Best tour guide (Aurora) and driver. The bus was very clean and the tour guide is very knowledgeable. The bus driver needs an applause 👏.

Do Not Book!! I had called ahead and informed them I may be a few minutes late. I arrived at 8:33 am (arrival is at 8:30am). Upon arrival, I informed the tour guide I was present. She only asked for my name - did not ask to see my ticket. I was told I had 2 minutes to use the restroom. I was gone less than 2 minutes and the tour guide/bus left without me. The bus was not even there yet when I arrived. I contacted the tour company Buendia. They were no help - only said I could find my own way to Girona to meet them. They told me to contact Viator for a refund. Contacted Viator - the tour company lied and said I never arrived and they waited for me. They have no actual check in process to confirm that I arrived. They do not scan your ticket - so they have no idea who is even on the bus. I learned afterwards that when the bus arrives - they have everyone get on quickly because they park in the taxi area and are not legally allowed to park there. All other tour buses are parked in a lot and actually scan your ticket to ensure you are supposed to be on their bus. Here is Viator’s denial for my refund request: Please be advise that as per our local tour operator you reach out to them saying that you will be arriving late. They told you that they can wait for you for a few moments as a courtesy. They waited for about 10 minutes, afterwards, you went to comfort room without letting them know. As the authorities instructed them to free the space they proceed with the departure.

The place was so nice and incredible. Our tour guide Dani is very well detailed. He explained everything to us. 100% recommendable!!!!

The tour guide was great and knowledgeable. The day was relaxing, and the stops were amazing, lots of historical sites.

The tour was channelled 27mins before the departure time on the day. They simply sent an email informing the cancellation while I was already waiting for the bus at the departing point. Couldn’t the local operator communicate earlier so I can make other arrangements and contact me more directly i.e.,via phone calls ( I was waiting for the bus and may not check emails) ! It has no proper explanations for the reasons why they cancelled. This is very unprofessional and very disruptive to my day trip plan.

Your was canceled and did not notify me of cancelation my cost of taxi was 20 € to and from hotel worst part I was never notified which would have saved me from getting up at 6:00 am to get to the pick up point in time. Attendant was not apologetic at all or offer any options…..maybe a discount on another tour sour have been adequate.
