The host did not honor our reservation. When contacted directly to confirm, the chef told me our reservation would not be honored because he chose to book another party after he had already booked ours. He would not process a refund as i requested-i had to track down support from eatwith.com to get a refund. i understand that mistakes can happen but i felt the host should have contacted me directly once he realized he would not be able to fulfill his obligation and not wait until i contacted him to deny my reservation.
