I sent a Whatsapp at 9am saying I couldn't see availability on the website. They called me within 10 mins to say - "hey, the website might not show it, but I can take you out at 11am."
We had an incredible experience going out on the Segways today. The balance of speed was perfectly managed between my wife wanting to just chill at walking pace, and a 12 year old James wanted to go at 100km/h.
By the end of our tour the three of us had got to grips with our machines and have been buzzing and reminiscing about our experience all day.
Thank you so much and I would thoroughly recommend this adventure. To anyone sitting on the fence, I would say - "commit first and succeed second." Once you have got your Segway legs, you are away and smiling.

I couldnt recommend this highly enough.it was awesome. Throughly enjoyed it. Brilliant experience. Organizer was fantastic, taught us how to move the Segway safely before setting off and guided us through the whole time (mum and 12 yr old daughter) I’m not sure how younger ones would manage, I felt a bit ‘out of my comfort zone’ at first but the leader was totally brilliant and after 10 mins I was at my ease.

I could not recommend this more highly. Our family of four (kids are 7 and 9) had never been on Segways until yesterday. The staff prepared us and made us comfortable. Given the young age of my daughter, she was right behind the instructor who kept a hand on her the entire time while giving her the opportunity to drive. The tour is beautiful and a bit challenging. Well worth it!

Our family of four, including teens 17 and 15, did the 150 minute Coast to Coast tour from Cala Millor with Torsten this morning. It was FANTASTIC!
We weren’t total beginners but had only done one or two short Segway trips ‘on-road’. Torsten looked after all the group really well. Helped those who needed it. Left those who didn’t to run at the back of the line.
We saw beautiful scenery, learned a little about the area and had a great selection of faster smooth running and more challenging off-road time. The whole family loved it - which doesn’t happen that often.
Always felt safe. Had terrific fun. Would definitely do it again! Can’t recommend strongly enough!

Excellent tour setting off from cala millor, with plenty of time to familiarise ourselves with the segway before setting off, and nice easy route to get used to it before the off road section of the tour. Very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide explaining the local history of mallorca and the hidden gems of cala millor. The stops in the tour were at just the right time to stop feet and calves from hurting and enough time for them to get back to normal before we set off to the next point of interest on the tour. We went for the 2 and a half hour tour and found it very reasonably priced. All in all a brilliant way to explore the local area and see sights you wouldn't normally see by any other type of tour

Our Segway adventure was excellent and the offroad route was amazing. We did this with our children aged 13 & 14 and Marius who was our guide was excellent in teaching us all how to handle the segway. The offroad tour took us up to an amazing viewpoint and Marius bought us a nice refreshing drink before setting back to Cala Millor.
Marius took plenty of photos and videos for us along the way and forwarded them onto us which was great. I highly recommend this Segway tour and you won't be disappointed.

I was so reluctant to do this. I thought it would be a waste of time, a quick money making scam but how wrong was I!
The staff allowed me to have a quick trial before we signed up. They were so supportive and encouraging as I was so scared and nervous.
Jan suggested I stayed behind him throughout the journey which I’m glad I did as I was a complete beginner and he gave me a lot of reassurance and confidence.
The route was lovely, a nice mixture of flat terrain but gravel, sandy and bumpy parts. The castle was lovely to see this way, I really felt like I accomplished something.
If you visit Sa Coma then this HAS to be on your to do list

We went on a trip with Jan, the tour of the day. It was our first time. He kindly and calmly made us familiar with the Segway and tought us how to get past the obstacles. It was a very nice tour and during small brakes we had some nice sightseeing. Overall a very good experience for two satisfied Dutch people.

On our most recent holiday, my father, brother and I, visited Segway Adventure Cala Millor after positive experiences in the past with the company. However, before the tour even started, our guide warned me that he likes to make sexual jokes on the tour, an inappropriate comment to make to a 23 year old girl with her family. These types of comments continued throughout the tour, even in the presence of my two male family members.
Even worse, while riding the Segway’s - we were led between large narrow rocks, during which a Segway malfunctioned, throwing my 50 year old father onto the rocks, with the Segway landing on him and causing him multiple injuries. He then got back onto the Segway, when the machine immediately malfunctioned again, locking on one side and throwing him to the ground a second time. Neither of these instances being down to user error.
As mentioned, we have had previous experiences in the past with some of the companies amazing tour guides, however, our guide on this occasion (we cannot remember the name but know he is 55 and from Hamburg) left us feeling uncomfortable with the experience. I certainly would not recommend this particular tour guide to any women travelling solo, as I experienced this with my dad and brother both present.

First of all - sorry if you havent had the good time that you should have with us! I bet you had it the last time and thats why you did our tour again.
We always try to make people happy and having fun during the Tour. We are using jokes and making fun with the people. I am 100% sure and so our employee told us also that it was definitly not his intention that you feel like this. He made too much (and maybe used wrong sentences) - i would say like your review here.
Warning women as a headline? I think this is also way over the top… if it would be that worse, why your father and brother or also you not tell anything? So he/we have the chance to change in this Situation?
Don’t get me wrong. I got your words and we will try our best nobody will feel like you again. But you should also get into yourself and ask if such a review is fair.

My husband and 17 year old booked the off road experience, literally the best day they had on the holiday,they never stopped talking about it!
They had a trial before they booked to check they were quite happy with riding/controlling the segway. On the day they went off with their guide up to the castle they were gone around 90mins and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Reasonably priced and very well organised with friendly and informative guides 👍
