We had such a great tour on e mountain bikes with Nacho! We started at a winery, after getting comfortable with bikes and helmet we rode our bikes to a wine field with a great view, where Nacho gave many info on the tour, the geology and the territory, then we rode the bike to caldera del cuervo, visited the caldera, took pictures/videos and listened to Nacho's detailed explanation of the spot. Then we rode to another caldera, we went for a little short hike til the top of the caldera, beautiful and gorgeous, we came back to the bikes and rode to a bomba facing a great and red volcano in the background, again amazing pics, videos and explanation! Then we rode back to the meeting place surrounding another volcano and having more fun with the e mountain bike! Physically the ride is easy, mostly flat, mixing road and off road and with a great e mountain bike. Our guide Nacho was taking pictures and videos of us while cycling and shared all the material plus an edited video of the whole tour. I can really recommend the tour, communication was great too. :) Muchas gracias por el tour Nacho, hasta la vista 😃

What an exciting and informative experience this e-bike tour was. Nacho was a fabulous guide, who was so knowledgeable and kind. He provided the bike and all of the equipment necessary for the ride. We explored locations which were remote, giving a unique insight into the rugged beauty of the park. Nacho was so knowledgeable on the terrain and volcanoes and mountains in the area. He also used his phone and GoPro to provide photos and videos of incredible moments along the way. I recommend this tour wholeheartedly. Be ready for an active and inspiring experience!

We booked this bike tour through TripAdvisor a couple of months in advance of our holiday. At the time we received confirmation emails and tickets, and subsequently reminder emails. However, when we arrived on the day, the guide did not show up. We contacted him using the number provided and he didn’t answer the phone calls, but did respond to WhatsApp messages. He said he had not received the booking from TripAdvisor. He did offer to reschedule for the next day but unfortunately it was the last day of our holiday and we were sceptical about making the journey to Costa Teguise again in case he didn’t show up. We hope this was a genuine mistake, but if you’re looking at booking this yourself, we’d recommend contacting the company directly to confirm the date and time. Also worth noting that the pickup location is a bike store in Costa Teguise, but the tour isn’t affiliated with that shop.

Very beautiful experience, it has been an incredibile tour around the volcanoes. Absolutely recommended! Nacho is brilliant with his explanations about the territory and the volcanoes.

Unfortunately no one met us at the appointment time. We called to find out where to go more precisely, but we were told that the lesson was canceled. We were not warned in advance, we were driving from the other end of the island and spent more than half an hour on the road. Very irresponsible

Paid for the tour on November 10th 2022 which was cancelled by the tour operator the next morning via a WhatsApp message and I'm still waiting on my refund, Nice little scam !!! My recommendation is to save your money and buy a nice bottle bottle of wine somewhere else For the record booking reference BR-951097406 should the tour operator have a change of conscience and cut out this sharp practice.

Session cancelled at least minute due to COVID-19 positive instructor. Its a pity a contingency wasnt in place for this, very disappointed to have missed the workshop.

We booked a tour online, we then received a text the day before the tour asking could we reschedule to 5pm as the tour guide “forgot” that the 5pm tour was the only one on that day in English. We then got a text on the day of the tour saying that the 5pm tour was actually in Italian and we were asked could we reschedule for another day. We said no, and asked for a full refund, which we still have not received.

Such a good tour! Very informative and interesting, the wine was so delicious we ended up buying 2 bottles at the terrace and 4 to bring home, would highly recommend

This was such a fun experience! My friend and I went to the workshop during our trip to Lanzarote and we made a gorgeous macrame plant holder. So easy to take back home on the plane too, because it folds up small and is lightweight. The perfect souvenir of our trip to this beautiful island! Elena is extremely knowledgeable about macrame and is a patient and fun teacher. Thoroughly recommend.

Interesting couple of hours and generous wine tasting.The lady speaks decent English and is very charming and helpful.
