Interesting day out on the north of the island.
The house of Omar Sharif was interesting, a clever design in the volcanic rock. La Graciosa was a nice little island to spend some time at and swim. The view spot is apparently impressive on a clear day. Sadly we were in the clouds.

      Communication was erratic and poor
I booked this trip in November 2023 as a Christmas present for my friend. I received confirmation saying they would be picking us up that week! i contacted them to say i am not coming until July 2024 and they acknowledge this. A week before we were due to sail i have an email saying our Sunday booking could not go ahead and they would change us to Saturday. Further on in the email it stated they sailed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We arrived on a Friday so did not want to go on the Saturday so i asked to change to the Tuesday 16th, i received confirmation of Thursday the 16th. Again queried this and eventually had an email saying Tuesday the 16th. They could not change the date from the Saturday on the app. Saturday came and went and my booking on the app disappeared into past bookings and my wallet with the QR codes disappeared. This left me sceptical of the trip. Two days before we were due to sail i received a phone call telling me that a taxi would pick us up at 10.15 and not to go to get the bus. 5 mins later i received another call to say pick up time was 9.15! we went outside the hotel to get the taxi the driver had my name, we got in and the driver asked us where to go! i explained the taxi has been booked by the lineas company so we are on the boat trip. He drove us to the harbour. We went to get out the taxi when the driver shouted at us 'you pay! 'you pay!" i tried to explain i had not ordered the taxi and that the lineas company had. and we had no money of us. Such a worry! He was very aggressive and asked for my phone to take pictures of the telephone number, when i would not hand over my phone he started shouting ' i don't want to steal your phone, i don't need it etc etc, aggressive and rude. Luckily my friend had data to call and we had to call the lineas company to get them to speak to him. they did this and he just drove off. We then had to ask them where do we go as we were just dropped off. the lady on the phone told us where to get the boat down the end of the pier. there were other ques of people waiting for various trips, so we were asking everyone as we went along. We asked around the harbour where the Lineas boat went from and was pointed in the direction down a pontoon. They did say it doesn't go until around 10.30, so maybe go for a coffee back up by the harbour, looking at the original booking sailing was at 11.00. We decided to hang around and good job as the boat sailed at 10.00. i asked staff on board how do we get back to the hotel and they said get a taxi and pay yourself. eventually i found a lady who spoke good English and she said just get on the bus back. So stressful we were feeling really uneasy as the communication was so poor. given we were two 60+ year olds travelling on this trip, it did phase us. The food and boat trip itself was good, however, you are not allowed to go on the beach and i thought this was a bit misleading in the title of the trip. I did email Lineas when i arrived back through the app but never had a reply. Thus i felt i needed to write this review on trip advisor.

      Day to Fuerteventura
We got this ferry over to Fuerteventura as we have holiday in both Lanzarote and Fuerteventura for many years and have never done this ferry. It only cost 38.00 Euros each and thought that was a good price. We got the ticket on the day so no need to prebook. We waited at the port for the ferry to come and when it arrived noticed a few of the people getting off were a little off colour so was then dreading the crossing but to be honest it was fine i was walking around during the short crossing. Spent the day in Corralejo and then got to the port to get the ferry back. Spot on with time keeping and went upstairs to the top deck and took a seat. Well now i know why everyone looked a little white when they got off the ferry that morning because the trip back was just awful, I know its not the companies fault in anyway but maybe they could prewarn you, I was as white as a sheet when we finally got on dry land and so pleased i didnt have to do the drive back to our hotel as i just laid on the back seat and tried to sleep off the sickness. Saying this i would do it again but just double up on my sickness meds. Would recommend to anyone. PS Remember your Passport you need it to purchase your tickets.

      Excellent service and experience
Brilliant experience for the 30min ride over to Fuerteventura. Excellent value for money and great service from kiosk staff and those on board. Prompt departure each time and kids loved it 😃

Please spend your money on literally ANYTHING else…
What a vapid scam. Absolutely dire. Accurate renaming would be ‘dolphin-less, late afternoon, overpacked motorboat pootle’. Absolutely do not waste your money. While the tour operators are understandably not in control of the dolphins, you’d think they’d be able to align their ‘dolphin SUNSET sailing cruise’ (which finished at 20.30) with the actual sunset (which was not until 20.55)? And maybe some actual sailing? With sails? And don’t get me started on how poorly organised the pickups were - words actually fail me. Could rant for hours. Probably still wouldn’t feel like I’d made my point.

      Great sunset cruise
We had a wonderful time on this sunset cruise, although the dolphin’s must have been having an evening off. We were met by a fantastic guide via coach outside our hotel in Costa Teguise and wound our way south to the Puerto de Carmen marina collecting other adventures over the next hour. Once aboard we were welcomed with a drink (which was available to refill throughout) and some simple snacks. The boat was great with loads of viewing areas and a netted area at the front which the kids loved. The views of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura were fantastic as the sun set over the volcanoes. The crew also made a special effort to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Great trip, pity about the lack of dolphins but was well worth it.

Poor. Should just be called evening sail trip.
No dolphins, no commentary, back before the sunset. Not worth the money. Pleasant enough boat ride but shouldn’t be called a Dolphin Sunset sail.

Amazing trip, we saw a lot of things but at the same time we had enough free time everywhere. Lanzarote is a beautiful island and I am happy that we could get to know it better through this trip. I consider the tour between the volcanoes to be the most interesting, on the contrary, the visit to the Aloe vera museum was the least interesting, since it only contained a few minutes long lecture on the effects of aloe vera and then we had free time in their store with the opportunity to purchase various products. In general, it left a great impression on us, we recommend it.

We decided to try the water taxi and check out the market and local area to idle away a few hours. The water taxi was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. This was also a glass bottomed boat and the captain stops along the way to make the most of this. The captain of the boat is a young lady with a great personality who was chatting away and entertaining the passengers. This was definitely worth doing although there isn’t much at the destination so you only
    Need a few hours.

Ticket office at Puerto Calero was closed so booked a ticket online, not knowing I could of paid on waterbus.
Showed the woman on boat my qr code that wasn't good enough she had to see my payment, which was not straightforward as I used PayPal (did not have my bank card). Finally she allowed me on after taking my phone from me to check details, not to happy about that when covid still around.
Then once on board she would not stop talking extremely annoying. Maybe I would of not been so bothered if I had not had the previous problems with her but found her to be to over the top.
It was because of this person's attitude I did not tip at the end of the journey.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. It is our responsibility to check if the purchased ticket is valid. Sorry to hear that our captain seems to be annoying. We receive many positive comments about her and it is quite surprising, but we respect your opinion and we are grateful for that. All the remarks of our clients we bear in mind to improve our service.

Spacious boat with lots of seating. We chose to sit right at the front on the lower deck which gave a great view!
We started to take a detour off into the ocean and it was announced everyone should look in front.
The captain had seen a pod of dolphins and taken us to have a closer look.
We spent about 15/20 minutes with the dolphins which was great! They were very respectful of them and never chased them down (unlike the catamaran that sped out to join us).
The crew were talkative and friendly. Advising what type of fish we were likely to see via the glass bottom and talking about the dolphins. There was also mention of looking out for the mermaids which kept the small children entertained.
There is a small bar onboard serving sangria and beer.

We bought our ticket in resort hotel and when we arrived at the port, pleased to find it was the same at source. We still queued at the window only to be told we didn’t have to 😖. Just go to the other side of the garage she said, so we made our way and stood with others, as we had 30 minutes to wait. The boat stops for 5/10 minutes both going and coming to allow people to get down to the windows to see the sea bed and fish. The stopover was a good visit and as we went on a Tuesday it was market day, and was good to see local artisans work. Sit on the right hand side on board to view the shoreline

Not Great. The women who drives the boat very annoying with her speeches , not good when its pretty cold and you just want to get back to shore. £15 euro's around trip. ( £30 euros per couple ) £5 euro's would of been about right. Not much to see or do once you get to Puerto Calero . a few shops and restaurant's. My mistake on not googling this trip before buying the tickets.

    Water taxi

Had a trip on the water taxi from Peurto del Carmen in Lanzarote. As we boarded one of the crew said. “Get your magic hand gel. Rub it in and make a wish. It ‘ll make your dreams come true. “As if” I thought.
On board , El Capitan said we were going to Miami on the way and to Barbados on the return leg. Quite a journey considering we only had 30 mins to make the trip . She said that if we looked through the glass bottom of the boat we d see mermaids , crocodiles, giant sea turtles , whales and anything else we wanted to see. “Yeh! and pirate treasure too “ I said under my breath” , then shrugged it off with a tut and a roll of my eyes.

I sauntered down to the keel when a little boy pushed past me on the stairwell dragging his mum by the hand. Sure I saw a few fish flashing their silver bellies as they rolled in the sandy brine, but he stood transfixed. We ll never be sure what he saw in those bright eyes, only what he told his mum “I don t want this to ever end”, he said.

I sauntered back on deck to the bow with my hands in my pockets to watch Fuerteventura getting closer on the horizon and our destination of Peurto Calero looming up. For half a second I was seeing the world through the boys eyes as we cut through the surf . I was on board the Titanic with Jack and Rose flying like a bird over the Atlantic Ocean. Well isn t that what holidays are all about? Seeing the world through a child’s eyes or maybe that magic hand gel did work after all.

We caught the water taxi having had a lovely few hours in Puerto Calero. From waiting to board the boat to leaving we had such a laugh. The lady crew member was so funny she kept everyone amused and happy. We had such a good time on our short trip back t PDC ('Barbados'!!) and will definitely do the trip again but this time as a VIP - both ways!!

Took a return trip on this great boat visiting Puerto Calero from Puerto del Carmen. It was 15 euros return and although only a short trip the lady captain makes things enjoyable. You also stop for 5/10 mins each way so that you can go downstairs and view the fish through the glass bottom. The boat was very clean with toilets and a bar on board and i'm told you can quite often see dolphins whilest making the 20 min trip. Well worth a trip.

Good way to pass a few hours when the surprisingly unsunny weather discourages sun-bathing! Enjoyed the water taxi, mostly due to Digna(?). Very entertaining and funny. Takes about 45 minutes from designated departure time to disembarking, same on way back. You can sit upstairs, uncovered, or downstairs under cover.A wee bit pricey, but we did not regret going on this 'trip'. Thanks Digna, for taking us to Miami ! Covid protocols adhered to. Felt very safe.

We took the water taxi from Puerto Del Carmen to Puerto Calero which was €18 return & worth the trip. Nice little trip across the coast & the Captain was very energetic & had a great sense of humour. Not a lot to do in Puerto Calero so we just admired the very expense yachts & got some lunch in one of the restaurants.
