      Highlight of our visit
Our hotel concierge arranged a private tour by Juanjo Macias to take four of us to the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. He met us at our hotel and spent four hours walking us through the city and through these two historical sites. Jaun provided such rich historical information and was so pleasant and professional. We were very happy to get so many additional details about what we were seeing - we had walked through the cathedral the day before and although could appreciate the breathtaking beauty, it was an entirely different experience with a guide. Highly recommend!!

      Top experience
Planning our trip to Sevilla with 21 friends, we initially contacted almost every guide on the official Sevilla tourist website. Juanjo stood out in his reactions and communication. Instead of proposing the standard packages, he adapted very well to our "custom" plans and came with solutions and suggestions that proved valuable. Juanjo has a profound historical knowledge and succeeded in keeping us focussed with his questions and sense of humour. He also succeeded to book very nice and typical restaurants for us that weren't tourist traps (despite of our 21 people). We used his services for 3 days, he also booked a bus and some museums for us. We got a clear offer beforehand. Juanjo exceeded our expectations.

      Private Guided Tour in Seville
Juanjo Macias was our private tour guide for a 3 hour tour of Alcazar, Cathedral and Santa Cruz, the tour was fabulous and we would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to see the sights of Seville. The tour included a fast track into the sights so no waiting in long queue. Juanjo was helpful and informative, the perfect guide.

      Fabulous !
Juanjo Macias was our guide on a 3-hour walking tour of Seville and I can’t recommend him enough - he was fabulous ! He knew so much about his city and related it in such an interesting way. I loved that he dropped in the occasional quiz-type question to keep us on our toes ! We went to several sights and he showed us the best bits of all of them so we weren’t just wandering aimlessly. He was also very attentive to our needs such as making sure we were in the shade or asking us if we needed to go to the bathroom. He also asked us about ourselves to make the tour more personal and didn’t just follow a script. I would definitely recommend this walking tour - so enjoyable and so reasonable ! 👍🏻😄

Great tour of the Cathedral and AlcaZar!
Juan was an excellent guide and was particularly great about asking our young son questions and getting him engaged in all the "history". It was a truly enjoyable 2 hours. I would most definite recommend Juan as a guide!

      Tour of Seville Cathedral
Our guide Juan Jose Macias Borrero (Sevilla de la Mano) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, had a good sense of humor and did not rush us. I liked the small group size and relaxed pace. Highly Recommended.

Excellent tour, very informative and the guide Juan Jose Macias Borrero, was very good. The tour was given in Spanish and English but this just gave time to take photos.

      Worth every penny
We contracted Juan Macias Borrero through the Seville Tourist Information office near the Cathedral. He served as our guide for our visit to the Alcázar. Juan is youthful but extremely knowledgeable. Amazingly, he seemed to enjoy the tour as much as we did. He was patient with our questions and excited about our interest. He made the historic building come alive through his narrative history. He is a excellent guide and one of the highlights on or visit to Spain.

      Our day in Seville
We were in a small party of 4 people on our excursion to the palace in Seville, but for us, this was great because it gave us more interaction with our tour guide Juan Jose Macias. Juan is a very INTELLIGENT, FRIENDLY and KNOWLEDGABLE man who was very enthusiastic throughout our tour. During our tour he spoke excellent English, throughout. He displayed his knowledge by going into intricate details of the history of the palace. Our tour flowed in in what seemed to be a nice logical sequence. At the end of our tour, he didn't just say goodbye, but he sat down with us at a small bistro where we had friendly conversation over a cool drink and cakes. All in all, Juan made this a GREAT day for all of us. We would recommend this tour to everyone. Once again Juan, thank you very much for giving us a GREAT EXPERIENCE. One we will always remember.
