- Treacletart600Very good tripPicked up from near our hotel at 8.45 am. Started tour with Pepe who spoke four languages fluently and with humour. Kudos also to the coach driver for negotiating the hair pin bends, cyclists and other cars. We first visited a monastery with a black madonna and then went on to where we picked up a boat for a trip round the coast to Soller, followed by a tram ride, which was very busy and a train ride. Plenty of opportunities to take pictures. It is a long day but you do see a lot.
- jeanaY6532YX00MagicalI enjoyed exploring the caves. They were well lit as you walked through but be aware, there are a lot of steps to climb. The steps and paths are in good condition with hand rails along the way. You walk past many rock formations as well as lakes. Near the end you are guided to a seating area. You listen to classical music played by musicians on Small boats as the boats glide past on a lake It was delightful. Once the concert was over you had the opportunity to take a short ride on the boat thru the lake before you exited. While you do not have to take the boat ride, it was special to me. Once out of the caves there are comfort stations and a cafeteria. It was a lovely visit.
- Z6144WLbenh00Don't goAppalling. Read the itinerary for the trip and it looked appealing. I have been to this type of cave and they are great but the trip was huge disappointment. Coach trip was incredibly long. We then stopped off at a pearl shop with staff waiting to pounce on tourists. 45 minutes of sitting around waiting to leave! Then another hour or so to cave. Queue with hundreds of people, crammed into a cave like sardines. Boat ride advertised we were basically told by guide we couldn't do. Another 2 hr trip back. Over 120 quid for 3 of us. Cave is actually beautiful, however everything else dismal. Dont go
- mednat00Rip offWe bought tickets from LMON tours. What a waste of money. The coach trip was supposed to be 9 to 2pm. The coach was 20 mins late. Very chaotic. We didn't know we would them spend 45 mins at a pearl factory. The actual trip to the caves was very rushed and lasted 50 mins.we arrived at 12. Queued for 10 mins to get in. The orchestra was on for 8 mins and no time for a boat trip in the caves as the coach wanted us back on 13.15. Waste of 46.00 euro. If there was more time to spend in the actual caves it would have been a nice day out.
- 534dawnb00A bit of a cattle drive through beautiful cavesThe Drach Caves are beautiful, however all the way through you're part of a huge group cattle drive, from queuing to enter, through the caves to the lovely little concert at the end. At various points there are guides trying to herd and keep everyone moving as though it's an airport queue rather than an attraction to be enjoyed, and then you constantly have people blocking views as they're trying to pose for endless selfies with the caves behind them, hence it's a 3 star rather than 5 star experience. Note there are quite a few steps so you need to be pretty fit also.
- Wanderer4377655065300Brilliant day outExceptional excursion. Very interesting and very organised . Highly recommend. Tour guide very informative and lovely lady ..
- 958tanithw00Enjoyable but not quite what we expectedNot really recommended if you aren't a strong swimmer. We thought the boat would get closer to shore for swims but it was incredibly deep water. Lifejackets were provided but my friend was too nervous to go in the water. Loads of jellyfish and bbq wasn't bad.
- tedsundin00Not a regular wine tastingWell it was more of a have some wine and chat. It was enjoyable and the owner were kind! But from Tripadvisor I got the impression we were going to different places, but it was all in the same place. I must have missunderstood. The weather was bad as well so maybe it’s more enjoyable another time.
- Wojciech D00Follow the footsteps of Chopin One of the greatest pianist and composer spent here some month trying to get rid from tubIT is place which all who love music should visit. Oryginal piano Pleyel, music notes by Chopin, portraits of Chopin by Delacroix are exciting and unique.
- martinfH7720YV00Had a great day out.. Angela was a brilliant host and great translator in my English and German. Stunning places to seeBring some water for the coach journey .. the best ice cream is a the beech shack in Port soller.
- Rajen L00Absolutely amazing and would definitely recommend!!!Amazing experience, owners were very friendly and would highly recommend visiting for some of the best wine and cheese in Majorca
- Mark M00Be part of the no frills familyWe went on a island tour with no frills. Picked up on time and our rep for the Day Dori and driver Pep were fantastic. Dori’s knowledge of the island was amazing and the way she engaged with everyone in the coach we were part of her family for the day. I would highly recommend using No frills for tours they are superb and reasonably priced
- seebeforeigo00Good Job, No-frills, but Good ValueI can only base my review on the excursion I have just come back from. We did the day excursion from Arcadia to Palma. They did absolutely what it says on the tin. Picked us up at our hotel on time at 9.45am got us to Palma before 12.00 pm, gave us a good walking route map of of, sent us off on a 4hrs+ exploration of Palma, easy pick up for return at 16.20, and returned to our hotel 17.45. Great day out. The point is though they did it for 43.70 Euros. For reference for those who don’t know Mallorca taxis and limos are a bit of a rip off and buses can often be full and therefore unreliable. A limo company quoted us 240 Euros for the same trip and taxis approached were estimating at least half that. No frills we found easy to book online and when we realised we had put our hotel in wrong it was easy to change.
- A5321NRrichardf00Beautiful placeGreat cave system showing stalagmites and stalactites and wonderful lakes below the surface. Takes approximately an hour to get through including concert on the main lake.... you cant film this part of the tour but some people seem to think they can and having been told 40 times you cant film or take pictures they think they can...
- 720kevina00Good tripHad 3 excursions with no frills, all good apart from the caves which was too long a ride for the distance due to too many pick ups , other trips were very good . Ferdinand and friends really good fun

I was excited for this tour having been to palma several times and done my own exploring as well as a segway tour I was hoping for something different.
Our guide had some good local info of the old buildings and quarters etc but we paid for the cathedral to be included on the tour but turns out this does not mean a tour of the cathedral. Our tour therefore was only approx 2 hours and then we were left to walk around the cathedral on our own

May 2019 • Friends
My friend and I went on a No frills tour to Palma on Friday 24th May. Palma is a beautiful city; our tour was to include the cathedral and a walk around the old streets of Palma.
We arrived at the cathedral, our group size was around 50 people. Our guide was very friendly and could converse well in German and English. His first job was to sign everyone in and give them a red dot for identification. This took quite a while as there were a lot of people to get through. I felt that some of this work could have been done when we first got on to our respective buses, it would have saved some time. We then had to wait for quite a lot time outside the cathedral. This was because they could only let so many groups in at a time because of security reasons. It had also started raining at this point.
We then sat down in the very beautiful cathedral; because there were so many of us and there was a lot of background noise, my friend and I were unable to hear most of what our guide was saying. It would have been much better if our guide had had a radio mike. We were shown the highlights of the cathedral but again we were unable to hear what our guide was saying.
The tour round the cathedral took quite a while and so we were only shown some of the old streets around Palma. What we did see was amazing.
So, I am glad that I went to Palma but do feel a bit disappointed as I felt I missed out on some very interesting information.

Has anyone any info on going to the Cathedral of Mallorca on a Sat. We dock at 1:00p.m. and it seems they close at 2:00p.m. Is there no way to see this beauty on a Saturday at 2.00?

HI,
Yes you can do that tour on saturday at that time, if you check our website you can choose one of the two options, just walk to Palma or whit Cathedral entrance.
in our website you can have moore info via email o whatsapp. nofrills . com
We are arriving on the Royal Caribbean Oassis. What is the best way to get to tour start location? How long of a walk is it? Do we get to get into the Cathedral de Mallorca? Is the Palma Cathedral the same as the Cathedral de Mallorca?

The guide will meet you at the information point in front of the Cathedral. I'm not sure where your ship will dock but I have seen many cruise passengers heading to that point so you shouldn't have a problem. The tour we did was three hours and did not include entry to the Cathedral. Yes, Palma Cathedral and Cathedral de Mallorca are one and the same!

If you add on the Cathedral, do you have a specific time slot or just a space in line?
