We were really impressed with Maria in her guiding us all round this amazing building. She was extremely well organised , very knowledgeable and personable and funny and gave a huge amount of relevant information which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Having booked and paid up front for the visit to the Real Alcazar we were really looking forward to the guided tour. At the required time we went to the allocated meeting point and found the tour guide at which point we were informed that we were not on her list and after she checked with her office we were told that our tickets had in fact been cancelled, not by us but by the tour company. As this was 4pm and we only had one day left in Seville we frantically tried to book another tour at a local tourist office, luckily we managed to get on one. I will never book with Tripadvisor again as they obviously use local companies that over subscribe the tours and then cancel at the last moment.

Excellent experience. Easy to find the driver at the airport upon arrival, clean and spacious vehicles for both legs of the transfer. Both drivers polite and friendly and passed on some suggestions of places to visit and general advice about the city / area. We would definitely use again.

Raul was a really good guide! The tour was very interesting and we visited some wonderful places. I recommend visiting these places with a guide who explains every detail well.

Very informative with the facts but also the gossip and scandal, too! Happy to climb to the top of the Gerald but the best part was our time in the Alcazar.

Very good experience, super interesting and fun thanks to the excellent guide, Ceci. The tour lasted around 2,5 h with extra time to visit the Alcazar garden by your own. Recommended!

Showed up 30 min early so as to make sure we're at the right meeting place and there in time. English speaking guide shows up 30 minutes late, starts making excuses about traffic and it goes downhill from there but will spare the details. Very frustrating. Not recommended - worst tour ever.

Used the transfer service both to get from Seville airport to apartment and from luggage lockers in Seville back to airport. Convenient and easy to prebook and prepay. No problems finding transfer. It was on time on both occasions. Clean cars, safe and pleasant drivers

Don't bother booking with this company. Terrible service and rude staff. Book with one of the many better tour companies in Seville (see TripAdvisor top 10)

A wonderful if tiring tour. 2.5 hours full on but our tour guide was marvellous, so knowledgeable and funny, we loved every minute. Very well worth it.

Great start to our Seville vacation. The driver was at the airport on time, smartly turned out with a clean vehicle, and was polite and clearly proud of his city. He dropped us at our apartment location with no fuss.

Incredible places. Such history, our guide was very knowledgeable. ( so sorry, forgotten her name) but she really was fascinating to listen to. 2 1/2 hours went so quickly.
