About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Lee O0 contributionsFantastic underwater experienceWhat a brilliant experience immersing yourself in nature without compromise to the environment. Great staff / briefing and 2 experienced divers on hand to guide you through the pool just after the tide had gone out. You were given props to show what you are doing / achieve. This experience is a must for anyone - just relax and enjoy.Written September 21, 2024
- noelleq8840 contributionsExcellent family adventure, very professional and experienced operation. This was an amazing family experience, we did it with our just turned 8 year old and it was brilliant. Felt very secure and safe in the hands of the whole team from Native Diving. I'll be honest I was bricking it not just for myself but also our young son but Victor, Nico and all at the dive centre helped to ease my anxiety with their professionalism, experience and also sense of fun. Would highly recommend, my son and husband are taking about doing some PADI certification as a result of how much they enjoyed it and my husband would not have been a big fan of the sea up to now. Family is now converted to underwater activities, I'll be snorkeling if anyone is looking for me.Written September 5, 2024
- garethr7290 contributionsPerfect for a budding skaterThe best lessons my son Stephan has had, and at a very reasonable price - this is a very understated attraction for lanzarote especially for those with kidsWritten August 29, 2024
- poetraven0 contributionsCould been alot better .Bus was 20 minutes late ( aright it happens) but very confusing with so many buses and the tour guide almost told me it was not my bus until I seen my name on the list ( however the tour guide was the best part of the trip and the house ) market was aright but abit too much of the same stuff. The tour guide was very nice and explained everything so well also I was late as I got lost the way back could be better signed and such and he waited for me however the biggest let down is got less than a hour in the ceser house where it said it was going to be 2 hours .Written August 11, 2024
- maryw6090 contributionsWonderfulAbsolutely loved it. The tour guide was extraordinary Loved the market & town square Cesar Manrique house was just wonderful Definitely recommendWritten February 26, 2024
- H6170FCpauld0 contributionsBrilliantExcellent experience - very professional and the three staff who took us out were first class - victor , Victor and Daniel ( I think )- my son is autistic and he loves the sea and fish etc - Daniel in particiular helped him every step of the way without any fuss - highly recommend it - Gracias 💙Written February 22, 2024
- Andy R0 contributionsSome nice local bits between lots of rubbishWe caught the local bus for €2.50 each. Paying €33 is nonsense. The middle of the market sells a load of rubbish that you would expect to see on a Sunday market in England. Snide designer bags, tee shirts and football shirts (man united shirts were half price). There are burger vans, fish and chips and full English breakfasts served here too. At the edges of the old town there are lots of little shops with hand crafted, artisan pieces. There are local cafes and bars here with an authentic feel. This part is interesting and worth a look. We intended to stay for as few hours, but got bored to be honest. I would recommend having a look, but you won’t fill a day here, maybe half a day if you have lunch.Written December 31, 2023

- andyn1020 contributionsSea Trek excellent experienceWhat an experience! Saw something like this on the TV show Below Deck down under , Jet2 offered this excursion when we booked our holiday a bit cheaper than the ticket price but including transport. Collected from our hotel, taken to the dive location no issue’s, fitted for wet suits and croc’s, given a safety talk, the instructor was brilliant made everything easy to understand then walked us to the beach , as per plan we then walked out to sea until the ocean was about chest height, then they put our diving helmets on ( can’t properly describe the helmets but think big fish bowls like Captain Nemo ) . You’re then guided out , it’s hard to say how far because I’ve never walked underwater before but I’d guess 50 yards through shoals of fish , so near you could touch them, we spent about an half hour on the sea bed the surface was a good 20 feet above us the instructors very carefully showed us the local sea life star fish and the like, throughout the dive they took photos and videos for us. Absolutely , fabulous experience and it only cost about £58 . I can’t describe how I felt walking in an environment where I shouldn’t have been. I’d highly recommend you try this if you ever get the chance, oh and the instructors are definitely eye candy for the ladies.Written September 28, 2023
- 796obiu0 contributionsWorst Experience both from Viator and Sea Trek Diving Experience in Costa TeguiseHorrible experience to say the least, I was told on Tuesday that pick up covers my area of stay which made me purchase the tickets and it's in the terms and conditions only to be told today that there was no pick up for me . The Viator team wasn't helpful at all and Mr Joshua refused to pick us up . This utterly disgraceful and on top of that I am told I can't be refunded for 150 Euros. What a ripoff. Ridiculous we're gutted.Written August 31, 2023
- charlotten8840 contributionsGreat tour if you're interested in geography and the history of the islandThe 3 hour trekking tour was great, we would definitely recommend if you're interested in geography and/or the history of the island. Our guide, Maria, was extremely knowledgeable. I would say it was more easy to medium ability due to the heat and soft ground.Written August 8, 2023
- M5186XProberts0 contributionsJet skiWhat a brilliant experience, went so quickly the time. Should of done 2 hours and not the 40 I had. Cristian and izak was brilliant Nd let let us have loads of fun. Highly recommended 💯Written July 25, 2023
- Martyn S0 contributionsFascinating, highly recommendedVery informative, good fun as well. Highly recommended. Walking in an unreal landscape, very peaceful. Be prepared, there is no shade and it is rough underfoot in large parts. We had a chilly breeze at higher points so best carry something warm in your bag.Written March 5, 2023
- scubafanEngland0 contributionsDon't missAn outstanding morning. Fascinating to learn about volcanoes and to see things up close. Our guide made it fun and the walk totally exceeded our expectations. We were able to look into calderas, see different types of lava and understand how flora survives. Our pick up was easy to organise and was on time. We would totally recommend this trip.Written February 7, 2023
- ElniasG0 contributionsNo brakes- your problem...Very nice track.. but is worthless when you pay alot of money for karting without brakes. So, you cannot drive full speed at all . After i mentionet that, no one cares at all. no discount no other ride. Such carting could be ok for someone whom drives slowly like kids... No worth at all pay 20EUR for 8 min without brakes... very disapointed.Written December 27, 2022

Driving a Twizy e-car was a fabulous experience, as this electric vehicle is unique and not comparable to any other vehicle. The diversity of the 5 hour program was also very entertaining: A walk to the vulcano, a bit of wine tasting, a bus tour through Timanfaya National Park with some interesting additional information.
Communication could be improved though. We should have started at 09.30hrs, but ended up starting at 10.15 hrs because other participants had to be up by bus that was delayed (we were only told afterwards). We booked an English guided tour, but the guide focused on the sheer German audience only, so it was German all the way. Luckily we understand some, otherwise we would have missed more than half of the information provided.
Nonetheless, without the Twizy tour, we wouldn't have seen the volcano, not

First thing, take a hoodie or long sleeve top with you as it gets mighty cold and windy up near the volcanoes. Something we were not adivsed about, so ended up having to buy two overpriced hoodies from the gift shop.
The tour were on was for basically for a German crowd and the tour guide was German. Although the guide (who was quite a charasmatic character) did speak English, it felt like we were bit of an afterthought. His focus was to the German crowd; so did not really get a full experience.
The cars did not have GPS, we went in convoy, following the guide in his van, to each of the destinations (top tip: be first in the convoy as potential to get detatched from the rest of convoy on route).
Cars are quirky and better than doing a coach, but I would say you are better off hireing a car. You could still do all of the stops, but at your own pace and without having to buy an overpriced hoodie.
It would have been good if the cars could have gone somewhere where normal cars could not go. This would give the tour that edge that makes it special.
The wine tasting stop seems a bit odd for a drving experience. As the driver, I was not going to be doing Wine tasting!
I wouldn't say don't do the tour, but I would not recomend doing it to my friends.

There were 24 people in our group. We were the only English couple. The tour guide was lovely & welcoming. She did her best to keep us informed but the details were brief. Driving the twizy was great fun . The first stop was a walk to the El Cuervo crater, unfortunately we had sandals on making the walk along the cinder paths uncomfortable. Then we drove to the Rubicon winery ,staying for around an hour to charge the cars & had a small glass of wine each & cheese taster if you wanted it , costing 6euros. Then next we drove to a meeting point where a coach picked us up for the drive through Timanfaya park .
We both really enjoyed our trip (despite wearing the wrong footwear) . It’s a different way of going to Timanfaya but so enjoyable with the extra stops included.
Definitely remember your trainers & take a jacket in case it’s cooler.

We booked a Twizy tour via TUI which was supposed to be the Southern Lanzarote Electric Car Tour with wine tasting, visit to the salt pans and a cheesemaker etc. really looked forward to it and booked it on the 22nd November.
They do not arrange a transfer from Playa Blanca where we were staying so we got up at the crack of dawn to book a taxi to take us to Puerto Carmen to be there early as the pick up was at just gone 9.00am.
Arived there at 8.30am and waited and waited and waited!!!! No one came to pick us up!!!!
After ringing TUI numerous times we were told that the trip had been cancelled due to lack of numbers and we could go another day!!
NO NOTICE, NO THANKS!! absolutely disgusting way to treat people!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Genuinely one of the best things my boyfriend and I did while in Lanzarote! Ran by such lovely people who made us feel very welcomed and informed, the tour itself was wonderful and well worth the price. Would definitely do it all over again!

The tour was great, but it was a bit misleading because we thought that we would drive with the Twizy in the National Park, and that wasn't so. The park was a bus tour that was included.
We had a very good guide, he took the time to explane everything nicely.
The Twizy is a 2 person vihicle, in theory... or, for two small persons. 2 large persons is tight... (The driverseat gives bad suport for persons with a bad back).
But, the overall experience was great, we drove through great scenery's and we enjoyed it!!

We booked the Twizy Tour directly at the hotel in combination with the National Park. It is great fun to drive the Twizys and you get to watch a wonderful landscape. The tour accompaniment was in German.
