Six of us recently returned from a 12-day trip along the northern coast of Spain. We were met at our hotel door by Patxi our guide/driver who was driving a new Mercedes van that was very comfortable, large windows to see out of, air conditioning and all are luggage fit in the space behind the seats. We booked this company as part of a last minute.com break, didn’t really know what to expect. Our driver Joseba was waiting for us at Bilbao when we arrived.He was well dressed and the vehicle was clean and well kept. He had taken the time to get some tourist grouches for the area for us and whilst we did the hour and a half transfer he gave us some great tips about where to go and what to eat and drink in Donostia. The return was equally as professional. I have no hesitation recommending this gentleman, safe, reliable and trustworthy. You couldn’t ask for more.

We hired this company to transfer us from Bilbao airport to San Sebastian. We landed late at night and had 4 young children. The driver was already waiting for us at the airport. He was really friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond our expectations especially when we could not get the keys to our apartment!
