I loved the tour. The guide was very nice and gave us lot of info, all while sticking to the timetable. Although it was very crowded, we had no trouble following her or hearing the explanations, thanks to the receivers and headphones provided. Skip the line also proved very useful, we had zero waiting time.

The tour was in Spanish and our guide was just lovely and very knowledgeable. She explained everything so well and gave us just the right amount of time in the various places. I would definitely recommend her, I think her name was Paz. We had a nice small group. We used headphones so we could hear what she was saying without her having to yell over everyone else, an excellent idea. I would definitely use this company again. The price was good as well.

We had a wonderful day learning about the history of the cathedral and Alcazar from our tour guide Carmen. She was really informative and really easy to get along with. Always answering any questions we had. We were in a small group of ourselves and 2 other people which made the tour even better. We had plenty of free time to explore also. Highly recommend. The skip the line entry meant we had more time to explore! Well worth getting a guided tour as there was many things we wouldn’t have known otherwise!

Terrible guide - she was completely unengaged with her audience and spent the time talking dates and names in a montone voice rather than any connections/stories. As a licenced guide in Rome I know what a good guide is - and isn’t. In fact I don’t even know her name as she didn’t even introduce herself. The tour lasted for over 3 hours when it was supposed to be 2.5. She was also late to the tour and after the bathroom break the whole group was ready but she was not in sight. Unfortunately I learnt nothing on this tour and would not recommend this particular guide; the company may have other, more engaging guides. Note: I took the tour in Italian not English so this company’s English speaking guides may be better.

We are sorry that you did not like the tour even though we do not have any reservations with your name on our tours. In the regular tours general information is given, if you want more specific information or another type of visit you had to see a private tour contracted. The times on the tour are indicative because we depend on the number of people and how fast the group goes, but if the guide was longer than the contracted time, we believe that it is an added value.

Our guide was a first class guide so knowledgeable about history and she delivered like a true professionals, the tour was well structured and not to difficult on the body the cathedral tower and Alcazar are must see things in Seville but you really need a good guide as on your own you would miss so much.

A Solid tour that gave you all you needed when visiting Sevilla’s Big Ticket items. You will come away understanding the history of the Moors and the Catholics and how they have combined to give you Modern Spain. All the sites we visited were breathtaking. Our guide Annie knew her stuff and made the tour so much more enjoyable… Get On It!

Very comprehensive! Lots of interesting history and information which we would never have gotten on our own. Pretty intense 3 hours… including a hike up to the top of the tower. Excellent knowledgeable guide.
