    Nice tour
The boat ride along the coast was stunning, and the vintage train added a charming touch to the experience. The guide was knowledgeable and provided great insights into the history and culture of Mallorca. My only slight disappointment was that the tour felt a bit rushed at times, with limited time in some locations. Nevertheless, it’s a fantastic way to explore Mallorca in a day, and I highly recommend it! 4 stars!

    Rude tour guide!
Nice trip but....tour guide very rude (German woman) I was 10 minutes late getting back to the coach because I had lost my friend, the tour guide was extremely rude to me, said friend turned up 20 minutes late and she didn't say a word to her, just had a massive go at me (while out of earshot of the coach/other passengers). I also suspect she thought we were a couple (which we are not)... and came over as homophobic. Not a nice experience when supposed to be relaxing on holiday. Would not recommend not use this company again

Superb caves, can be a bit crowded
We went on a "no frills" tour trip and that was fine although took longer than we expected. However, the caves are great. They let groups in an hour apart so it's worth letting the first people in your group get ahead so you are not surrounded, then you can appreciate the amazing stalactites and stalagmites. A few more signs with history of the caves might be useful but that's minor. The music show was very impressive, very atmospheric and excellent musicians. One comment would be not to bother with the boat trip unless you REALLY want to go on it. The queue was huge so we gave up and walked along the side of the lake to the exit, and realised the boats only take you about 30 meters so about 5 minutes in the boat, which we didn't think was worth it.

    Cuevas del Drach
We got there by car and did not use organised half day trip. Entrance fee is 17 EUR per person. Caves are fantastic and very impressive, and it is in the end more than 1 km hike under ground. It is a little bit crowdy, because they are allowing to enter more than 100 people at a time, but if You know what to expect then it is easier to accept this. Highly recomment to visit cuevas del Drach.

Awesome guide, beautiful cave, shame that you are not allowed to video record the 15 min concert on the lake, which was very beautiful

    Extremely poor service.
Do not book with us company. The trip was cancelled, however no-one ring to inform us, my daughter was really looking foward to the trip, and we paid 40 euros in taxi's, which we can now not get back. When we arrived, and handed over the booking confirmation, the woman was extremely rude and abrupt.said the trip was cancelled, I asked why no one had ring to inform us. She lied and said she didn't have our number. Later another staff member said it would be impossible to ring everyone, so they did have our number.

    Lovely tour caves of drach
A great tour. Sebastian our tour guide was amazing at clear communication with all nationalities on the tour. And he was a nice guy. The caves were lovely and the concert in the caves at the end of the tour is fabulous. Such a lovely experience. It was a good tour that only took up half of our day. Picked up from our hotel and dropped back also.

Great combo of Tapas and history of Palma de Mallorca
Great combined tour of history and tapas. Guide and restaurants accommodated special dietary appetites. This was a perfect intro to Palma de Mallorca.

    Not worth it.
Did the 2.5 hour boat tour. We left at 10:00, stopped at 3 other places to pick people up and we’re back in the area by 11:45. Posted that we’d be swimming in a secluded beach for 45 min, that was a lie. He said we would stop for 15-20min and then We stopped for 5 min didn’t even give access to the water. Everyone had bathing suits on for no reason. Would not recommend. It was a beautiful view and you will wish you were on a smaller boat or jet ski.

    Great fun for the family.
Amazing fun. Roughly 5 hours from start to finish with two stops for swimming in the bay and one at the beach which I think was Formentor (?). The first stop they gave out paddle boards and the second was in shallower water. The water was lovely with plenty of fish around. After the beech stop they served food on board. Plenty of it…paella, a chicken pasta dish, bread and watermelon. There was also sangria, soft drinks and water. The staff were great fun with some singing too. Highly recommend this trip.

A big thankyou to these guys! My family were left abandoned by a different tour operator miles away from our hotel and they kindly took us back to our hotel no questions asked. Super friendly and very grateful for helping us in a very stressful situation. When I come back I will be booking my tours through these guys..could not have been more helpful, thank you again for the rescue I really appreciate your help!

Good and bad. A long day out.
There's good and bad to this day trip. I liked being collected near my hotel (still 10 minutes walk away) and returned in the evening. The coach was comfortable, the driver and Guide both excellent. But I didn't enjoy the scary road and tedious hairpin bends across the Tramuntanas, I would rather have visited a northern town. Saw wild goats, and many serious cyclists. All this to be taken to a tourist trap before the boat ride to Port de Soller. The big boat was a touristy thing, not a boaty experience. From there I enjoyed the tram ride, and Soller is very nice for a drink in the Square. Then there was a train ride to Palma, not so interesting, to rejoin the coach. Scenery was dramatic, everything very dry. I was not the only person flattened out by it all, returning very tired to my hotel after 10 hours.

    Great day out
Really enjoyable trip, very knowledgeable and helpful guide (Pepe). Would have been nice to spend some time in Sóller but time spent in other destinations was spot on
