About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- icecactuss0 contributionsWorth revisiting !We enjoyed the tour of Mallorca and Valledemosa ,Soller . Our guide Elliana was a local and very knowledgeable ,made our trip special however without our master bus driver it would be impossible to drive up hill in the valley! Beautiful views , nice people, great shopping . Mallorca is a place worth to revisit in the future.Written September 11, 2024
- Curiosity4442190 contributionsGrat fun and worth itVery well organized and value for money. Great fun. Good for kids as well. Very attentive crew. Boat very fast. Recommendable.Written September 11, 2024
- stevevO7208HV0 contributionsAwful experienceMy family and I paid for this tour. Due to incomplete information on the booking confirmation on Trip Advisor’s site - we could not go on the tour. Trip Advisor owns the company - Viator. They offered no support when we called. The tour guide was not answering the phone 45 minutes and then 30 minutes before the tour - and Trip Advisor and Viator will not issue a refund even though we didn’t go on the tour and couldn’t get any support. Every other tour I’ve booked via Trip Advisor - the local tour guides have sent their phone number and communicated sufficient details to find the location prior to the tour - this guide sent us nothing and would not pick up the phone. Be very careful - I would imagine they’ll just start a new listing. If you’re visiting via a cruise, book their tours- they cost more but way less stress.Written September 9, 2024
- patricia w0 contributionsDori and her family /childrenWhat a great way to spend a day away from hotel first part of journey was along winding routes and as I like to call them vertical drops lol dori the tour guide was very funny as we were coming down the roads as the coach full of people went really quiet, 2nd part was boat trip ,3rd part was the soller tram very crowded but we were told to watch our belongings as pick pockets know what time the trams are which we appreciated as it did make us more aware last part was a train which I found the best as the carriage was just for us and we went over a very tall bridge dori was very knowledgeable and made us all feel welcome favourite things she kept saying was my family and my children would recommend this tour and will use no frills excursions againWritten September 9, 2024
- varelainvegas0 contributionsHorrible experienceI searched for one hour to find this location and could not find the meeting spot. I am from California, but speak Spanish and I asked four different people where the meeting location was and could not find it. I called the tour company and a woman hung up on me after waiting on hold for a long time. Completely ruined my day and we did not end up going on the tour. I called back and they refused to give me a refund. And it took me $40 in taxis to get to the city center, only to be able to not find the tour. Do not buy this tour.Written September 9, 2024
- Feedbacks_A_Gift_10 contributionsDo it 100%Booked via hotel and no thrills. Had a slight banking issue which was my banks failing, the no thrills company were patient and kept my booking for a cash payment. The tour guide on the day was informative helpful and good humoured. Coach trip good apart from the spoilt entitled types that you get on every trip!! The caves are amazing, the musical concert AMAZING and the short boat trip….Yea it was ok. . Totally recommend the trip. . Yes there will be hundreds of people so be preparedWritten September 6, 2024
- YMBTaunton0 contributionsEnjoyableCollected by a comfortable coach and friendly guide who pointed out enthusiastically, things of interest during the journey. The downside - the mic was very muffled and therefore difficult to hear. Getting in was swift and well organised and at first very busy, but you don’t need to rush. You are free to amble and take as many photos as you like and the crowds thin. Sitting and waiting for the concert to start is a bit painful but worth it. We didn’t bother queuing for the boat ride. We had an hour before we were due to leave so took a walk down to the harbour for a drink which was very enjoyable. A nice few hours.Written September 6, 2024
- Pia K0 contributionsLot:s of sitting is bus, wont drop you off the same place you get in,not for solo travellers!Tour went as it was suppose to,until the tour bus broke in Muro when coming back.Things like this happends,I understand, but for me it was quite dissapoint how it was handeled. We got new bus after 50 minutes waiting, thats okay. Since sun went down,it got dark, and I had no clue where are we as my first trip to Alcudia. My hotel stop was said, mut it was not the spot I have came in (No frills office near my hotel).I just freezed and thougt that maybe it is the next stop then. Guide came to upstairs and literally yelled me "Why are you in my bus!" I got confused and walked quicky out,had no idea where am I.The bus driver kindly told which direktion I should go. I found my hotel but experience was not good.As a female solo traveller,in strange place, dark, mobile phone battery empty, and late for 2 ours from chedule,it pissed me off. I managed it,but what if I were older or first time ever abroads? So that is why I can't recommend. Other things you should know: -The buss ride took 1.5 hour from Alcudia to Palma since there are very many stops!By public busses it's faster. -Tour is mainly planned for German,as most of the talk is german language. No harm for me,but it's quite noisy when all is quided first english and then longer version as germany.Written September 5, 2024
- C123P0 contributionsCaves are beautiful but…The caves themselves are stunning and well worth a visit. Also the tour guide gave information about the route to the caves in 4 languages which I thought was very good. However, there were quite a few negatives. There are too many people in the caves at one time. It felt very rushed. There is no information or opportunities to ask questions about the caves. People were very rude and ignorant; a woman actually pushed my husband out of her way because she wanted to take a photo where he was standing admiring the caves. Of course, the tour operator is not responsible for the rude behaviour of other people however it seems that people were becoming frustrated and irritable because the caves were too crowded. There is a queue for the short boat trip, I personally enjoyed the row boat and thought it was worth the wait but once again people were trying to push through the queue. Be prepared to stand your ground and not let people bully you out of their way. Prior to the caves there was a short trip to the pearl factory to use the toilets . A waste of time in my opinion, the pearl factory is literally across the road from the caves. At the end of the caves tour we had to rush a coffee, I would much rather have spent time enjoying lunch at the caves rather than have stopped at the pearl shop. If I could do the day over again I would travel by public transport , go to the caves as early as possible to avoid crowds then spend some time enjoying the beautiful Porto Christo. Overall disappointed because I had to rush the parts of tour I wanted to spend time(enjoying the caves and having coffee) and feel time was wasted using the toilet facilities at the pearl shop.Written September 5, 2024
- lilymP578PA0 contributionsMagical experienceThis was such a lovely experience, Had always dreamed of seeing the dolphins and this trip gave me exactly that. Its such a magical experience and the views are just spectacular. Definitly reccomend.Written September 5, 2024
- kerrys3170 contributionsA great addition to a holiday in AlcudiaWe thoroughly enjoyed this boat trip. The crew were brilliant. We were taken to beautiful spots to swim, snorkel and paddle board. This trip was well worth it and we were so glad we booked with this company.Written September 4, 2024
- Wanderer147659372200 contributionsAlmost a scamBy far the most terrible excursion I have ever witnessed. Do NOT pay 58€ for this. The boat is terribly old, and handles waves extremely poorly, inevitably making everyone aboard seasick to the point where half of the guests are vomiting. It is as if they know that everyone will vomit, as they hand out puke bags about 15 minutes into sailing, but never once warned beforehand that this may happen. Then when we finally get to the dolphins, we stay there for about 8-9 minutes before heading back to port again, making seeing the dolphins a seldom sight. As if all of this wasn’t bad enough, the catering aboard is also terrible, dry and boring and overpriced.Written September 2, 2024
- 847sivertj0 contributionsCave is fantastic but:A stunning cave but: To many people, a short trip down the cave and short consert with a few songs. The boat trip is only 50-100meters not worth staying in line for.Written September 1, 2024
- NP197819780 contributionsAverage VisitVery expensive and far too busy. The boat at the end is a waste of time as the rides last 2 minutes !!! Too many people and very rushed. The location is hard to get too also. Just not worth it. Thanks.Written August 30, 2024
- buddhapasha0 contributionsNot a tour I recommend!we enjoy diversity, but a tour with five different languages is too much! For more than an hour, the Tour Guide had to speak the same thing five different times over and over and there was never any time to enjoy the scenery or the bus trip. The nonstop talking over the bus intercom gave us a headache after a while. And because she had to speak five languages there were so little detail or historical information about the sites we were seeing. Just logistics of how long we would stay and where to meet. When we got to each stop, we expected a short explanation of what there was to see, or some historical information, but that never happened. We were just left to wander on our own. I enjoy historical information but never received any so if you’re looking for that, this isn’t the tour for you. The boat ride (sit on the left), the tram and the train were interesting on their own. So I gave it two stars rather than one just for those reasons.Written August 29, 2024

Given enough time at the view point to get some photos and a paddle and ice cream on the beach, don't know if they were running late but there was no time at port de pollenca

We absolutely loved this trip!
Myself and my 16 year old daughter went as my hubby and younger daughter decided to stay at the pool.
The bus took us from Playa De Muro to Alcudia to Puerto Pollensa to Es Colomer and finally to Formentor beach - all were excellent. The water at Formentor beach was so clear and warm. Finishing off with a boat trip back to Puerto Pollensa and the bus back again.
The information provided and the sightseeing were all superb.
The only niggle I had was that as much as I appreciate the need to fill the buses, we were the last collection point and the bus was already full. Some people ended up not sat together and as it was just myself and my daughter I would not have been happy if we had to sit separately, as it was we had to sit at the very front and not in the open air part as they were the only 2 seats left. That part didn't make for a relaxing start to the trip!

Great view and good beach, nice with both boat and bus with open side. Adequate excursion with three children under 6 years of age. Gives more flavor of what there is to see and discover on the island.
Great guide.
Great guide.

It was my most favorite experience out of all the experiences I had in Mallorca. The guide can speak 5 languages. He was very nice and explained everything very well! We visited the Formentor beach & Mirador es Colomer. It’s a must in Mallorca, so don’t miss this chance!
