Montadito de pringá: typical Spanish fingerfood consisting in sandwiches with various fillings.
Carrillada de Carne: a tasty and tender meat (usually pork)
Fried Squid or Anchovies: Seville is only 30 min from the coast, from where it receives the best fish, eaten mainly fried in hot oil.
Tortilla de patatas
Salmorejo: cold soup consists mainly of tomato and bread, but as in most of the Andalusian recipes, extra virgin olive oil and garlic add a special note to its taste.

I highly recommend this tour, if you are new to Spain and tapas it is perfect. Augustina was great, I felt like I had known her for years. She had several options when one of the places was unexpectedly closed. She shared history, and was just an amazing host.

Augustina was friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and spoke perfect english. Instructions were clear and nothing else but the tour ticket was required - you just show up, follow a smart person who is living in Sevilla around, ask questions, and eat and drink until you explode (or say stop). We used it as a way to learn the city having just landed and it was perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The food, drinks, and company was great.
Going to different restaurants with Agustina was fun. llet her choose what tapas and drinks to get and it was always great. She easily made me feel comfortable and shared fun history about the areas and food. This is easily something I would recommend.

The tour was the highlight of our trip. Was the best way to find the authentic food of Sevilla. She was so friendly and energetic. We had a blast walking around and learning about the cuisine. And then the treat to see authentic dancing at the end was awesome. Highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Well I wasn't expecting much but I was surprised with a wonderful experience. I enjoyed foods that I would not have ordered, Augustine made our experience wonderfully with her personality and fun. If you want to have tapas and have some fun then book it.

This was an absolutely perfect way to get to know a bit about the food and culture of Seville . Our guide was fabulous and great fun . She showed us places and food we’d never have found without her.

Fantastic tour guided by Augustina. She had great a great personality and all the knowledge on the local cuisines and history of the city. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone travelling to Seville.

Our guide Augustina is so much fun, she took us to very nice locations with good food and drinks. We had a great evening, thanks a lot. I highly recommend this tour.
