After making a mistake by 1 day the coach transfer refused to help unless I pay full price again .. disgusting.. I won’t be using this anymore

Totally unprofessional taxi arrived an hour late it would of been quicker to travel on transfer bus supplied by Jet 2. Although I did manage to get through to Mr Transfer they put the phone down on me !!!

The process was well organized. Besides the little wait time, it was good. But don’t know why the cost was $65 for a 20 minute taxi ride.

Spent nearly 1 hour on arrival queuing outside to get into building to get to passport control. No toilet or drinks or information from Jet2 or airport

Car was over 45 mins late we had to wait outside Airport for the driver to turn up .When I rang the number I was given excuse that driver might be gone to toilet when I rang back second time the lady hung up the phone .When the driver did pick us up he was on the phone while driving against the law in most country’s .

I booked a taxi from you to take us to our hotel. I expected a private service not to be taken to the local taxi rank and be put in a local cab. Which I may add is a lot cheaper than what I paid you. Should anybody ask I would certainly advise against using your company for anything.

Failed to pick up from Ferry completely and we had paid in advance. Took me ages to arrange to be collected whilst stranded at the Ferry terminal. No apology.

No one was waiting for us when we exited the airport, we were left to look for our transfer. Eventually found a person with our name along with several others, NOT at the meeting point we were given. We were then put in a local taxi, the fare to our hotel was €14:50, we had prepaid £27:00 in the UK. There were plenty of taxis and all metered, so you won’t get over charged. Would not prebook again for sure, we will get a local taxi for the return.

Picked up from on Las Palmas airport by a very gentile driver, who waited while we picked up a few essentials at Spar at the airport. An absolute gentleman - he took our bags from us, placed them in the boot of the E-class Mercedes, which was immaculately clean. He let us know how far away we were at different junctures. Then, on arrival, he retrieved our bags for us and bade us goodbye. A very pleasant journey with a very pleasant driver. The agreed price included gratuities. We booked the same company for the return journey - and we’ll use them on every visit from now on. Very impressive.

Never book a transfer with HOPPER they did not pick us up on the return to the airport !!! Left stranded to try get public transfer , on calling the emergency line he said the driver did come !! No way we was there 30 mins early. Never trust them

Airport efficient staff friendly Food expensive in all restaurants but Burger King takes the trophy for worst value for money..2 meals €27.90. The bar beside it a better option

We stayed at the Playa Feliz hotel at Bahia Feliz where we booked an excursion on the Catamaran which included snorkelling and a banana boat trip from the Excursions shop Bahai Bay, we paid 120 Euro deposit for this trip, our grandson took a reaction to something and developed a painful skin rash when he was in the sun/water the day before the trip was due. Due to this reaction we could not carry on with this trip so we enquired if we could change to a trip which did not involve prolonged exposure to the sun and water or get a refund, we were denied both by the shop representative who informed us we needed to cancel within 24 hours, unfortunately medical conditions don't offer you 24 hours notice , we lost our whole deposit, i wouldn't advise booking through this shop, but if you do i would certainly ask in advance about cancellations as this information is not explained to you when booking the trip, this experience spoiled an otherwise lovely holiday.

Maspalomas dunas and play de Amadores were the sea is very quite. Las Palmas but It Is better without wind

Perfect, driver was there waiting when got to airport and picked us up from hotel on time. Always worry booking something 6 months in advance but would highly recommend this company.
