      Good tourist attraction
Extensive caves that are well lit so you get some stunning views. The musicians were very good and the boats looked good lit up on the water. The cafe was good and plenty of seating. Rapid access to the caves and plenty of parking. My only negative was that they would benefit from staff moving people on as there were a few areas where people would stand and chat and stop people getting through.

      Awful!
It's awful! They didn't wait for us and just left! They didn't send any other transfer bus to the meeting point later! This means we didn't get any service, and they even charged us full price! It's nonsense!!!

      Waste of money
Don’t waste your money. Go straight to the location of the cave and it will be much cheaper and you get the same experience.

We booked this tour via Tripadvisor. The amount of 212 euro was charged from my creditcard. But the link to download the tickets was linked to an unknown company and there were no tickets. We rang the company that provides the tour and no reservation was made in our name

      Great day trip
Best experience!! Picked up and driven by coach to train. Long train rude through 1e tunnels, up the mountain. Great views. Then a tram thru the town of Stoller. I'd have liked to have stopped off there briefly but not an option. Then a large twin hulled boot ride. I was outside and couldn't hear the aeration but didn't care. Then stop at a place to grab a bite. Long queues because so many people drop in at once. A bit if a climb from the boat to tge resteraunts- so be warned. Then the coach back. An absolute genius driver. Hairpin bends, narrow roads, steep drops - it was a little unerving but amazing views. Good tour. Wasn't too keen on our guide though. Her English was passable, just.

The trip to the Caves of Drach was interesting and our guide was wonderful and accommodating.
The caves were amazing and worth the trip. Unfortunately we couldn’t have a boat ride as the crowds were lined up and it would have taken too long to wait. Sit near the front of the large space to watch the classical music concert if you want a boat ride.

      Perfect overview of the island
This tour was packed full of things to see and perfect to get an overall view of the island. The ride though the mountains was beautiful. When stopping in Sa Calobra, make sure to see the Torrente de Pareis. The boat ride from Sa Calobra to the Port of Soller was terrific. We had lunch in the Port of Soller ,but you can also shop and see the sights while grabbing a quicker meal. The train ride was long but relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. Make sure to grab a gelato before getting on the train. Our guide was Dori and she was very informative and kept us all on track.

Magical Cave Adventure with Music and Boats
The Caves of Drach tour is a fantastic experience! The caves are full of amazing rock formations and a beautiful underground lake. The boat ride on the lake is peaceful and fun, and the live music concert inside the caves is magical—it feels like being in another world. Everything is well-organized, and the guides are friendly and helpful. This tour is a great example of how to make a natural wonder exciting and enjoyable for everyone. I highly recommend it for a unique and memorable day out!

      Palma food tasting walking tour
4 out of the 5 restaurants were excellent!!! The food and service at Maura, Bocalto,Bodega Mayor and Fervor were our favorites!!! I would take a pass on Mantro Negro, it was terrible. Poor service and food bites were awful. Overall the tour was worth the money and time. We both loved the last stop at Maura as the food, service, drinks, and hospitality were top notch. Kudos to them!!!!

Don't miss the Magic Fountains Evening event and the Barrancas Neighborhood
This well done tour by Lima Highlights was planned as a shore excursion from Callao port. It included a bus and walking tour of Barrancas, which has lots of meaningful well done street art murals. A lively area with cafes, restaurants, and flowers. This was followed by a trip to the Guiness record holding Magic Fountains night show of lights, music, water and a panorama of moving pictures behind the fountains of water. I've never seen anyting quite like it. Our guide adjusted the timing of the tour to suit the needs of our ship's shuttle to Parque de Amor and back to the parque to meet the ship shittle aagin. It worked like clockwork. Highly recommeneded and professional tour!

      Nice tour
The boat ride along the coast was stunning, and the vintage train added a charming touch to the experience. The guide was knowledgeable and provided great insights into the history and culture of Mallorca. My only slight disappointment was that the tour felt a bit rushed at times, with limited time in some locations. Nevertheless, it’s a fantastic way to explore Mallorca in a day, and I highly recommend it! 4 stars!

      Rude tour guide!
Nice trip but....tour guide very rude (German woman) I was 10 minutes late getting back to the coach because I had lost my friend, the tour guide was extremely rude to me, said friend turned up 20 minutes late and she didn't say a word to her, just had a massive go at me (while out of earshot of the coach/other passengers). I also suspect she thought we were a couple (which we are not)... and came over as homophobic. Not a nice experience when supposed to be relaxing on holiday. Would not recommend not use this company again

Superb caves, can be a bit crowded
We went on a "no frills" tour trip and that was fine although took longer than we expected. However, the caves are great. They let groups in an hour apart so it's worth letting the first people in your group get ahead so you are not surrounded, then you can appreciate the amazing stalactites and stalagmites. A few more signs with history of the caves might be useful but that's minor. The music show was very impressive, very atmospheric and excellent musicians. One comment would be not to bother with the boat trip unless you REALLY want to go on it. The queue was huge so we gave up and walked along the side of the lake to the exit, and realised the boats only take you about 30 meters so about 5 minutes in the boat, which we didn't think was worth it.

      Cuevas del Drach
We got there by car and did not use organised half day trip. Entrance fee is 17 EUR per person. Caves are fantastic and very impressive, and it is in the end more than 1 km hike under ground. It is a little bit crowdy, because they are allowing to enter more than 100 people at a time, but if You know what to expect then it is easier to accept this. Highly recomment to visit cuevas del Drach.

Picked up by a mini van with Ranch Grande on it so it was easy to spot. Pick up point was easy to find and close to hotel. After picking up other people on route, we arrived at the ranch and offered Sangria or Fanta. It was a bit chaotic as we were unsure what was going on as there was a group leaving and lots of people other people standing around as well. This experience is made up of lots of other groups arriving in mini buses. Eventually we were split into language groups and they then explained how the evening would go - which was helpful. The riding split into those who could ride, beginners and those who wanted to do the wagon journey. We were given hair nets to put on under the helmets (which I thought was very good). The ride lasted about an hour and was fun going around the ranch and through the trees. The staff rode along side encouraging you (beginners) so you felt safe.
There was a singer afterwards and then food - which consisted of chicken skewer to start with followed by a huge jacket potato and some salad and then a piece of steak pork. It was a little slow bringing out food a bit at a time. But it was all cooked and tasty. Seconds available. Plenty of sangria on the table along with wine and Fanta. More singing and line dancing and flamenco dancer.
This was followed by a fire dancer - who was very good and a horse act.

We always like to think back to this evening. You are first divided into groups. Walk, trot, gallop (only with 3 years of experience) and ride in the carriage. I signed up for trot, but have never ridden before. But they expect that. They do a test run first and then, if necessary, people are moved to the appropriate group.
I apparently did well and was allowed to stay there. We always alternated between walk and trot and it was always announced. The horses knew what to do and when. It was incredibly fun.
Afterwards there was grilled meat with side dishes (it was OK) and plenty of sangria. After everyone had eaten, a show was performed with dancers and also once with horse and rider.
A wonderful event that I would gladly repeat at any time.

A really good experience all round and the food was rustic and very tasty. The guides were excellent and very patient and friendly. The downside for me was the upsetting of photographs. €12 per photo seemed excessive. There wasn't an option for digital copies, instead they had printed large photos that get destroyed if not purchased, which seems a little wasteful and outdated. I would thoroughly recommend this excursion, even if you're an absolute beginner like me.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the overall experience, including the delicious rustic food and the friendly, patient guides. It’s great to know that even as a beginner, you had a fantastic time on the excursion. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the photography. We're always looking for ways to improve, and we’ll certainly consider offering digital options in the future to reduce waste and provide more flexibility for our guests. Thank you again for recommending our tour, and we hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon!

    Disappointing...

We are announced 3 groups according to the levels, in the end we are 4 riders to find ourselves following the herd of inexperienced riders in front of us... our son was able to gallop a little, they were 2 riders. You don't have to be thirsty between animations, they pay. A simple ice cream for 4€ , and the A4 photos systematically released and 12€ on low-end photo paper and photos taken with a Bridge.

No walk by the sea in high season contrary to the brochure.

The country demonstration is nice apart from the saturating sound and regularly exceeds 75 / 80 db!!!

And the show that follows 4 demonstrations of Spanish dances, 5 of dressage a fire juggler and a Starwars lightsaber demonstration!!😔 What's the deal???

When the Shuttle supposed to pick us up at the Pension it drops us off in front of another Pension and we have to take a bus with a group of 40 people... our group we were 6 in a minibus 🤔

First time I’m disappointed with a Trip Advisor Award-winning animation

The ranch is an amazing venue with a beautiful restaurant and bar area. There are lots of animals to see while you wait for the experience to start and free sangria. The horse riding is brilliant and is you spend more than enough time on the horse. When you get back the food is lovely and plentiful, there's more free sangria, wine and soft drinks before the evening entertainment starts which is great, the horse show is absolutely incredible. With transfers direct from/to your hotel it is great value

The horses are great, the food was OK(I was expecting maybe something with spanish flavour, but it was just a regular barbecue), the landscape is amazing.
I would wanted a bit more info from the guides. The lady who drove us from Palma de Mallorca city only said hi, nothing else. She didn’t tell us how long the drive will take, or anything else(the drive is about 1 hour btw). Also, when we got there, nobody told us what are we doing, what are we waiting for, what should happen next. They just left us there. We found out from the bartender that we are waiting for another group and then we will start. So a bit more communication wouldn’t hurt.
The employees that took care of us while riding the horses were veeeeery nice ❤️
All together was a nice experience, more because of the horses 😄
    Would go back anytime ❤️

Nice atmosphere; you get cowboy flair, staff friendly and helpful. The food was sumptuous. The show at the end is quite nice, children are picked up well here. It would have been nice if the focus had been more on self-riding. Overall we had a good day, its price is worth it!

If you book this based on your desire to ride, then you will be disappointed. This is a nose-to-tail experience with far too many riders who are not categorized properly. Additionally, the description indicates that advanced riders would experience time on the beach only to be told that this would only happen in the winter. If you have never ridden and woudl like to simply to "ride" a horse for a short time, then it's fine. However, if you're an intermediate rider looking for a bit more, it's a huge disappointment. Additionally, trying to get information from the staff prior to the ride proved futile and/or incorrect and inaccurate. The food was adequate, not outstanding, and the dance time is limited. I will offer, however, that the horse show in the evening, was outstanding and it was fun meeting other people (family-style dining, etc.). The other upside is that this is very reasonably priced for the length of time as you maintain adequate expectations.
