Outstanding tour of Palma de Mallorca. We had a group of 6. Four of the six have never experienced a bicycle tour. The guide was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating; The tour was a great overview of Palma. Our non bicycle tour friends are now fans of bicycle tours and will join other tours in the future. Highly recommend this tour company.

We wanted to cycle the coast path and head out for a day trip along palm as sunny trails. Call and ride is a tiny outfit within a stones throw of the cathedral in palma - extremely helpful quick and excellent all round option at v reasonable price. They even suggest if you call them and want to keep the bikes overnight that you can call them and return next day for a few extra euros- thanks for a great day out!

Great service. We booked our bikes online and collected them 15 minutes later. The service was super friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend cycling along the sea front visiting the little beaches and restaurants. A great day out.

We covered a relatively small distance and spent too much time listening to rambling lectures and not enough biking.
The guide had an very obnoxious habit of asking questions about the history of Palma and then repeatedly criticizing the group for not responding even though we could not possibly know the answers. He told us he was disappointed in our lack of participation.
Better to rent a bike and hit the nearby seaside bike path on your own. Now that was a fantastic experience, unlike this tour which was a waste of three hours.

I am sorry you did not like our tour. I think it is well explained before you book that this is a cultural tour and that you will stop at all the must visits of the city and get an explanation of them. You are right and if you don’t like this kind of tour, maybe it is better to rent a bike and ride on your own.
Regarding the guide, we try to make the group participate in the activity so they can get a better experience. Normally people like that very much and appreciate the guide’s effort. I am sorry you did not like it.
We hope to see you again renting bikes with us.

This tour is perfect to see all the sights of you are short of time or to make sure you see all of the best ones. Our tour guide, Sergio was welcoming, really informative and had a great sense of humour.
Seeing the city on bike made it all the more fun.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Palma!

This was the perfect excursion for our first day in Mallorca! Our guide David was not only knowledgeable about the history of Palma- the fact that he is a native of this lovely island was such as bonus as his enthusiasm for it's history and ecology was palpable. It certainly added to the enjoyment of the trip, as did his fun demeanor and sense of humor. My husband and I returned two days later to rent bikes and go off on our own, riding up to Bellver Castle, and back down the Mediterranean Coast. Though Palma can get a bit 'hilly' in places, where David and Ivan took us was relatively flat, so it was a nice, easy ride. I not only highly recommend this excursion but will certainly do it again when I return to Palma. THANKS, DAVID and IVAN!

They do not reach out to clients prior to departure. Me and my girlfriend couldn’t find a taxi and tried to find their info but could not. Once we got there (about 10 minutes late) the guy scolded us like children. No apology or sincerity for the trouble in the situation, nor any sort of remediation. Basically told us to go buzz off. Terrible experience if you do not show up on time.

Our tours start at 10:30 and you are asked at your voucher to come to the meeting point at 10:15 so we have time to give you the bikes and give you short explanation. You arrived at 10:50 and the tour had already started so we told you that you could not join it.
We do not need to reach you out or send you any information. You have all of that at the voucher you got from Viator.

David is an excellent guide. He led us all around Palma with many stops at beautiful and historic sites. The cycling was easy and enjoyable as the bikes are in great shape. It was a fun way to explore and learn about the history and culture of this lovely island. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Mallorca.

A great, informative tour on well-maintained bikes. Our guide, David, was very friendly and approachable. He gave us an interesting insight into the history of Palma as well as other aspects of Mallorcan life, e.e. politics, gastronomy, culture, ecology, etc. This tour definitely had a personal touch and we'd highly recommend it.
