpentine road, not for the brave hearted.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant, talked fluently in English and German (and I'm sure more languages as well but our tour only needed those two).

Highly recommended but not if you have a toddler

Even if you visit Tenerife for a few days, book a day tour with this company and enjoy the visually stunning beauty of the 'Teide, Masca, Icod and Garachico' tour. If you're lucky enough to have Alexis as your guide and Miguel as your coach driver, you will have a day to remember. Alexis loves his island home, and he will give you some fascinating information about the geography, the geology and flora and fauna. He speaks seven languages perfectly, some no matter where you come from, you will enjoy his live commentary from start to finish. You will fall in love with Tenerife. The helter, skelter, zig zag mountain road drive will leave you with white knuckles and in need of a stiff drink. I would never attempt to drive this 'amazing crazy' road myself, but Miguel was incredible, and we felt safe....most of the time. Miguel has probably driven this countless times. His 3 point turns to take the coach around some impossible bends with sheer drops on either side, he could probably do with his eyes closed. But thankfully, this time he had them open. The price of around 50 euros per person was worth every penny. My advice. Take a spare pair of underpants and knickers with you....just in case👍

There was a miscommunication in the pickup as the company messaged me to meet at "9.10AM" and I mistaken it for 10AM (Silly mistake..). I have called the tour provider and tried to meet the bus at the next pick up point but it was too late. The tour provider offered us to do a tour another day but we were leaving Tenerife the day after the tour. I have requested for a refund and I was told that it's not possible as I didn't show up. I wasn't expecting a full refund at all but would have been nicer to get some money back as I've paid £95 for something I didn't even get to experience.

This trip was a last minute booking for me & my partner and we both thought that it was outstanding! The value for money was exceptional given how much we managed to pack into a day!
Stops are frequent and all of them have things to do, whether it be getting a coffee, a tasting session or a photo opportunity of Mount Teide.
Bus was beautifully air conditioned so the trip was comfortable, even in 30 degree heat.
Masca valley is absolutely beautiful, even if the road in and out of it is precarious - credit to the driver who was excellent.
The tour guide was so knowledgeable and catered for 3 languages on our bus.
I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Tenerife as it really helps to break up a holiday.

Unless you are guaranteed the cable car will be running I wouldn't bother. We were picked up from our hotel at 1.30pm it took 2 hours to get to Mount Teide with a half hour stop at a cafe. The cable car wasn't running due to weather 😒 all we could do was look at the mountain from a distance. Yes the scenery is beautiful but not worth the money. Basically sat on a coach for 4 hours. Would not recommend.

Many thanks for your review. However this trip Mt Teide and Masca valley tour does not co inside with your pick up time or discription. We think you have reviewed the wrong product. The Half day to the National park sounds like the excursion you have taken. If there is bad weather then that is out of any ones control. Safety reasons it does not run. However the short trip you are refering to does state is is a trip to the volcano and does not include the cable car. They can be purchased if requied on the day when the weather is good. However many people enjoy the fact of visiting the volcano close up and the views are amazing. Many thanks again
