We had one day left until our journey home and prebooked the Biarritz and French Basque Coast Day Tour from San Sebastian.We were pleasantly surprised when Ana showed up at our hotel exactly on time! She couldn't have been more endearing and spoke English perfectly. Her knowledge of the history of the Basque French and Spanish countryside was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and sensed her pride in her country. She made the tour a very exciting one and took us to areas which emersed us in the culture. We even enjoyed a typical tapas lunch of pinxtos at a famous restaurant. This was a 5 star experience.

We spent two days with Alexander. Our first trip was to Bilboa and the surrounding countryside. Our second day was a trip to Biarritz. Alexander was a fabulous tour guide. He emailed me with suggestions for our day trips outside of San Sebastian as well as information about events happening in San Sebastian during our stay- even offering to help with dinner reservations. On each day of tour, he promptly picked us up at the hotel. Alexander was delightful to talk with, very knowledgeable, and provided a wonderful overview of San Sebastian, Bilboa, and Biarritz that enhanced our trip. Alexander speaks fluent English, safe driver, and drives a nice van that comfortably sat all 4 of us. We would highly recommend Alexander to any of our friends.

Amazing road trip to discover the best landscape of the French& spanish sides of the Basque country.
We did this trip during summer 2020,we felt very safe and comfortable about all the Covid procedure.

We've been on many tours during our frequent travels. A day with Alex visiting Biarritz and the French Basque coast is our favorite tour so far! Alex is an excellent tour guide with a very pleasant personality and ability to let you learn about the history and culture in a very gentle and non-overwhelming way. We enjoyed every single stop on our tour and a fantastic lunch in Biarritz.

We did this tour with a group of four. We considered renting our own car but we were so glad we chose this instead since it took away all the stress of navigating the roads, parking, and finding locations to stop at. We were taken to amazing sites along the coast and in Biarritz. It was absolutely stunning. Alex was so friendly, kind, and flexible. We had an amazing day. Would definitely recommend.

We had the best day with Alex. We did a private French Basque Coast tour. Not only was it beautiful but Alex was full of information and also a lot of fun. Definitely one of the best tings we did while we were in Spain. I would highly recommend Alex for any of your tours while in San Sebastián. Such a wonderful experience.

This was an amazing trip! The weather was great, the food and drinks were plenty and the captain and crew were the highlight!

We had 2 tours with Alex; the French Basque Coastline & The Rioja wine region - and both were amazing!
We had initially booked only the French Basque tour in advance, but after a same-day let down from another tour operator, Alex came to our rescue the following day and stepped up to take us on a last minute tour of Rioja.
The conversation, knowledge, sites and food were wonderful.
We can't thank you enough for 2 excellent days Alex!

Are you allowed to bring alcohol on the trip during the sail? I see that food and drink is excluded but I wasn't sure if that mean't it was not allowed. Thank you.
