My husband had to make his own way to the centre, granted was a last minute day before booking to go on a mountain bike. The bike was not good at all, awful set up. No body protection was offered, no gloves available. My husband had a bad off as he rode straight into a rock in the middle of the track which he should of been made aware of, but wasn't, he was really injured after going over the handlebars, have recently after arriving home learned he has a broken rib. Nobody at the centre dealt with him properly and he was dumped half way back to our hotel and he had to walk the rest afterwards with his injuries, im absolutely fuming at this treatment of my hubby. Tin pot company that i would not recommend to anyone. He was promised video footage of his "riding experience" but never botheted to e mail it to him, i wonder why 🙄

Went on a few "enduro" tours with Manuel. He seemed to know all the trails like the back of his hand and had some great suggestions adapted to our bike skills and fitness. The tours included our own shuttle/support car that took us up and stayed around the mountain roads on the way down in case we needed tools/a ride up a climb. Starting from the top of the island and making your way down is an awesome experience. The level of service provided was exceptional; At the time there were no proper enduro bikes available for rental so we rented elsewhere - not a problem, Manuel picked us up and let us off where we rented the bikes. On one tour one of the bikes (again, rented elsewhere) broke down and the weather was terrible (not enough clothes on our part) - Manuel offered to abort the tour, give us a full refund and try again a few days later. I hope I come back and get to ride with these guys again!

We have hired bikes for 2 days and the guy was so kind to pick them up from our hotel and also left our overpayment on the reception as we couldn't return them due to holiday plans. No additional fees, very kind and flexible. Defo recommend this bike hire! :)
