We were picked up at 9.30 and we travelled through a wooden train to Sóller (lovely) and then we took the tram (nice) to go through the city and to the port and take the boat to Sa Calobra. Why such a rush? Sóller is a beautiful city and is worth visiting and should have been the cornerstone of this tour. I would have liked to have 2 hours there and lunch. The boat trip was nothing special and then Sa Calobra is beautiful but is tiny with overpriced restaurants which offer disgraceful food by Spanish standards. Then we left at 2.15 and we spent until 5pm go through the mountains, with a brief stop to a monastery (why?), which as impressive as they are are unremarkable for anyone European - there are plenty of mountains. Besides there was nowhere to stop the take a photo or relax. This tour is quite badly designed and needs rethinking. The tour guide and the drivers were nice.

Amazing tour highly recommend if you want to see the mountains . Excellent tour guide Angela , very knowledgeable and the driver Tony is great navigating through the curvy mountainous roads . The bus was on time for hotel pick up and it was a great tour , also it was fun to ride the old train back to Palma . A must do ;)

Everything was brilliant great day worth the money . Guide was great lovely experience from booking to finish would recommend using this company to anyone

From the start of booking customer service has been amazing. From communication about boat for original booking being unavailable due to mechanical brakedown. Then changed to another boat trip , but unfortunately my sister-in-law hurt her leg at home before arrival. Which meant we needed to cancel I was expecting no refund but been advised will get a full refund 🤙👍

The caves are stunning, big, airy, comfortable to walk in, beautiful shapes and contrasts with water. Illumination spots inside enhace the ambient! Vivian, fantastic guide speaks 6 languages and take care of everyone. If you are not staying at Palma, the way back should be improved, we had to switch the bus and wait like 20 min.

We were very impressed of the brilliant sports we visited and also we were lucky to have such a knowledgeable guide that was fluent in 4 languages

Great all-day tour. Saw some amazing sights and covered a lot of ground. The driver was incredibly skilled and the guide was informative and quite witty.

We were very disappointed with this tour. We booked online the night before and, although the guide was very pleasant, the group was much much too big (about 40+) which meant it was impossible to move quickly, stay together, and hear what the guide was saying. We felt that we really only visited the Cathedral, which was magnificent, but we were given no sense of the bigger city. We also felt that we had been 'added on' to another group already on holiday. Individual audio links to the guide would have improved this situation. I would not recommend.

Adriana’s food and wine tour of the markets and other stores in Palma was fantastic. She catered for all of our interests and her knowledge was extensive. Highly recommended and a great way to see many of the areas of Palma with a local’s insight and knowledge.

Great trip, however driving could be a little smoother as the person behind me was travel sick all over the floor.

We were picked up on time , good safe drive there by John and the tour guide Marianna was very friendly and informative, the caves were fantastic to see and the music concert lovely to hear , when it was over we were given a choice to exit right and walk out or go left to a boat we thought the boat was taken us out of the caves but no we were only on the boat a matter of a few minutes and ended up in the same place as the people that walk in the first place so not that great experience ( not the fault of the tour operator) on the way back the coach gave you an option to get off at Palma to vist the Cathedral but make your own way back to your pick up point, we were dropped off a lot nearer to our apartment , over all a good day , thanks again Marianna & John ( we are the 4 English guys sat at the front behind the driver coach number 170 the White coach 🤣

Won't be using this company again our transfer from our hotel never showed waited 90mins wernt helpful at all when the phone was answered tried 12 times said they didn't have a booking for us even though it was confirmed in an email very disappointing day so I've asked for a refund

It was a little crowded however it was worth the trip, especially the symphony at the end of the walk. I really enjoyed how it was pitch black and the staff make sure no one is videoing to turning on their phone. Amazing~

All was good enjoyed the lot staff very nice was a really good half a day tour defo will be doing again

Was a lovely morning out to the caves, the bus ride was a nice drive through the island the staff on the bus were nothing but polite and professional and were there if you had any questions, also very good with timing and was on time. would 100% recommend
