Gijon City Tour is the official tourist bus service of the city Hop-on Hop-off that will allow you to discover the city from a new perspective thanks to our double-decker buses with the panoramic and open top. If you want to visit the city of Gijon without any rush, the tourist bus with a convertible top floor is the most comfortable and efficient option. The route has 9 stops, and you can start with the tour in any of them. We offer a route that lasts approximately 1 hour.

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
  • The first buses of the Gijon City Tour start at 11: 00h from Monday to Sunday at the Fomentin stop. The service is interrupted from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 p.m. You can find out about the approximate time of passage of the first and last bus at the different points thanks to the information panels located at the stops.

We visited Gijon on a cruise. The shuttle bus dropped us off in the center of town by the harbor. The Hop On, Hop Off bus is right there! We bought tickets on the spot. They were reasonable and the knock off a couple of Euro for us seniors. The bus is comfortable. They give you headphones, translating the recorded tour into several languages. This included English.

The one challenge was paying. The driver did not really speak English, so he needed to communicate to each potential passenger you must pay by credit card, not in cash. Other than that, it was fine.
