- 1Lanzarote Sea ToursStop: 90 minutes - Admission includedExperience a 1.5-hour trip aboard the fast boat "Biosfera Jet" along the west coast of Lanzarote Island. We depart from Puerto del Carmen Marina, giving a quick briefing about the trip and safety matters on board. The crew then starts their search for dolphins and whales, and any other marine wildlife, using binoculars, doing their best with their experienced eyes. During the trip, our qualified crew will give you detailed information about the species of cetaceans you are seeing as well as other technical and historic information to ensure a complete and unique experience. Enjoy the astonishing views of Lanzarote´s coast or relax with a swim in its crystal clear waters and feel the snorkel experience. Since we are dealing with wildlife, there are times that you could end up the trip with no sightings, although we have a high percentage of success.Read more

About the operator
- olliemells00Good funGood food and drink and the experience was well done by the workers. Workers were very charismatic and gave a good feel.
- A5849WWamyg00Fantastic!!!This excursion was our best day! We had so much fun and was blown away with each visit. Lagomar is jaw dropping and you are given the perfect amount of time to look at everything. Cacti garden was good as well, but the boat over to La Gracios and the beaches was the best part of the trip. Rachel was a fantastic tour guide! Very relaxed and made everything so clear. What a lovely job she has 😁 Thank you coast to coast!
- D6862DOdavidp00Incredible experience! Saw more dolphins than I could countThe team were absolutely great! Speaking to all passengers in multiple languages and providing a safe and fun experience for everyone on the boat! We may have been somewhat lucky but I was completely blown away by how many dolphins we actually saw and how good the team were and locating them and positioning the boat so that we could see them up close and for a long period of time! The champagne and pastries offered were great but if this is your reason for going I'd consider a restaurant! The aim the of the game is spotting dolphins and to achieve this the crew have to go somewhat fast on the sea...to state the obvious, if you get sea sick I wouldn't go. If you want to have fun and sea some wildlife up close then this is for you! Taking into consideration that the cost included pick up and drop off to Playa Blanca it is WELL worth the money but understand that the dolphins are not guaranteed sightings such is the nature of wildlife! Would 100% recommend to anyone of any age interested! There was a baby on board and children who were safe at all times as well as some elderly people who enjoyed it all the same. Smiles all round the boat from the outset! We also caught site of a blue Whale which blew my mind!
- Y4108XSnic00Amazing, great staff, loads of dolphins! We had an amazing time and saw so many dolphins we lost count. Crew were amazing and everyone on board seemed to be having a great time too. The sea was calm, the guys running the tour gave you warning when they were going to speed up and made a real effort to follow the dolphins - we even saw a whale! Would recommend for families or couples. We even had a baby on board who had no issues. The negative reviews are very surprising and it seems to be their own lack of planning or logic as to why they didn’t enjoy it. For anyone who might want to know the details of the negative reviews based on my experience: 1. Yes, you get champagne in cardboard cups, really not an issue for me personally (you’re also paying 40~ euros for transfer to and from your local hotel, 2.5 boat ride and drinks and cake - what more are you really expecting?) 2. They say pastries, but you get a couple of slices of cake, which was nice, so again a non-issue 3. Moaning about getting seasick… goes without saying, if you get seasick you probably shouldn’t go out on a speedboat at sea… 4. Complaining about the speed of the boat… you’re on a *speed*boat?
- Navigate3640123744000Worse trip I’ve been on.This does NOT go round the island. If you are staying in porta carman or playa blanka a warning 7 hrs return coach trip to the ferry. Only 30 mins sailing. They go from the port, pass a couple beaches then anchor up then told 3hrs free time. For a couple it cost 133 euros. Not worth it. Find something else to do. When complained they would not give money back. Again DO NOT TOUCH THIS.
- MikeHall198900Loved itIt was a great trip to the island, the staff were great and engaged with all. The island itself was incredible, clear blue water and beautiful. We managed to see the dolphins as well which topped it all off!
- Robert B00DOLPHIN ROUTE BYPASSAfter been told boarding would be at 9.50am.crew didn’t arrive until 10.20am.The guide had no interaction with the passengers going out or coming back. This is the first trip of this kind that we didn’t see any dolphins. If you have an alternative take it and avoid this excursion not worth the money.
- 2010redrobbo00Dolphin DelightHad a dolphin cruise from puerta del carmen harbour to the island of Los Lobos. 1 and half hour cruise in search of dolphins (which we saw) to the island and then 2 and half hours on beach to explore /sunbathe. Such a beautiful place and the weather was exceptional. Food and a drink included for £60 pp and worth every penny imo . Thank you Lanzarote sea Tours.
- 281kath00Great value for money saw Dolphins!Fantastic short but worth while cruise. 1.5 hours we saw dolphins and had some time to swim/ snorkel.
- janeberminghamx500Excellent day and great valueExcellent and enjoyable day trip and a chance to swim, kayaks or take a stroll included along with a pasta, salad and fruit lunch, unlimited drinks on the catamaran and a funny and charming tour guide throughout. Would thoroughly recommend
- gabyj84500Not recommendedBooked a tour via Get Your Guide where the company is called Lanzarote Sea Tours. Communication was quite bad: we did not receive a message to be at the busstop at 15:15, in the e-mail it said 16:00-18:00 with different departure times ranging from 16:30-17:30 (?). We waited and walked around half an hour in the heat, not pleasant as a pregnant woman with a toddler. Called a few times untill the phone operator told us the correct time and that they had left already; not handy simce our plans revolved around this trip. We were suppose to have received an e-mail or phonecall beforehand. We could join the trip the next day, we did, but the boat left without us. We had to change my toddler's diaper during the ticket check, which I told the local contactperson, but she apparently did not communicate that to the captain. When they returned to pick us up after hasty waving and shouting, I did not get help stepping on and off the boat, me and my huge belly + toddler. The best seats were gone, and we had to put warm clothes on during the windy departure. Trip itself was ok, friendly captain, but did not see any dolphins. As you can imagine, the unnecessary stress due to bad communication ruined a lot of the fun.
- inkyrich100Fantastic time on The sunset Dolphin and Whale cruise. We had a fantastic time on the Dolphin and Whale sunset cruise. We didn't find any whales, but we did find the most enormous pod of dolphins I've ever seen on a trip like this. True to form, they charmed us all. The boat was lovely and spacious and the bubbly and cake were a lovely addition to a wonderful couple of hours. Big shout out to the crew who expertly found the Dolphins and extra shout out to the skipper who was great fun and very enthusiastic. Highly recommended trip.
- 815alanal00Wonderful!The dolphins&sunset tour was magnificent! Our guide was very enthousiastic and the whole experience was just very pleasant. We were lucky enough to see dolphins (so many!!) because our guide had a good eye for spotting them ;) We got champagne and cake afterwards while we remained on the boat just in front of the marina to see the sun set over the mountains. Highlight of my week! (Of course, seeing the dolphins is not guaranteed, but they really try their best to find them)
- dianebarrett99900Not worth the MoneyEven though lobos was a nice place the trip was not worth the €60 , it was a boat ride to a beach. The lunch and drinks included was a cheese and ham dry boccadillo some cold soup and water and a beer. We got about 3 hours free time on lobos even though the host pointed out it would take 4 hours minimum to visit the lighthouse on the island and the trip is advertised as a full day! We didn't have enough time to explore the island so just stayed in the beach. On the return to the boat I was rushed on and told to use the boats toilet which I did not want to do. Unfortunately there were no dolphins that day . There are plenty of other boat and land excursions available at less euros .Unfortunately I fail to see what it was we paid so much for ?!
- Travellite202200everything as advertised and easy.Easy to get to and organise, with car parking. Snack bar on board and clean toilets. Comfortable crossing on our trip. Friendly staff. Worth the effort to make this trip.

I was surprised with a trip to lanzarote to celebrate my 40th birthday.
As a special gift I was bought the sunset dolphin cruise. The pick up from the hotel was fabulous, they arrived on time after collecting other tourists on the island we arrived at Peurto Carmen.
We boarded the boat and unfortunately that is where the fun stopped!
The boat was more like a speed boat and the boys that were behind the wheel found it funny to get people on board wet. They spent much of the time on their mobile phones and didn't offer any commentary at all.
There was no sign of dolphins or any other sealife at all. The atmosphere was very dull and we were left with no interaction from staff for a long period of time. There was a lot of disappointed people on board.
As for the glass of champagne and snacks, this is slightly misleading more like a mouthful of cheap fizz in a cardboard cup, snacks were 2 small pieces of cake. The only thing that was enjoyable was the spectacular sunset behind the mountains.
If your a dolphin fanatic like myself, I would advise booking a visit where you no that you are guaranteed to get what you pay for.

Unfort we didn’t see whales or dolphins but that can’t be helped as they’re wild animals. However the boat trip itself was otherwise dull. There’s nothing else to do but sit in the boat unlike other trips where you may be able to lounge about on the big nets or enjoy the view. There’s no commentary and the little speaking the staff did was unclear and couldn’t be heard. The music they chose was bloody awful and someone complained so it was switched over. You don’t go far from the port itself then on way back stop briefly in a very sad unpicturesque spot with the option of jumping in the sea for 5 mins. No snorkel gear offered.
Disappointing trip. I’d suggest looking at another boat and maybe going a different route. Wish we’d have gone to lobos island or something else now :(

Major false advertising I get that it’s not 100% guaranteed, however do not label this activity with the word dolphin when the chances are near to none. It’s misleading and disappointing. On arrival we were prompt as advised by the email prior to the trip, as it stated the boat would leave punctual. Unfortunately the boat was late and we boarded 12 minutes late, this time wasn’t compensated at the end of our trip, no apologies and the trip was cut short on top of this aswell. Advertised as a 1.5 hr trip and we weren’t even on there a hour. When we went back to the check in office (Lanzarote sea tours) to express our concerns, the woman there was extremely rude. Told us it was bad luck and to go away as she doesn’t care what we have to say. We were told we didn’t understand anything and to write a bad review as they didn’t care. Ultimately we came away very disappointed as all we experienced was a short trip out to sea, turn around and came back. I feel I could of done this on any trip.

If there are dolphins to see they will find them. Nothing is guaranteed of course but we we lucky to see a few pods and spend some time with them. The crew was excellent and looked after everyone well. Totally let down by the staff at the waiting point who was not friendly or helpful. The tour was running late and could have helped let everyone know what was happening. I probably would not have bought tickets at the office she was in if I had not booked online.

We sailed for about 30 minutes, then the dolphins🐬 appeared right in front of us ! Just so magical to see these delightful creatures in their own environment ! I would thoroughbred recommend this trip! What we weren't aware of is that the boat stops to let you have a swim, so if you are up for it, take your cozzie with you!

This is a 90min boat trip, 30min one-away, 30min back and then a 30min swimming stop right next to the harbor. If during the trip you happen to spot dolphins your in luck, if not (what happened to us) its a boring boat trip. The crew wasn't spotting, we went in a straight line from one spot to the other and back.
The crew hardly provide any information during the trip, besides selling their other tours.
Not recommendable.

Pros:
1. Left on time
2. Clean
3. Staff fairly friendly
4. East to get to
5, Boat is good
Cons:
1. Didn’t see any Dolphins (I appreciate they couldn’t guarantee we would…but makes me wonder when they last did!).
2. No snorkels provided even though it advertised they would - made the swim in the shallows almost pointless.
3. Over priced
Overall it was okay but I won’t do it again.

Nice staff, enjoyable captain. Nice views on the Lanzarote coastline. But no dolphins and a very very short swim/snorkel. We would not book this trip again, maybe if they had a dolphin guarantee.
